На эл.почту приходит пароль от входной двери и от номера. Спасибо за приятный отдых, в следующую поездку обязательно вернёмся в этот отель. Все понравилось.
- Amin (9/5): - There was no physical staff, but very responsive remotely. Beds were good and comfortable. The room windows should really change to HR++ double wall glass to avoid noises. The noise level was very high seems like u r in the street. The situation with a baby was not so easy.

- Analia Rita (7/5): - The room was huge for Japan and the beds were very comfortable. It also had a little kitchenette which we didn’t use but I think it adds value. The location was pretty good, quiet but at the same time walking distance from main tourist points. I didn’t like not having reception or any staff around the hotel anytime. We wanted to use the luggage transportation from Osaka to Tokyo and we had to handle ir ourselves. Also, the bathroom faucet was leaking and we had to put a towel around to avoid having all our stuff wet.

- Marie (6/5): Bien pour un court séjour. - Chambre vraiment grande. Même si il n’y a pas de personnel au sein de l’hôtel il y a de nombreux moyens de les contacter et ils sont très efficaces. La literie est confortable. Ambiance froide dans tous les sens du terme, aucune déco, on ne croise personne, et il fait vraiment froid dans la chambre. On avait un mur à 1m de notre fenêtre donc aucune lumière du jour dans la chambre. Le quartier n’est pas terrible même si les spots touristiques sont à 15-20min de marche.

Location is ok, quiet and residential, but a short 15 minute walk to Namba that has excellent transport links, including a 15 minute ride to Shin Osaka for shinkansen, and only a little further to Dotonbori. The discounted breakfast isn't at the hotel but at a different location 10 minutes walk away, and while it's good and great value for money, it's not really worth the hassle. There's never any staff. The check in and out process is automatic and quick, simple and convenient, and it's nice to have room code instead of having to carry around keys, if you have any problem good luck getting in contact with anyone.

Convenient stores close by, vending machines for drinks just outside the front door. The sink in the bathroom was leaking a little bit. Very little natural light.

Mancanza di possibilità di fare colazione in struttura, copriletti (piumoni) durante periodo estivo. Suggerisco di modificare il collo del lavandino (troppo a ridosso del bordo).

Wir können die Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen wahrscheinlich gefakt. Steckdosen aus der Wand gerissen. Lampe am Bett hing raus. Auf Nachfrage aus Kulanz die Kosten teilweise wenigstens zurück zu erstatten wurde komplett verneint. Danke aber nie wieder !!!! Wir haben ein super anderes Hotel von APA-Hotel gefunden.

Einfacher Check-In/Check out. SEHR grosses Zimmer, gute Betten, guter Schallschutz. Keine Beschreibung wie die Klimaanlage funktioniert oder die Toilette. Kein Tageslicht.

The property itself is very spacious and had all the amenities we needed. Although there is no staff working on the property, we had no issues with communicating with the staffs via email as they were super responsive and helpful.

Beds were comfortable and heater was easy to control. The internet however was very flakey, dropping constantly. Also while there was a stove top and microwave, there wasn't any microwavable crockery, and while there was a cutting board, no knives were provided.

- Harald (8/5): Roomy and within walking distance of Nankai Namba - Everything about the accommodation was great except for unmanned desk. However, staff were very responsive by intercom and email. We had a 4 person room for 2 people so very roomy by Japanese standards. Staff, though we never saw them, were quick to respond to any issues. You need to be able to do self check-in and out by scanning QR code etc. Within walking distance of many local attractions, minimarts etc and laundromat on the corner. Sef-contained having small fridge, microwave, hotplate etc so you don't have to eat out all the time. Could do with updating supply of dishes and cutlery as not enough for 4 people even though it's a 4 person room. Separate bathroom to toilet is good too. Highly recommend.
- Tze Wing (10/5): - Fantastic location, about 10 mins walk to Namba station which is a hub to transfer to any of Osaka's main subway lines including the Nankai that goes directly to and from Kansai Airport. Staff is very responsive and helpful! Also, be sure to take advantage of their freeluggage storage (9am-5pm) at their main Sakimoto building right across Namba station. Thanks for a great stay!
