• Florine (10/5): Sehr angenehmes Appartement zentral nur 10 Minuten von King‘s Cross/St. Pancras gelegen - Bereits das Treppenhaus war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Appartement selbst war sehr sauber, Küche und Bad sehr gut ausgestattet. Sogar eine Klimaanlage, was bei den heißen Temperaturen angenehm war. Waschmaschine war auch vorhanden Das einzige was man noch ergänzen könnte wäre Küchenrolle - aber das ist auch Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Ansonsten keine Beanstandungen.
• bing (10/5): 总体满意，值得再次回来 - 房间很新，设施很全，位置很好。 如果没有我提到的缺点，可以继续住。 1.我们入住的421房间大门下垂，每次开关门都与地面摩擦，非常费劲。房间里有个卫生间的门也是如此，只能开一半。应该找人修下。 2.电梯坏了一周也没有修好，我们住了一周，离开的时候只好拖着行李走楼梯。 3.房间里的墙面上的电源插座不知道如何设置，一直没没电，只能在大厅充电。房间里的空调面板太多，不知道哪个管哪个，很晕。
• Clarence (8/5): We enjoyed a nice visit to London and surrounding areas - New, modern, clean, good location. No wifi. The advertised NetFlix wasn’t available. Communication with Urban Rest by email was non existent…kept failing. Told we might be able to check in early….we tried at approximately 1:00pm….no deal. Got in after 3:00pm…all ok. Being from Canada the heating and lighting controls were a complete mystery to us. Even after searching on line for tips to use we couldn’t figure it out. Perhaps a note explaining use of controls would be helpful. A recommendation list of restaurants and bars in the Camden area would have been nice. Lastly, having rented multiple properties over the years we found it odd that there was ZERO human interaction with vendor…no initial greeting, no who to call with questions/issues/recommendations etc.

• Jennifer (8/5): Great location but don’t book long stay. - Great location. Very quick to the Northern Line subway which gets you to lots of tourist sites. Shops close by. Really nicely modernised, warm, reasonably equiped. Staff were not on-site and they were slow to respond to emails. There is no discount for booking prolonged stays, yet there was no servicing for the 4 weeks we stayed there. Apparently if we booked directly ( ie not Booking.com) they would have at least serviced it weekly. I thought this was unreasonable given we paid the same nightly rate as we would have if we had booked a short stay. We had to restock toilet rolls, washing powder etc ourselves. I should have booked in weekly blocks to avoid this. Also the hot water was very noisy all night long and they just said it was normal.

• Gian Paolo (10/5): Fantastico soggiorno - Difficile pensare ad una soluzione migliore per passare qualche giorno a Londra! Appartamento spazioso e curato nei dettagli e dotato di tutti gli accessori necessari: lavastoviglie, lavatrice, macchina per caffè Nespresso con cialde, acqua e latte in frigorifero. A due passi (davvero) dalla metro (Mornington Crescente), quindi anche a Camden Town. I due bagni sono un fantastico plus, armadi veri, un bel tavolo per mangiare e materasso matrimoniale davvero comodo. Doccia superlativa! Esperienza super positiva e appartamento salvato fra i preferiti per una prossima gita ☺️. Se proprio vogliamo trovare un difetto: il palazzo si trova adiacente a un teatro/club, quindi la notte può risultare un po' rumorosa, per chi avesse il sonno leggero (per noi non è stato un problema).

The apartments are modern, very clean, secure, and fully equipped with everything I need, which makes it feel like a home away from home. The location is fantastic, with plenty of shops, cafes and supermarkets nearby, and Camden Market and Regent’s Park within easy walking distance. Transport links are great, with nearby Underground and train stations providing quick access to central London and major hubs like King’s Cross, mornington crescent and Camden Town I always feel safe and comfortable staying here, and I highly recommend Urban Rest Camden to anyone looking for a reliable, well-located serviced apartment in London. Everything was perfect
• Stephanie (10/5): We would absolutely book at Urban Rest again. Much, much better than a hotel. - The 3 bdrm unit we stayed in was pretty much perfect in every way. The beds were extremely comfortable with thick comforters and blankets as well so we could adjust for preference. Everything was modern and very clean. Well-appointed kitchen, large couch and good television in the living area. Honestly, we were very impressed with everything. The lighting system is a bit tricky to get used to but we figured it out fairly quickly.

