• THIERRY (8/5): Un grand appartement dans son jus idéalement situé - La situation idéale à proximité de l'acropole. La vue imprenable et la vaste terrasse. Le contact et la communication avec l'hôte. Si vous vous y rendez en voiture, il vous sera très compliqué de trouver une place de stationnement. L'appartement donne sur une avenue avec beaucoup de circulation et très bruyante.

• Joanna (9/5): - The location is great, 15 minutes walking from Acropol - and the view from the window is stunning :) Plus the appartment is really very spacious. Picking up the key was no hassle, we were welcomed warmly by the host, got a lot of recommendations - loved the local restaurant Olympus :) It is quite noisy when the windows are open, as the building is located at a busy road.

• Coulter (9/5): Wonderful!! - The apartment was spacious, had an enormous balcony and was well appointed in traditional Greek style which was delightful. We were very close to the Acropolis and enjoyed walking around the streets nearby and. Peggy was a wonderful host. She met us at the apartment to welcome us, recommended local shops and sights and allowed us to store our bags in the apartment the morning before our departure. We fully recommended this apartment as a wonderful place to stay. One of my travel companions found the double bed in the third (back) bedroom uncomfortable.
• Rafał (9/5): Świetna lokalizacja i widok na Akropol - Apartament ma naprawdę dużą powierzchnię, co sprawia, że pobyt jest komfortowy nawet dla większej grupy. Ogromnym atutem jest piękny widok na Akropol z salonu. Dodatkowy komfort zapewnia klimatyzacja w każdym pokoju, co w letnich miesiącach jest ogromnym plusem. Lokalizacja w samym centrum Aten pozwala na szybkie dotarcie do większości atrakcji pieszo. W mieszkaniu jest niesprawna zmywarka. Dodatkowo trzeba się liczyć z dodatkową opłatą 25 euro za późne zameldowanie – w naszym przypadku o godzinie 23:00.

• Jane (10/5): Comfortable apartment in a great location - The apartment was really spacious and comfortable. Lots of comfortable seating, inside and out. Soft sheets and pillows and a separate toilet (as well as the bathroom) was great. Well equipped and a great view across to the Acropolis, at night when lit up it looks spectacular. Francesca met us and was very helpful. It was only a 20 minute walk to the Acropolis and 10 minutes from bars and restaurants. Nothing really. Parking is very limited if you are driving but there is a paid-for car park on the next road.

The location is very good with proximity to Plaka area and Acropolis. Great little restaurants and supermarket around the corner. It felt like we were in a local community and not in the tourist area. Our host Peggy was amazing…so helpful and informative. Not enough time!

The apartment is very big, we had loads of space. The bedrooms had lost of storage/wardrobes/cupboards, and the terrace/balcony was huge- we spent most of our time out there Could do with more kitchen utensils

• Greta (10/5): 3 nights in Athens at the Acropolis View Apartment - Very spacious and clean. In a great location and fabulous views of the Acropolis. Really good communication from our host Peggy. The apartment was close to all of the main sites, and a stones through from a mini market and some really good restaurants in the local area. As a bonus it had great outside space too

