- Caitlin (10/5): - Rooms are a great size, we have a family of four (two adults and two children) and had a two bedroom apartment. We loved the space and the facilities. Location was also fabulous with just a short walk to a train station. Service staff were fantastic with two emergency bedding changes due to one of my children having night time accidents - however, this did not seem to be an inconvenience for them at all. We also loved the room drying feature - which we hadn't encountered in our trip so far.

- Marc (7/5): Completely unacceptable due to our own and others experiences with trying to check-in. - This was our second longer stay there in a month with family, so a two bedroom was perfect. A bit of translating is required to get used to the quirks of water heater, bathroom, washer setup (wash clothes in the washer, dry in the bath/shower) The only spot to sit is a rather small hard low sofabed (not used as a bed by us) in the living room. The big thing that is wrong with this place is that the check-in procedure is completely impenetrable after 10 or 12 hours of flight. I don't know how many times we came through the lobby and saw one or more parties perplexed as to how to get to their room. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE STAY HERE UNTIL THEY FIX THE SYSTEM AND/OR HAVE A STAFF MEMBER ON DUTY AT THE DESK DURING CHECK-IN HOURS.

Il est spacieux, les lits sont très confortables et c'est très propre. Il y a au rez-de-chaussée un distributeur de boisson (payant) et des sachets de café et de thé à disposition gratuitement à l'accueil. Une personne passe tous les 2/3 jours pour enlever la poubelle et changer les serviettes. La salle de bain est super! Le seul point négatif est la cuisine car impossible de faire un minimum de cuisine. Absence d'ustensiles pour faire la cuisine et pas de couteaux., pas de verres, etc...

- Selina (8/5): Great stay - Nice and clean, comfy beds and attentive staff. The staff were quick to respond to questions and enquires. Couch wasn't comfortable and not enough seating. Fold up chairs would be a good idea for lounge room and would have been nice if the verandahs had a table and chairs to enjoy the view.

Room set-up allowed us to feel right at home, where we could cook food, wash clothes, etc. Could hear foot steps of the room above us, but otherwise nothing else was bad