Der Check- in online war problemlos, mittels kurz vor der Anreise zugesandtem Code kam man problemlos ins Haus sowie in das gebuchte Apartment. Alle Räumlichkeiten waren sauber und aufgeräumt. Gutes Beleuchtungskonzept, gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile (allerdings ohne die in den Ausstattungsmerkmalen angegebene Spülmaschine!) sowie, wie in der Beschreibung angegeben: Waschmaschine, Wäscheständer, Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett, Föhn usw. Ein paar Kapseln für die Kapsel- Kaffeemaschine , ein halber Liter Milch und 2 Tetrapacks Wasser, sowie etwas Zucker waren ebenfalls vorhanden. Schön, wenn man nicht gleich nach der Ankunft los muss, zum Einkaufen. Sehr bequemes Bett, ca. 140 cm breit. Schöne Dusche, mit Regendusche und Handbrause. Insgsamt für Londoner Verkältnisse für die Größe ein preislich angenessenes Apartment. Entgegen der Beschreibung gab es keine Spülmaschine! An sich kein großes Problem, aber so entspricht das Apartment eben nicht der Beschreibung. Im Bad gab es nur einen einzigen Handtuchhaken. Das Fenster ließ sich nur schwer öffnen. Vor unserem Fenster befanden sich irgendwelche Elektrikkästen, da die Scheiben aber mit Milchglas versehen waren, konnte man ohnehin nicht nach draußen schauen. Das finde ich persönlich schade und es macht den Raum auch dunkler. Die Temperaturregulierung war eine Herausforderung. Die Thermostate waren zwar leicht zu bedienen, dennoch ist es uns bis zum Schluss nicht gelungen, die Räume wie gewünscht zu temperieren. Im Bad war es immer kühl, der Rest des Apartments tendenziell zu warm. An einem Apartment auf unserem Flur schleift offenbar die Eingangstür. Daher ließ diese sich nur sehr gwräuschvoll öffnen und schließen. Mitten in der Nacht ist dies sehr unangenehm. Die schleifende Tür wurde bereits in älteren Bewertungen bemängelt, ebenso wie die fehlenden Handtuchhaken. Es verwundert doch, dass diese Mängel noch nicht behoben wurden.
• Rasha (8/5): Lovely spacious flat with excellent transport connections and wonderful location. - We sent a message and got the code immediately and absolutely loved the location and the spacious apartment which was spotlessly clean. Lots of buses and an underground station around the corner. The apartment had everything you needed to get by in the kitchen and with regards to cleaning supplies. In addition to the ensuite of the main bedroom (with a shower) there was a guest bathroom (no shower) which was incredibly useful. Plenty of counter space in both bathrooms for toiletries as well which is always a plus in my opinion. We will definitely stay again as the apartment was very comfortable but will request a room facing an inner courtyard next time. We were on the ground floor in an apartment behind a pub so there was lots of noise at all hours with deliveries - weekends being the worst. Earplugs were provided but I hated wearing them. Best to request a room away from the street facing an inner courtyard perhaps. We were expecting some amazon deliveries and had to stay in to receive them which was not an issue but the delivery driver left the packages outside the door in the street as he did not have access to the code to get in. There is an intercom system in the flat but was not operational, which would have been very useful for deliveries.

They did not have an emergency maintenance company to come fix the closet door, which broke and trapped our clothes. We had to wait three days over the holiday weekend until someone came.to fix it.

• BlueJedi (10/5): Premium flat in London - MY flat was fresh and new, super clean and comfortable. Fully equipped. The living room was spacious and comfortable. the kitchens fully equipped for my needs. The bedroom was not big but very comfortable. Linen and towels of good quality. The flat was full of light in the day, which I liked a lot. Loved the big shower. Definitely above average for London in this price range. Grocery is a few steps away, as well as coffee shops and restaurants. Very close to metro station. I would definitely stay again. The flat was at the third floor accessible by a very narrow stairs (which is common in London, anyway). For some people this could be an issue, especially with large/heavy suitcase; for me was just an unpleasant climb. As the flat was fully equipped, I was surprised it does not feature an in-room safe. Anyway, the building felt safe. Check-out time at 11am (given check in is at 15) would have definitely been appreciated. Communication could (and should!) be improved, as it tends to be overly prescriptive and lacks a genuine sense of hospitality. For well-travelled guests accustomed to international standards, this approach may come across as somewhat excessive for it may suggest an unnecessary lack of trust in guests. Without the above minor issues, I would have ideally rated 10+.

• Elin (10/5): Fin och fräsch lägenhet, centralt läge! - Jättefin lägenhet med tre bra sovrum, två badrum och ett stort kombinerat kök och vardagsrum. Väldigt bra läge precis vid t-bana Mornington Crescent och bussar. Nära till flera mataffärer- Local Sainsburys, Aldi och M&S. Och Camden förstås. Välutrustat kök och går bra att laga mat själv om man vill det. Kaffe, te, mjölk och vatten när man kom. Väldigt rent och fräscht! Vi hade en toppenvistelse här, kommer gärna tillbaka. Inget egentligen. Lite lyhört, men vi blev inte störda mer än nån enstaka gång.

