- Sven (7/5): - Die Lage war etwas abgelegen aber in sehr guter Nähe zur Metro entfernt. Es war ein sehr sauberes Hotel, aber auch komisch dunkel und drückend, hatte aber ein paar witzige Elemente. Die bei der Buchung angegebene Gösse des Zimmers von 24m2 haben sich als sehr klein mit maximal 16m2 herausgestellt und der angegebene Balkon war einfach nur ein Gitter vor der Balkontür. Das Frühstück war original türkisch, aber jeden Tag doch das gleiche und nur die Eierzubereitung konnte man variieren und alle haben super viel bekommen, wovon die meisten höchstens 20 Prozent gegessen haben. Es war, dadurch dass alle einen eigenen vollen Tisch serviert bekommen haben ziemlich verschwenderisch, denn würde man ein Buffet machen hätten sie sich das viele Food waste gespart. Eine Küchenzeile in den Zimmern ist auch überflüssig, da ausser 2 Tassen, 2 Gläser und einem Wasserkocher nichts weiteres vorhanden war. Die Dusche war sehr wackelig und aus der Wand herausgelockert. Die Regenwalddusche war eher ein nicht wirklich funktionierendes Gimmik. Es war alles in allem nicht weiter schlimm aber für den eigentlichen Originalpreis nicht fabelhaft aber ansonsten OK.
- Fares (10/5): Excellent accueil - Je tiens à remercier sincèrement Selbi et Sardar pour leur professionnalisme, leur sens du service et leur accueil irréprochable. Elles représentent parfaitement l’esprit d’équipe et la qualité de l’établissement.

- Marija (10/5): Amazing stay – our Samoyed and we were warmly welcomed and felt at home! - The Fox Hotel is a true gem in Istanbul! The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help – whether it was giving us tips about the city, arranging transportation, or even helping us order dinner from local restaurants one evening. Breakfast was absolutely amazing – freshly made eggs and high-quality ingredients served individually to each guest instead of a buffet, which felt so special and thoughtful. Everything was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. We were traveling with our Samoyed, and the hotel welcomed him very kindly, which we truly appreciated. The hotel is located in a quiet street, yet not far from the city center. With the metro or the F1 line, you can reach the Bosphorus cruise piers in just a couple of minutes – very convenient for exploring the city. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and cozy, and the overall atmosphere was very welcoming. Every question or request we had was handled immediately and with a smile. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stress-free stay with exceptional service and genuine hospitality. ❤️
- yi (10/5): - 酒店离塔克西姆地铁站大概10分钟步行距离，周围餐厅很多，有个小的家乐福，前台的Selbi和Serdar特别热情。早餐是套餐，但丰富，大堂吧有茶水和咖啡可以自取，有电水壶。 房间有点小，是个陡坡。第一次有点不好找。
- Dominika (8/5): Toller Aufenthalt in Fox Hotel - Das Hotel war klein, aber fein. Sauber und ordentlich alles. Lage war wirklich super, direkt zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Zimmer waren sehr klein aber sauber und komfortabel. Das personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir hier den lieben Ahmed aus der Rezeption, vielen Dank für deine Hilfe und Freundlichkeit. Du machst deine Arbeit wirklich Toll :) Was ich persönlich verbessern würde ist, dir Küche des Terrassen Apartment’s etwas besser ausstatten… Paar Gläser und Besteck wäre da schon super.

The staff were very helpful especially Ahmad , Najim Al deen and Neco. The best pary of the hotel was their staff. The room we got was very small which made it uncomfortable. The shower cabin is tiny.(even if your a small person). The door to the bathroom would also not shut properly.

- Abdulelah (8/5): إقامة ممتازة، وموظف الاستقبال "أحمد" نجم الفندق بلا منازع! - الاستقبال المميز ! خاصةً الأخ "أحمد" في الريسيبشن. أحمد كان قمة في الذوق والتعاون، ما قصر معنا في أي شيء نحتاجه في إسطنبول (مساعدة، ترجمة، تنسيق). خلى سفرتنا مريحة وسهلة جداً. الفندق نظيف ومكانه ممتاز، لكن تعامل أحمد هو اللي خلّى الإقامة استثنائية.

