• Letha (3/5): Dirty, gross. Convenient location but they’re cutting too many corners. - The free parking is great, esp in this part of LA. Filthy, like disgusting filthy. Had previously stayed here and it was okay. This time there was hair everywhere, stains, smeared substances. It was plain gross.

• Juan (1/5): Overall, this was a very poor experience and not a place I would choose to stay again. - convenient location I booked a non-smoking room, but upon entering, the room smelled strongly of marijuana and cigarettes, along with an unpleasant sewer-like odor. The overall cleanliness was also very concerning. The bedding had visible stains and a strange smell, the headboard had noticeable handprints, and the refrigerator appeared dirty. The carpet looked unclean as well, which made the entire room feel unsanitary. What made the experience even worse was the lack of customer service; when I brought these concerns to the staff, they were dismissive and unwilling to accommodate or offer any kind of solution. Overall, this was a very disappointing stay and not a place I would return to.

• Daniel (2/5): It did not feel disorganized — it felt deliberately obstructive. - Convenient location. One front desk employee appeared to intentionally obstruct the process. After I had already paid for four days and was trying to extend one more day, she made a routine extension far more difficult than it needed to be. The pricing and instructions kept changing depending on the moment — one day the rate was one amount, the next day it was higher, sometimes I was told to book directly, other times through Booking.com, and then those same rates would not be honored consistently. The most frustrating part was that when I contacted Booking.com for help, their representative repeatedly tried to call the property and was told there was no answer. At the exact same time, the front desk was answering my direct calls from the room. Based on that, it genuinely felt like she was screening or avoiding Booking.com’s calls in order to keep the issue from being resolved. That turned what should have been a simple extension into an unnecessarily hostile, obstructive, and drawn-out experience.
• Vitali (4/5): Passabel - Die Lage war super um LA und Umgebung zu erkunden. Die Unterkunft hatte einen kostenlosen Parkplatz, der für unseren Roadtrip perfekt war. Zudem gab es morgens einen kostenlosen Kaffee. Wir haben diesen jedoch nicht genutzt. Es gab einen Kühlschrank und eine Mikrowelle. Beide waren i.O. Zudem standen ein Bügeleisen und ein Bügelbrett zur Verfügung. Die Unterkunft war leider nicht sehr sauber. Die Bettdecken rochen nach Rauch und hatten Brandlöcher. Bettlaken und Kopfkissen waren sauber. Zudem war bei uns bei der Ankunft eine Lampe, samt Verankerung raus gerissen und eine Ecke der Wand beschädigt. Uns hat dies für 3 Nächte nicht gestört, da wir viel unterwegs und nur zum Schlafen vor Ort waren.
• Daniel (1/5): Convenient location and fair rooms, but inconsistent service made the stay frustrating - It’s centrally located and convenient to get around. The rooms were decent for the price, and nothing about the stay felt alarming or unusually problematic. One employee made the stay unnecessarily difficult. There were inconsistent prices given for extending the stay, including being quoted one rate and then a different rate just minutes later. Rules around visitors and back-to-back extended stay bookings were also applied inconsistently. In particular, an extra fee was requested for the gap between checkout and check-in on consecutive bookings, even though that charge was not clearly disclosed on the booking platform or the company’s website.

• Sharan (8/5): It was easy to park and get to rooms. That was another bonus. - The staff where helpful and it was reasonably priced. Also good for us to have a microwave and fridge to prepare our food. Can’t complain it was at the cheaper rate so our expectations weren’t high.

Also the bedsheet had visible stains as well. Toilet didn't flush well but manageable with a little DIY. One of the bedside drawer was missing the tabletop as eell. Freezer was stuck as it got too much ice in there. Overall, pretty bad value for the price.

Bence değiştirilmemiş bile olabilir. Yeni çarşaf ve kılıf istedim, onların da maalesef pek temiz oldukları söylenemezdi. Havlular da kirliydi. Buzdolabının içi çok kirliydi. Sigara içilmeyen oda olmasına rağmen, maalesef ağır bir koku vardı. Bu otelde kalacaksanız, temizlik beklentinizin yüksek olmaması gerekir. Yanınızda çarşaf ve havlu getirerek konaklayabilirsiniz.

• Viola (9/5): Tolles Motel - wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen! - Klassisches Motel. Zimmer waren anders als bei anderen mit einem Tisch und zwei Stühlen ausgestattet. Gut gefallen hat uns, dass das Waschbecken außerhalb des Badezimmers in einem kleinen Vorraum war und auch der Kühlschrank dort und nicht direkt im Schlafzimmer stand. Betten sind bequem. Top ist auch der kostenlose Kaffeevollautomat an der Rezeption, an der man sich morgens bedienen konnte. Ein paar fremde Haare waren leider auch überall mal zu finden. Wir hatten bei Check out gehofft unsere Koffer noch für ein paar Stunden im Motel stehen lassen zu können, das war aber leider nicht möglich, dafür war nirgends wo Platz. Straße hört man schon, aber war in Ordnung.

• Yurii (1/5): - This was one of the worst hotel experiences of my life. The room was infested with bedbugs — I was bitten more than 15 times all over my body. At first, I was bitten during the night, and then when I tried to protect myself by sleeping fully dressed, the bedbugs still managed to crawl under my clothes and bite me again. I could not sleep all night, and instead of resting, I had to repack and isolate all of my belongings, buy bags and supplies, and now I have to spend hours disinfecting everything to make sure I don’t bring the infestation into my home. The bites are extremely painful and itchy, and I will have to suffer with them for at least a week. When I reported this to the hotel, I was told someone would call me about a refund, but nobody did. Later, the staff informed me that they would not refund me at all — instead, as a so-called “gesture of goodwill,” they only allowed me to check out a little later. This is deeply insulting. After being harmed physically, losing sleep, wasting time, and suffering stress, being told that a later checkout is their idea of compensation shows a complete lack of respect for guests. The hotel rushed me to vacate the room so they could give it to someone else, without any care for my health or for the safety of future guests. This experience was unacceptable, and I strongly advise others not to stay here.

• kimberly (10/5): - This property felt very safe, with good off-street parking, and it was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The coffee machine in the front lounge was worthy of the Ritz. The staff was lovely to us, and overall, this was an exceptional value for the money. We were attending an event in Santa Monica, and this was convenient to Olympic, Pico, and the 10.

The location was convenient and we could easily reach most places. Cons: The sink was outside the bathroom( I don’t know the other rooms). The A/C was old school and noisy. • Nicole (8/5): Middle of the road motel - Blankets were full of burn holes(even though we were in a non smoking room) and were too itchy. Bed was comfortable though and the sheets were clean. Also the ice machine didn't work during our stay. Coffee provided in the morning was good.

Très pratique pour aller à Universal studios (15 minutes en voiture). Du café est disponible le matin à l'accueil. La route devant l'hôtel est passante ce qui génère du bruit la nuit
