Se avisa pero el pago en efectivo desde mi punto limita la estancia un poco si pudieran agregar la opción de pago con tarjeta seria excelente.

Gentileza de insumos...té...café...pava eléctrica en recepción. La atención y servicio de la respetuosa y bondadosa Rosalía. Poder ingresar antes hora de check in, es algo de valorar Colchones no tan cómodos Desayuno: se pijoterea en frutas...panificado...ofrecen un huevo duro... sin aceite. Digo esto, porque en foto, se ve huevo revuelto.

En orden: - El sábado llegamos y nos avisaron que el domingo no habría nadie: no nos sirvieron ningún desayuno. No se presentó nadie hasta el lunes; aun así, el precio de la habitación no fue menor. - El desayuno, en cualquier caso, era de nivel medio-bajo, comparado con otros de distintos hostels de BA. - La dotación de la habitación incluía dos jaboncitos, también para usar en la ducha, sin gel de baño. Una vez terminados, pedimos más y nos respondieron que en ese momento no había, que llegarían por la tarde: nadie nos los repuso. - No aceptan tarjetas de crédito: de acuerdo que en efectivo es más conveniente, pero un alojamiento en la capital, aunque sea un hostel, no puede prescindir de esto.
• Christina (6/5): Gut für einen sehr kurzen Aufenthalt - Sehr nette Gastgeber! Das Frühstück fand einmal wegen unserem Ausflug nicht statt, einmal, weil Ostersonntag war. Aber an dem einen Tag war es gut. Das Zimmer war schön groß, die Dusche auch. Die Betten oben waren sehr unbequem. Die Nachbarn waren laut. Die Handtücher waren so alt und fadenscheinig, dass ständig Klumpen davon abgefallen sind, die dann nach dem Duschen am Körper klebten. Traurig.

La amabilidad de Valentina y Rosalía. Podrían mejorar el colchón, la ropa de cama,las toallas, que estaban bastante desgastado del uso.

• Alberto (9/5): Very nice B&B at an excellent and safe area, with a very good service. - Valentina, the person in charge of the B&b was very nice with good communication. The place is at an excellent localization, in a safe and busy area in Capital, with access to restaurants, wonderful cafes, and services. In addition, they B&B has the optional service of providing a ride from and to the airport, with a fair and at front price. The drivers, Miguel and Mariela were very nice and helpful. Everything was nice. Though at the time of my reservation the only inconvenience was that they could not accept credit cards for payment, but they are in the process of resolving that to have that option again. They were very helpful to resolve the issue.

Pude deixar a mala para buscar após meu check-out, sem problemas. é muito fácil ouvir o vizinho de quarto - a privacidade não é boa. O café da manhã é bem simples e só é posto quando a funcionária vê que você está lá esperando, algo bem inconveniente. Em tese, começa às 8h, mas nem isso é garantido.

A acomodação muito charmosa, o cuidado impecável! Além de tudo a localização é excelente, perto de tudo! Tem alguns pernilongos, é bom levar repelente.

• ROMINA DE LAS MERCEDES (8/5): Agradable estadía 😁 - Buena ubicación casi cerca de Plaza Serrano en Palermo Soho. A la noche no había de dónde sacar agua para calentar y tomar un té o cafe que dejaban a disposición del huésped. En recepción no encontramos cesto de basura.

Sheets and towels were clean, hot water in the shower, and bed comfortable for my one night stay. Cons - a little old and run down. As other reviewers have said: "you get what you pay for". Lo que no me gustó es que la recepción es hasta las 22 hs, ellos te ofrecen en ir a buscarte y me parece excelente, te cobran si llegas después de las 22! Que no tenga para cuanta para transferir en dolae siendo que te tasas en dólares, los tv viejos! El área de desayuno muy caluroso!

• Sofía Jazmín (7/5): - El desayuno estuvo bien y la ubicación es buenísima, tenés supermercados cerca, cafeterias, paradas del colectivo, bares, restaurantes, etc. La atención del personal es excelente. La habitación era un poco chica para dos personas y justo nos agarro la lluvia y era un poco fría la habitación, a pesar de que pusimos el aire acondicionado y todo.

• María Elena (9/5): Bed and Breakfast es un lugar al que volvería sin dudar. - Buen desayuno, bien provisto y bien servido. La habitación era cómoda y todas las instalaciones del baño privado funcionaban muy bien. La ducha: excelente. El trato recibido tanto al llegar como en el desayuno muy bueno. La ubicación en Palermo Viejo, muy conveniente para transitar por la zona y para ir en bus al centro. El subte queda lejos pero se puede andar perfectamente en los micros que pasan por calle Scalabrini. Muy acertado el sistema para salir e ingresar en la vivienda. Cada uno tiene su llave y no depende de que haya alguien en la recepción. La habitación tiene aire acondicionado. El wi fi funcionaba perfectamente. La habitación tenía varios enchufes para cargar los celulares. En el momento de dejar la habitación, se puede dejar el equipaje en la recepción hasta el momento de partir. Muy buen clima entre los huéspedes en el momento del desayuno y también en su estancia puesto que nadie hacía ruidos o escuchaba música en volumen alto. Yo no veo televisión así es que no me importó que el televisor de la habitación fuera antiguo. No sé si funcionaba. Si alguien se entretiene viendo televisón, no podrá hacerlo en un televisor moderno. Desde la habitación en donde estuve, se escuchaba en forma atenuada el ruido del tránsito exterior. Se entiende porque es una zona muy transitada. En los tres días en los que estuve no hubo servicio de limpieza en la habitación. No averigüé si había que solicitarlo.

• Coenraad (10/5): Perfect stay! - Valentina is the perfect hostess, always available, always willing to assist. Correspondence with her pre-arrival was prompt and professional. Special mention of the housekeeper - the pick-up for my tour was 6am, I heard her in the kitchen, asked for a cup of coffee and next thing a full breakfast arrived (note, breakfast is only served from 8.30am). The location is perfect, walking distance to great restaurants and my favorite coffeeshop, 500m from the guesthouse - Hobby Cafe and Amigos. n/a

The bed was comfortable, and everyone was very friendly and accommodating. The prices were very reasonable: It would have been nice to have a bit more variety for breakfast — eggs, fruit, etc.