Zimmertüre ultra hellhörig. WC Rollenhalter ca 20cm über dem Boden montiert. Schalter und Steckdosen extrem verkratzt (schlechte Qualität). Standard Kühlschrank im Zimmer etwas Laut.

It was very far from any means of transportation, not to mention the slopes that were not suitable for anybody not old people anybody it was in a very bad location, noisy not clean very far from Transportation unlike the reviews they were very misleading. This hotel is overrated. The people in the hotel were not at all Helpful. They didn’t even clean the room regularly and the last day they didn’t clean it at all the breakfast was agreed disappointment very misleading reviews. Take care. The location was very bad. The breakfast was not at all fulfilling. The cleanliness of the room was very bad. There was even mold in the bathroom. The people in the hotel was not at all helpful. They even gave me a room that was not like the room that I booked it was less in size less in everything

- Modhy (3/5): تجربه سيئة وتعامل مخيب للأمل من موظفين الاستقبال - السعر فقط وتعامل المديره بشرو كان جيد Price and manger Bushra اول ما وصلنا اخذنا غرفتين كانوا غير نظيفات وكذلك واحده من الغرف قفلها تالف ورائحة دورات المياه اعزكم الله سيئه جداً والكهرب يقطع فاليل ونصحى من الحر طبعاً تواصلت مع الاستقبال والموظفين غير متعاونين ما اعطونا وجه والغرفه قفلها خربان حرفياً ما عرفنا ننام من القلق وعدم الراحه والازعاج وطبعاً كلمناهم اكثر من مره ولم يستجيبوا وكانوا يسلكون لنا وصعدنا الموضوع وقلنا بنطلع وبعدها جتنا المديره وغيرت غرفنا الى غرف افضل من اللي كنا فيها ولكن بعد جهد جهيد مع الاستقبال وعدم ردهم وتفاعلهم مع الموضوع ومع العلم الفندق فاضي وطبعاً الكهرب يومياً يطفي علينا للأمانه ما اكرر التجربه ابد وارجوا الاهتمام يعني حرفيا الفندق كان سيء جداً As soon as we arrived, we took two rooms that were not clean, as well as one of the rooms, its lock was damaged”unsafe”, and the smell of the toilets so bad and bed sheets was unclean , furthermore the electricity is cut off at night, and we weak up from the heat, of course, I contacted the reception and the staff are uncooperative, they did not give us a face, literally the team were uncooperative , we didn't know how to sleep from anxiety, discomfort, and of course, we talked to them more than once, and they did not respond to us, we escalated the matter, and we talked to them we want to make a check out , and then the manager came to us, and changed our rooms to better rooms than we were in, but after a hard effort with the reception, lack of response, and interaction with the subject, and of course the electricity daily turns off. An experience that will not be denied
- Yousef (6/5): متوسطة الراحة - فقط فريق العمل ، و بقية الأعجاب أمر نسبي . —————— موظفي الاستقبال الثلاثة و الأخت مايا و الاخ الكريم المشرف على الإفطار اليومي . كانوا في قمة اللطف و الاحترام . كنت كتبت تعليق بشكل جيد في المرة الأولى ، و حقاً كنت مخطىء في ذلك ، و اعتذر من عملاء بوكينج و من فريق بوكينج ،، لقد قاموا بنقلي إلى أربع غرف مختلفة ،، الأولى 303 الثانية 102 الثالثة 505 الرابعة 501 و الأخيرة بنفس سعر الغرف السابقة ، و لكن كانت صغيرة للغاية و لا يمكنك التحرك براحة ، و قد صورت لكم الغرفة المشؤومة ، و لا يمكن أن تجد الراحة فيها .

- yousef99969 (8/5): - أعجبني طاقم و فريق العمل من البنت اللطيفة في الاستقبال ، و كذلك من الأخ العزيز نجم الدين ، و الأخ مقصد ،، لا أنسى الأخت مايا المسئولة عن فريق الترتيب و التنظيف ، و بالتأكيد الأخ الكريم الذي دائما يكون معنا في إفطار الصباح لقد كان في غاية اللطف و الكرم ، و بقية الفريق . أعجبني كذلك مرونة التعامل ، و أحسست بأن الفريق مثل العائلة، شكرا لهم على ذلك. كل شيء على ما يرام حتى هذه اللحظات ، لكن الذين يجدون صعوبة في المشي عليهم ان يكونون صبورين. الغرف العادية صغيرة، و كذلك الحمام . لكن يوجد غرف كبيرة في الدور السابع و اعتقد بقية الأدوار.

