- Ingo (10/5): - Besonders hat mir der Wellnessbereich gefallen. Das Abendessen war fantastisch! Frühstück dürfte nach meinem Empfinden gerne schon um 730 Uhr starten, statt 8 Uhr, dann wäre das Gedränge vermutlich weniger.
- Remo (6/5): Mangel an Freundlichkeit und falsche Sparanstrengungen passen nicht zu angegebenem Hotelstandard - Sehr gut war: Das Essen, die Sauberkeit, die Architektur und die Grösse der Zimmer. Weniger gut war: Man fühlte sich nicht willkommen. Der Begrüssungssatz war z.B. ein kurzes Hallo und die Aussage, dass die Gastgeberfamilie dachte wir kommen gar nicht mehr. Dies obwohl wir um 17.45 Uhr eincheckten am 27. Dezember. Die Frage wie unsere Anreise war oder eine Geste der Begrüssung fehlte trotz angeblichem 4-Sterne Superior Standard. Die Rezeption war mehrheitlich nicht besetzt (man muss im Gastrobereich nachfragen ob Sie jemanden für die Rezeption aufbieten können). Wenn dann jemand an die Rezeption kommt, wird selbst bei kleineren Anfragen (z.B. Zimmer-Temperaturregelung-Probleme oder Vorabend-Check-Out) versucht einem abzuwimmeln und auf den nächsten Tag oder einen anderen Zeitpunkt zu vertrösten. Erst auf Nachfrage wurde einem geholfen. Wir hatten den Eindruck, dass die Sparanstrengungen am falschen Ort angesetzt waren: Beim Personal (Rezeption mehrheitlich nicht besetzt) oder bei der knappen Temperatur im Aussenschwimm-Becken. Aus diesem Grund ist dieses Becken mutmasslich erst ab 14 Uhr täglich in Betrieb, was sehr schade ist. Die Temperatur in den meisten Zimmern ist unverständlicherweise andererseits sehr hoch (über 25 Grad) angesetzt und vom Zimmer aus trotz Bedienungs-Panel ungenügend regulierbar (daher mehrere gekippte Fenster von aussen von verschiedenen Hotelzimmern sichtbar während dem mehrtägigen Aufenthalt im Dezember).

- Jan (9/5): Top kommen gerne wieder. - Das Essen war hervorragend, das Hotel war sehr gepflegt und sauber, grosse Zimmer, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Landschaft im Sommer ist ein Wanderparadis. Persönliche Ansicht: Der Innenpool hätte etwas wärmer sein können, sowie Massagedüsen im Pool hatte ich vermisst.

- BENDLER (9/5): Nous garderons un très bon souvenir et nous y retournerons. - La qualité des services sont impeccables et la restauration est de bonne qualité. Le personnel est aux petits soins et souriant. Nous recommandons cet établissement La literie et les oreillers sont un peu trop ferme pour nous.

- Saher (8/5): Very good - Breakfast and dinner were super. Excellent variety in breakfast and dinner was superior. The view from the terrace was breathtaking. Nice view from the infinity pool. The Delux suite was a big disappointment in term of view; this spoiled my stay to some extent. I booked the suite 2 months in advance and I was so enthusiastic and had expected a fabulous mountain view but when I got the room I found a depressing noisy street view with small hill with some guest houses in front of my balcony. The panorama sauna has recently been modified and half of the view was spoiled by a barrier built in front of it.
