• Valerie (10/5): - The staff was very friendly, accommodating, and very good at communicating clearly. On top of this, it is perfectly located in Monti. We felt safe and had most of our destinations were within walking distance. Buses were also conveniently located along the corner. There were plenty of food options around as well. I look forward to coming back on my next trip to Rome!

• Richard (5/5): The above sums up our experience. - Well located. Had difficulty on arrival. No one was there to check us in. Also the room had issues when we arrived —— the bathroom sink was clogged, the room safe was locked and we could not open it, and there was no soap in the shower. When I texted And advised of these issues, I was told that they could not be corrected until the following day. Once they were corrected, we had no other problems. The room itself was fine and the bed was comfortable.

• Constantin (10/5): - Fantastic spacious room and bathroom, modern decor, very well sound proofed for a good night's sleep. Giulia was very pleasant and easy to deal with, happy to help with anything we needed during our stay. The location is excellent, short walk to the historic centre and Colosseum, bus stop across the street that can reach the Vatican or Trastevere in about 20 minutes. Would love to come back again !

The bed was so comfortable and no noise heard brilliant nights sleep. Very safe area. Hosts very helpful. Will deffo be back and would highly recommend. We liked everything. • Lisa (9/5): Modern, clean and fantastic! - Great staff on hand to help with information or anything extra you might need (we asked for a couple of extra pillows.) The common kitchen area is loaded with things you might need (wine opener, tea, silverware, water glasses, etc.) and the room was very cool, with a mural on the wall behind the bed and very modern and clean. Comfortable bed! You can hear everyone - either in the lobby area or kitchen. That also means you can be heard by others in those spaces, so just be aware of that going in.

• ARNAUD (6/5): - - Les hôtes sont très accueillants et serviables, le fait de parler en Français par Whats App est un plus - L'emplacement du logement proche des transports. - Possibilité de se déplacer à pieds - Contemporain - L'insonorisarion de la chambre est inexistante, c'est vraiment très négatif vu le prix assez élevé de la nuitée. Nous entendions tout, les autres personnes d'une autre chambre parler fort sans aucun respect pour les autres occupants, la machine à café couler dans l'espace commun, la porte d'entrée grincer à chaque ouverture et claquer... Heureusement que toutes les chambres (4 au total côtes à côtes dans ce bnb) n'étaient pas occupées, ca aurait été encore plus insuportable, ne comptez pas avoir une nuit sans interruption. Pensez aux boules quies et surtout à l'irrespect de certaines personnes ! - La lumière du compteur électrique et celle du boitier où est insérée la carte de la chambre sont beaucoup trop présentes pour bien dormir la nuit, nous avons été obligés de mettre un coussin sur une chaise pour essayer de la réduire et être à peu près dans le noir. Les rideaux sont aussi à revoir, trop hauts et pas occultants sur les côtés, pourquoi ne pas mettre des volets roulants ? - La hauteur extrêmement basse de la vasque de la salle de bain ainsi que des toilettes. C'est incompréhensible de les avoir installés aussi bas alors que le logement n'est clairement pas PMR (impossible pour un fauteuil de rentrer dans l'ascenseur, marches à franchir...), il faut se contorsionner pour se laver les dents, mieux vaut ne pas avoir de problèmes de dos. - Le bruit très présent de la VMC qui est couplée au bouton d'allumage de la lumière. Lorsque vous éteignez la lumière, plus d'aspiration de l'humidité avec la VMC, des traces de moisis commencent donc logiquement à apparaitre sur les murs...

Tenho uma filha de dois anos e estava preocupada com a hospedagem, pois a maioria que procurava apresentava defeitos, como falta de higiene. Mas o B-Stay foi perfeito e superou nossas expectativas. Limpeza e ambientes impecáveis. Super cheiroso e a cama é confortável. Um grande destaque é o elevador e o pós atendimento. Domenico nos mandou algumas mensagens para certificar que teríamos tudo o que precisássemos e no tempo necessário. Só posso agradecer muito por isso. Com certeza voltaremos mais vezes e recomendarei para amigos. Muito obrigada Domenico!!!! Gostamos de absolutamente tudo!

Chegamos pela manhã na acomodação e, mesmo antes do horário, deixaram que entrássemos no quarto. Quarto amplo, banheiro amplo, tudo de bom.

• Xavier (10/5): Comfortable, stress free, and tons of FUN! - The location is ideal for anyone who prefers to be central to most Rome tourist attractions. No more than a 15-20 minute walk from everything. The room was newly renovated and the staff speak great English making communication seamless. WhatsApp messaging for quick questions made the whole experience comforting for 2 Canadians who have never been to Italy before. Amazing experience 10/10, we will be back again for our next trip to Rome. Nothing to do with the property itself, but if you are traveling with large suitcases the elevator is very small. If traveling with more than 2 people total and 2 bags multiple trips in the elevator might be needed. At least this building has an elevator though so no complaints here!

Manque de volet pour éviter la quantité de lumière le matin tôt. Les autres locataires très bruyant et irrespectueux la nuit (claquant et tapant les portes puis crie rire et discussion fortes. J'ai donc peu dormi. Pensez aux boules quies). Le mini frigo marche mais n'est pas froid.

Todo facilidades para un viaje 5 estrellas. - La situación es perfecta, 15 min andando de la estacion de termini, 15 min del Coliseo, 10 min Fontana di Trevi, el barrio bueno, autobuses a 2 minutos. Ubicacion 10/10. La atencion de Domenico 20/10, super atento y agradable. Habitacion muy comoda, buena climatización. Repito seguro. Roma espectacular, mi tercera vez. El alojamiento merece la pena. Justo en la puerta un mini supermercado para comprar lo que se necesite. Un poco de olor a desague pero nada importante, tenian muchos ambientadores.

The bed was very comfortable. It was quiet at night. I loved the building's old-fashioned elevator. There are a lot of nice restaurants and bars within a short walk. I'm so glad I chose to stay here! I was able to walk everywhere I wanted to go, and felt very safe, even walking in the area alone at night. I liked everything!

• Victoria graciela (10/5): Excelente atención y estadía - Excelente ubicación! Giulia nos atendió muy bien, nos recomendaron restaurantes, mi maleta llegó tarde y el chico de la recepción la recibió y puso en mi habitación! Todos muy atentos!
• Hakkı (10/5): Harika konum, cok iyi calisanlar, herkese tesekkurler - Konumu, calisanlarin ilgisi, temizligi hersey cok iyidi. En basindan sonuna kadar cok ilgilendiler, eger tek basiniza seyahat edecekseniz cok ideal, fiyat fayda gayet iyi, konumu harika. 10:30da check out olmasi biraz zorluyor, ayrica gece diger odalara gelen kisiler gurultu yaptiginda cok rahat uyanabilirsiniz.
• Stephan (9/5): sehr zufrieden - gute Lage - Bus gleich um die Ecke, grosszügiges Zimmer mit Ausziehsofa (Deluxe Zimmer), Tee auf dem Zimmer vorhanden und Kaffee in der Gemeinschaftsküche, ruhig, Personal sehr bemüht, guter und schneller Kontakt via WhatsApp Das Bad lässt sich nur mit einer Schiebetüre schliessen, weshalb man vom Zimmer aus alles hören konnte (wenn man mit Freunden unterwegs ist, ist dies etwas unangenehm)
• De cicco (10/5): - Struttura pulita, accogliente, ragazzo gentilissimo e caloroso!

• Alessandro (10/5): Un’ottima tappa per un soggiorno in centro a Roma - Curatissima, pulita e camere ben fornite Nulla, mi sono trovato davvero bene.
