CK8 (6/5): - Proximity to Namba Station, free breakfast was good, and luggage storage was handy. Staff was responsive. The room assigned was not the same as the photos. The room had no windows, was dark, and didn't even have a dining area. The photos of the unit showed a bright, sunny room, whereas this one had no natural light. The beds and pillows were not very comfortable. Cleanliness could have been better (kitchen ware was dirty and under the bed was quite dusty).

Berné (10/5): - They were very responsive and even delivered my luggage and other documents received that were delivered to their Central hotel location. They also kept my bags after check-out because I had a late flight. Overall they were great and I would recommend this hotel group to anyone. The breakfast was also really nice.

Linda (9/5): Superb customer service and good location - Good location. Walking distance to Namba Station, shopping, food and Den Den Town. Check-in and check-out was easy even though there's no physical staff at the hotel. The room is very clean and bed is comfy. Customer service is superb. Staff was prompt in replying to my queries online and we were glad we could deposit our luggages at the main hotel after check-out and continue to shop as our flight was at night. I was also delighted to know there's daily complimentary breakfast included. Simple spread but good enough for us. It's at a quiet area but I can still hear occasional vehicle sounds and people talking on the street as my room was at level 2. Sofa is too hard and not comfortable to seat to watch a movie.

Рядом супермаркет, рестораны, все в пешеходной доступности. Для кого важен утренний кофе, рекомендую Sakimoto Coffee, тоже в пяти минутах ходьбы.

Mat (10/5): Comfortable stay in great location. - Great location. 2 minute walk to supermarket and 7/11 stores, 5 minute walk to many shops and restaurants, 10 minute walk to the busier area, 15 minute walk to Dotonburi. Breakfast was excellent - buffet style with plenty of western and Japanese options. Room was clean and spacious. Nothing.
Irina (10/5): - Наверно самый лучший вариант, который только можно представить. Сочетание удобств частной квартиры и отеля. Много места, отдельные спальни, всем комфортно. В круглосуточном свободном доступе всё, что нужно - полотенца, халаты, зубные щётки, бритвы, туалетная бумага, не надо ни у кого ничего просить. Очень удобный вход по код-паролю - не надо с собой ключи носить. Уборка была 1 раз в 5 дней в заранее согласованное время. Мы даже не уходили, потому что комнат много, и никто друг другу не мешал. Расположение идеальное. До вокзала минут 10 пешком. Там же находятся несколько огромных торговых центров, лучшего места для шопинга не придумать. Недалеко целых два Kurasushi - ресторана с суши на конвейере. Вообще всё отлично. Но какие-то мелочи можно было бы добавить. Например, маленькие ёмкости с солью и с растительным маслом. А то жалко на неделю покупать большие упаковки.

Daniel Marcello (8/5): Good hotel but with room for small improvements - Its a great location and the rooms are nice and big. The self checkin and staffles system generally works well. There were several things i feel could be improved, Although the overall experience was good. - The couch was way too hard, not comfortable at all - Although the projector was cool I would have liked the option for a HDMI input. I know this projector series has a wireless HDMI connector and for the price of the room i think it would be a reasonable upgrade to help guests enjoy it more. - The staff sees the emails but do not answer them always. If you ask for something it will be done, but there is not always a reply back. This is not considered a good practice in the service industry. Even if the reply is just "Thank you for your email, we will.. etc" the guests will feel more at ease. If you dont reply how would the guests know youve seen it, this must be improved for the price.
Shanie (7/5): Reasonably priced, conveniently located, clean and with comfy beds but with basic facilities Howe - Good location and the staff were very responsive and helpful, despite being offsite. Fantastic luggage service - unlike many apartments, will accept luggage forwarding services (at an associated hotel) and when we arrived our luggage was waiting for us in our apartment. We really appreciated this servoce. The kitchen - there was very little in it! A few bowls and small plates plus forks and spoons. No tea cups, mugs, dinner sized plates, knives, and minimal utensils to cook with. Also no basics such as tea, coffee etc. provided. Basically it was a kitchen with very little in it! Otherwise the accommodation was great for the price.

Easy to navigate the area and there was so much within walking distance it was great. No dryer for clothes, or an airer to hang them on. The couch was very low and uncomfortable - not bad enough that it ruined our stay, but just could have been better.

Ross (8/5): Comfortable and quiet for being close to Namba. - It was a non staffed reception, checking done by screen. My phone had not connected so I could not receive room number or code. Staff were really helpful and we ended up getting the room sorted without the emails. Although the hotel seem a bit far from Namba, it rally was not as you can walk in the air-conditioning under the train tracks. This took us a couple of days to figure this out. The room was very clean except for under the beds. They need to be cleaned. They need more basic cutlery like plates and knives that would cater to westerners.

Muy incómoda, para mí es muy importante y no pude descansar bien. Era dura, fina, me la clavaba a veces... y la almohada muy baja. Si no fuera por esto, lo demás estaba bien. Para ser un Hotel bastante "futurista" (no había recepcionista físico; funciona todo de forma inteligente con códigos, no había tarjetas...) podría ser más económico.

ayaka (3/5): - ベッドや、机上はとても清潔でした。逆を言うと、ベッドが清潔なだけ本当に良かった、という感想です。・エアコン内のカビ(すごすぎて怖かったので、気づいてすぐ消しました。寒くない日でよかったです)がすごい。多分2時間ほど気づかずつけてましたが、朝起きたら咳出るしでウワ〜やられた〜という感じです。返金して欲しい… ・シャワー室の細かいところがカビ、水垢等で不潔に感じた・受付に人がおらず、チェックインもオンライン、受付もモニター越しでカタコトの日本語の外国人さん？が対応、普通に1人一万は出してるのに窓口が有人でないことに驚きました。こんなことってあるんだ… ・ドライヤーに埃が積もっていた、ベタベタで不潔だった(パナソニックのかなり古い型だと思います…悪くはなかったですが) 当方日本人ですが、あからさまに外国人様向けかぁ……という仕様でさめざめしてしまいました。エアコンのカビを見るからに清掃も適当なのかなーと…… 次からはもっと下調べしてから決めます。室内の写真や評価が良かっただけに楽しみにしていたので残念です。ちなみに、ちょっと部屋が汚かったぐらいでこんなレビュー残さないのですが、リモート受付だったこととエアコンのカビがショックすぎて初レビューです。しょんぼり

Matthew (7/5): - Fantastic location and super easy check in and out process. Good amenities and a quiet hotel. Would recommend this if it's your first time in Japan as you legit don't talk to anyone to check in and out, super easy. Mould in the aircon unit. Turning the aircon seemed dangerous as there was lots of visible like in the vents.

Straightforward check in and check out process, very helpful and responsive staff just an email away. Great value, highly recommend!
Alicia (9/5): - Very clean and super location to get to Namba Station and to Dotombori on foot. Very modern room. The hotel is unmanned which means that there isn’t anybody there to talk to in case you need anything. Everything is done remotely so you have to contact the reception via text message or phone call.

Storage of luggage is not possible in the hotel itself but in a nearby hotel of the same group. Given the price, these are only minor points.