- Hussain (6/5): - Room, bed and breakfast, location Location was little bit uphill, but it was manageable for me. However, not recommended for elderly people. Also bathroom did not have proper drainage which I did not know at all before the stay and its quite normal to sprinkle water on the floor while using, due to which they told me that the accumulated water on the floor was causing damage to the walls of the room on the lower floors and warned me that i should pay them if that occurs again. I was there only for 2 nights and it was so ridiculous of these unknow issues which was supposed to be the hotels responsiblities either to fix it or to inform the guest well in advance before the stay and not just ask money. Lastly, the room i booked was intially through Hoitel directly and was told amount for 2 nights were 80euros. once i was there for check in, to my surprise, they told 80euros was only for one night which was too expensive for me. Luckily I had booked the room through booking.com before a week and paid the same immiediately.

- NAKAI (7/5): - スタッフが親切。立地がいい。 最寄りのバス停・駅までの道が、坂のアップダウンがきつい。ただ、これはイスタンブールでは普通のことです。滞在中、1日だけ他室の犬が一晩中泣きやまないことがありました。ドアも防音仕様にしてくれたらと思います。

Schlimmste Erlebnis meines Lebens. Geldgeile Hoteleigentümer und Managerin die über alle Leichen gehen und nichts von Menschlichkeit gehört haben. - Mhammad (10/5): - - قرب الفندق من ميدان الاستقلال و وجود بقالات جنب الفندق مباشرة. -توفر المشروبات الساخنه و بعض الكيك و مكينة الكوفي باللوبي مجانا طوال اليوم. -النظافة ممتازة و الاسرة مريحة. -الواي فاي ممتاز. -طاقم العمل يستقبلك بالابتسامة و كلهم متعاونين و يساعدك في كل شي و اخص بالشكر كل من Necmttin Ksenya Serdar في منهم موظف يتكلم العربيه و يساعد بتقديم المعلومات و ما يقصر ,, و في منهم موظفة تتكلم الانجليزية و اعطتني بطاقات الميترو مجانا و ارجعها لها عند المغادرة و اعطتني ايضا فيش لشاحن الجوال ,, و الموظف الثالث يقدم كل شي ع الفطور و كريم و سريع ,, بصراحة كلهم متعاونين و معاملتهم طيبه. - الأفطار ست منيو ( بمعني ان الفطور ليس بوفيه مفتوح ) المنيو يوجد به اطباق رئيسيه وانت تختار منها و الباقي يعبي لك الطاوله بأكثر من نوع ,, لو يكون الفطور بوفيه وانت تختار الاكل و الكمية التي تناسبك يكون افضل. - مكان الفندق في شارع بشكل مرتفع و لا يوجد في مدخل الفندق ( منزلق او سلوب او منحدر Ramp ) بمعني انك سوف تحمل الحقائب و عربة الاطفال عند دخول و خروج من الفندق , غير مناسب لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة. - الغرف صغيره نوعا ما و الانارة بها خفيفة.

Staff were great, very nice , helpful and friendly, especially girl named Ksenia on the reception, she made our stay nicer. Hotel was clean , towels , and sheets changed daily, and room cleaning also. Breakfast was alright, and you have free water, tea, and cofee to make in the lobby, and that's great. I recommend this hotel if you need to stay in this area. Entrance to hotel is on steep street, for me it was not that bad, but for some elderly people it could be a little problem.

Это заслуга Маи, которая находит подход к каждому клиенту ! Она просто замечательная!!!Особая благодарность девочкам на рецепции и еще бОльшая благодарность чудесному повару, которая выпекает свою выпечку! Всегда свежие и вкусные печеньки, кексы, булочки . По желанию завтрак в номер- это очень комфортно ! Все понравилось !!!