Shame. - Lift Location Cleanliness Spacious Broken AC and bathroom taps and walls damaged. Being asked to empty bins and cleaning up even though charged £150 housekeeping fee in the price. An extra payment of deposit £200 is taken and delay in pay back. Pending means you wont be able to use your own money. Most hotels take bank details for any damage but dont trick you into actually paying upfront.
• Alex B. (9/5): Very good, but see comment above. I had to rush out the room earlier. - An alarm took off in the middle of the night and didn't allow me to sleep. This happened during the last night I spent in this accommodation. I asked for compensation as I had to leave the apartment much earlier than expected. Did not get reimbursed for this night and I think I should have been fully reimbursed, especially as I am returning for a fourth time in this accommodation and I do not generally believe they offer cheap stays. It's rather expensive.

• Mathias (10/5): Edle, moderne und geräumige Unterkunft für einen unvergesslichen London-Trip - Das Appartement war großartig, wohl das beste, in dem ich je war: Riesig, modern, bestens ausgestattet, in praktischer Lage sehr nahe an der nächsten U-Bahn-Station. Luxus. Dazu guter und rascher Service per Hotline. Es hat alles perfekt gepasst. Da es sich um ein Apartment handelt und nicht um ein Hotel, konnte das Gepäck vor/nach dem Einchecken nicht zwischengelagert werden. Service hatte aber eine gute Empfehlung für Storage Optionen im petto.
• Vilma (10/5): The staff were excellent in their communication with us prior to arrival and to address concerns. - The location is a close walk to Mornington Crescent, 5 mins. Upon arrival, there is water and milk provided in the fridge with a welcome chocolate bar and chips. M&S about a 10min walk away for groceries, prepared foods, bread etc. Many coffee and breakfast spots to dine at all within walking distance. For a portion of our visit, there was someone in the unit above us who kept dragging the furniture around, but this is not within the management's control, and it didn't bother us enough to complain.

Ruhige Lage, aber mit Underground und Supermärkten um die Ecke. Besser geht nicht.

Daireye girmek için kapı kolunun üzerindeki alana tuşlama yapmak gerekiyor bu ekranın açılması için önce ortasına dokunmak gerekiyor, yoksa tuşlama alanı gözden kaçabiliyor :) Bunun hatırlatılmasını isterdim.

It was close to the Tube station, making it simple to reach central London destinations such as Oxford Circus and Covent Garden. The apartment was modern, clean, and comfortable. I’d highly recommend this aparthotel for either business or leisure visits to London and would definitely stay again.

• RUI (8/5): 下次来还会考虑继续定 - 整体很满意。1 给我们安排的房间很新，在一楼完全不用搬运箱子上楼。装修很新设施也很齐全，尤其是淋浴水非常大超级舒服。2 地理位置不错，离地铁站步行5分钟，10分钟距离左右有乐购、奥乐齐等超市，餐厅也较多。住宿旁边虽然就是个俱乐部但并没有受到什么噪音音响，也没有遇到安全问题。3 服务整体ok，临时联系希望提前入住也同意了 全自助服务，需要提前网上check in且要提供较多资料。办理比较晚申请提前入住需要打英文客服电话，且退房后没法寄存行李，稍微有些麻烦

• Elena (8/5): Ottima soluzione! Appartamenti super nuovi e in posizione perfetta - L'appartamento era pulito alla perfezione in un modo davvero impeccabile. Sembrava tutto nuovo. Era arredato di gusto era confortevole ed era super accessoriato, non mancava davvero nulla di cui potessi aver bisogno. Mi ha davvero sorpreso positivamente sia la pulizia sia l'organizzazione degli spazi e il fatto che non mancasse nulla (dalla macchinetta della Nespresso con le cialde, te e tisane, sale pepe e olio, prodotti per la lavastoviglie e la lavastrice, prodotti per il bagno della Rituals, aspirapolvere, etc....) La posizione era comodissima perchè si trovata a due passi alla metro Mornington Crescent e a pochi minuti a piedi da Camden Market. Nei dintorni a piedi dell'appartamento c'erano inoltre ristoranti, cafè e supermercati molto grandi e super forniti. Supporto da parte della società di gestione attento e immediato. Mi è dispiaciuto trovare la moquette nelle due camere da letto perchè nelle foto si vedeva sempre e solo parquet (che era invece presente negli altri ambienti). Tutte le foto (non solo del mio appartamento) in realtà non mostravano mai moquette ed era uno dei motivi per cui lo avevo scelto avendo i figli allergici. Devo dire che comunque essendo nuovo e pulitissimo non è stato un problema per l'allergia dei miei figli (anche se ho dovuto dargli tutte le sere l'antistaminico per sicurezza e questa cosa non mi ha fatto impazzire). Abbiamo avuto un problema durante il soggiorno con una perdita di acqua proveniente dal piano di sopra. L'esperienza negativa è stata però efficientemente gestita dal team anche se ovviamente non è stato per noi piacevole trascorrere due notti della nostra vacanza separati in due distinti appartamenti. Voglio aggiungere però che a fronte della soluzione non ottimale per noi, c'e' stato, molto importante per quanto mi riguarda, una concreta e reale comprensione del nostro disagio (nonchè la risoluzione il giorno stesso)