• Kingparrot (8/5): Very spacious comfortable stay right in town close to everything with great views of Acropolis - This spacious apartment is conveniently located in the heart of the town, within walking distance to the train station, restaurants, the museum, and various attractions. The view of the Acropolis from the balcony is breathtaking, especially at night when it's illuminated. The apartment comfortably accommodated the five of us, offering two separate indoor living areas and a large balcony with multiple seating arrangements. We enjoyed afternoons on the balcony and mornings in the lounge/dining area. The kitchen also had a useful seating area where we gathered occasionally. The Wi-Fi signal was strong near the kitchen but weaker in the two bedrooms at the back, occasionally dropping out; a booster could help but might not be critical for other travellers. We were lucky to secure a free carspace on the street for the duration of our stay that we could see from the apartment. We enjoyed our stay here, we were very comfortable and Penny was a great host. Thank you Penny. It's great to be in the middle of town and close to everything but with that comes noise. The traffic noise was extremely loud all during the day and at night. Even with the doors closed it's very loud. If you are staying here and you're a light sleeper you might not get much sleep. You could stay in the single bedroom at the back of the house to minimise noise. During the night we heard people at various times talking loudly or laughing, some sounded like they were fighting - perhaps they had been out drinking and were having fun - we could hear it all. Again, it didn't bother some of us but one of us was a light sleeper and they didn't get a lot of sleep sleeping in the Queen bedroom which is closest to the road and the traffic noise. They had that room because the Queen bed was in there. The other bedrooms near the back a bit further from the noise had a single bed and a double bed which is why they didn't have those rooms. It would be good to provide some pest spray as I saw a cockroach under the sink on the first day and had nothing to kill it with. The shower was not hooked up so you could stand under it. You have to stand inside the bath and then hold the shower head to use it and the water pressure is very low. The bath was slippery and would benefit from a non-slip mat so that if a child or elderly person was in there they would not slip over as they could hurt themselves. Due to this we did fill the bath which was unusual for us as we observe water restrictions where we come from. Toilet seats were loose. The positive things about this property more than make up for the minor negatives. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Would highly recommend. easy to get around Athens from this place a lot of the Main sights were within easy reach. Basically was very pleased with everything. Plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance,. Acropolis within walking distance and museums as well. A good location

• Laura (8/5): Very good - The apartment is huge, with a huge balcony and a very nice view of the acropolis (that you only see from the living room). We thought the value was very good to get such a large apartment in the center of Athens for near 100 euro/night. Parking was easy - street parking is free, but we chose to park in a lot with attendants right outside the apartment to take away the stress of trying to find a street parking space. We loved the large balcony and spent most of our time on it. The apartment is located on a very busy street and there was a lot of traffic noise most of the night. For having so many windows, the apartment felt very dark to us. The furnishings are old (but clean!) and there were a lot of beautiful but breakable things - something to keep in mind if you bring children. The Plaka and historic monuments were close, but you have to walk on very busy roads with small sidewalks not built for strollers to get there. These things are very normal for a large old city, but for those not used to cities, perhaps staying in a quieter location would be more convenient. Two of the three beds were so hard that it made us sore to sleep on them. No stand-up shower, but a shower head in the bathtub that you can hold.

• Holger (8/5): Very good - The apartment is very spacy and fully equipment. On top of that there is a wonderful roof terrace and a nice view on the acropolis. Right around the corner are nice restaurants and good bars. The manager is very friendly and helpful. The apartment is located next to some huge streets - which brings a lot of traffic with it. Thats noisy.

The location is amazing, super close to almost everywhere. We really enjoy everything here, hopefully next year we can visit again!

• Kostas (10/5): An amazing apartment - This is a great apartment with plenty of room. Our family of four fit comfortably with room for more if needed. Seeing the Acropolis and Parthenon from the window was magical. We were there during a heatwave and the air conditioners were amazing. The apartment is furnished with a classic style and reminded me of my Yiayias house. It was very comfortable to be in. The beds were all comfortable and easy to fall asleep on. Peggy was also an amazing host who treated us like family and was easy to communicate with. The apartment is on the 4th floor. Walking can be tiring when the weather is hot. You can always take the lift.
• Carsten (8/5): Excellent location and service, with few inconveniences - Excellent, central location and close vicinity to the Zeus temple. It’s only an 18-minute walk to the acropolis entrances and even closer to the Plaka quarter. It is possible to find parking places in the neighborhood (for free), or in the nearby private parking garages. Supermarket and restaurants and bars within three minutes walking distance.  Landlord is very friendly, responsive, and helpful. Apartment is spacious (large enough for our family group of seven), has air-conditioning in all rooms, and a nice view on the acropolis and the Zeus temple. The immediate surrounding of the apartment building is a bit dirty, ugly and noisy (due to a highly frequented road), the apartment windows are not well insulated. Elevator and dishwasher currently not working (apartment is on the fourth floor).  Plugs are sometimes missing, for instance, in the bathroom.  Some beds are a bit short (for taller adults). But we adapted well to these few inconveniences and appreciated our stay in that location which is well situated in a city that never sleeps!

The Acropolis station is also near, you can get a metro or ride a bus to go to a different location faster than a bus or a taxi.
