Guest Reviews
- Kwan Sang (2/5): Not a good place to stay - Very poor service and unprofessionalism. There was only one bed and one futon. No table or chairs available. For a full 7 days stay, they provide only 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels. Contacted the owner and he refused to provide any towels. They provided no room cleaning for our stay.
The property looks nothing like the photos, because all the furniture and decor has been taken out of the living room.
- Angelo (6/5): - Very accessible to the station and restaurants
- Joseph (2/5): False Advertisement/ Unserviceable - poor of service and unprofessionalism. Not having the place cleaned from the previous people that sated or as advertised (two twin beds and one twin futon and as shown in the pictures there is only one bed and sofa). Fingernail on the walls and fake eye lashes on the table. That is very gross and not up to code. The tv didn’t have a remote either. I had to wait outside at night in the cold because y’all didn’t check the apartment after the previous person stayed. One bed only and one “sofa futon”. And the site said 2 twin beds and 1 sofa bed. One of us had to sleep on the grown. I live in Japan, traveled from Tokyo, and this is what I had to deal with. 300 USD gone in the trash. Y’all stole my money and I’m very disappointed. 0 Stars. No trash bags for to separate the trash. (that way yall keep the deposit, kinda scummy)
Never recommending and the fact that you didn’t see a problem when I emailed and showed pictures is concerning too.
- Joanna (4/5): - The property looks nothing like the photos, you are not a guest staying in someone's home which the photos make it look like, or even a hotel because all the furniture and decor has been taken out of the living room, which is bare except for a couch, couch cushions, and metal IKEA shelving racks.
There is also no decor anywhere except a calendar in the bedroom, and in the kitchen, no table or toaster oven despite photos.
It smelled a little mildewy, and is on the second floor up narrow and grimy stairs, and no lift.
- Elena (4/5): - The property does not properly advertise what the inside actually looks like. It shows a modern-appearing and well-furnished living space, kitchen, and bedroom, and this was not at all what we received.
There was one bed (with no pull out bed as was advertised in the images), and a small futon, with a mattress topper provided in what I assume was meant to be another “bed”. Mind you, we had booked for 5 people as it was promoted as an apartment that sleeps 5. It absolutely did not sleep 5; it barely slept 3. There was one tiny bathroom and no furniture give for the bed, a night side table with a TV, and the futon. The kitchen was barely a sink with a fridge. And it looked run-down overall.
The area was fine, it felt safe and there was a nice park with a few stores nearby. But the apartment complex felt eerie.
The property owners did offer another room.. Though this was not offered until our last nights stay (and we had requested help with the issue on the first night we arrived). We ended up having to book another hotel room for two of us so we could have a comfortable sleep. If it weren’t for the fact we had a somewhat short visit we probably would have relocated as a group but… budgeting right?
Maybe for one or two people for a quick evening in Osaka this would be fine. But you’re better off spending the money to be closer to the main areas in the city.