• marlene (7/5): - Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet. Es hatte alles, was man braucht (Kaffee, Milch, Mineralwasser, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Abwaschmittel, Seife usw. Perfekt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Wir waren enttäuscht, dass uns eine andere Wohnung (Nummer 46, Parterrewohnung direkt an einer Strasse) als ausgeschrieben zugeteilt wurde. Wir haben die Nummern 48-56 recherchiert, weil es uns wichtig war, dass wir nicht gegen die Strasse wohnen. Die Haustüre führte direkt in das Wohnzimmer/die Küche. Die Wohnung war zwar nett, aber sehr laut (U-Bahn fuhr gefühlt durch die Wohnung). Für diesen Preis hätten wir erwartet, dass die Angaben stimmen.
• Neil (10/5): Possibly the best apartment I’ve stayed in. - Quite possibly, and most probably, the nicest apartment I’ve stayed in when in London and I’ve stayed in quite a few. The attention to detail, and coordination, of appliances and utensils matched the quality of the finish of the apartment. The bed and shower may be the most comfortable and impressive I’ve used so far. The apartment is right behind KoKo, so Fridays/Saturdays can be a bit noisy, but not overly so. You could fall out of bed into the tube station and onto Camden high street, so a great location. The whole building is beautiful, but the old adage of “one man’s ceiling is another man’s floor” comes into play as the sound proofing isn’t great. if you’re unlucky enough, as I was, to have a small herd of wilder beasts staying above you who have a love of Irish dancing until 2:30 am, you might find it hard to sleep, which I did. I didn’t get the same noise levels from others when the herd left. The sofa could do with an upgrade as it’s a bit uncomfortable after a while.

• EYAL (6/5): - The studio is spacious, modernly decorated. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is very convenient and close to a subway station and several bus lines. Although the building appears to have been recently renovated, it is not soundproof at all, you can hear everything that is happening on the street, so if noise bothers you, this place is not for you. In addition, the level of maintenance is poor - throughout the entire stay, the heating in the shower did not work, before checking in to the studio I received a guide on how to operate the lighting and heating systems in the room that did not match what was actually in the room, there is no staff member on site and all dealings with the company are carried out by phone or email. Despite contacting them by email, the company was unable to understand the problem and at one point they even asked me to send them pictures of the electric heater and other systems in the room, which seemed absurd to me. In addition, on another floor, someone was smoking in the room and despite complaining to the company, their answer was that they could do nothing except charge that person a fine, this is not how you run an apartment hotel.

Mornington Crescent shopping area covered in rubbish and very dirty. Beware - the stairs are narrow and steep to carry luggage. The clothes washing machine manual did not match the actual machine in the apartment, and we had to buy washing detergent to use.

Camden ist als Ausgangspunkt wirklich zu empfehlen da man viel direkt Vorort machen kann. Die Tür war defekt und konnte nur mit viel Kraft geöffnet werden wurde aber am letzten Tag repariert
• Arnaud (6/5): Peut mieux faire - La taille du logement, les douches, la literie est excellente aucun contact avec l'etablissement qui ne m'avait pas donne le code d'entrée. Nous avons attendu 45 min avant de pouvoir entrer dans l'appartement et personne ne nous a appelé alors même que nous manquions de batterie et que la demande était urgente. Le dernier jour, en revanche, une menace de nous faire payer un complément pour un dépassement de 30 min : une remarque plus de déplacée et mal venue. Il manque une porte à la salle de bain, pas d'adaptateur international pour les prises électriques, l'emplacement n'est pas top, pas de prise électrique dans les salles de bain. Le prix est vraiment excessif par rapport au rendu.

L’appartement est vraiment très bruyant le métro souterrain doit passer pas très loins des fondations du coup nuit et jours toutes les 4/5 minutes on a l’impression d’être dans le métro.. et attention pas tous les logement propose un accès PMR, renseignez vous bien !
