- Luke (1/5): Fraud - Nothing Do not bother booking this property it is a fraud. Had to book a new hotel on the day of the concert at my own expense because no contact from the property owner phone number provided by Booking.com wasn’t real. Never answered any messages. Booking.com said the property owner would meet me at 11 o’clock at night to let me in even though we didn’t have any way of contacting them pathetic.
- Aisling (1/5): Stressful and also disappointing on booking.com as they where not very helpful and 3 day later still have not confirmed - The host never showed and left us stranded in london after checkin time Never seen the apartment but from inside the building i doubt the rooms look like the pictures
- Angela (1/5): HORRIFIC - FRAUD - NO HELP FROM BOOKING.COM OR HOST - The property didn’t exist. We arrived to the apartment block and were advised that the apartment was not there. The number for the owner wouldn’t connect and there was no response from the host via email either. Property was a fraud. AVOID We got an email an hour after the check in time advising that the host has cancelled our booking and we would be refunded £51 (we paid £280 for the night). Cannot get through to booking.com contact as the reservation number doesn’t work. Called booking.com on the day and was advised full refund or another apartment however were emailed after saying will only be refunded £51, no other apartment was provided. Had to pay over £1000 for another apartment which the cost isn’t being covered.
- Tapio (1/5): Impossible. 200+ reservations, never seen anything like this. We had to walk out and get another. - Reserved for four, we did not have bed sheets and towels for all. After two hours of messaging with the owner we just walked out and got a proper accommodation thru another platform. Basically service agreed not delivered. Cleanliness was poor too.
Location is nice, bring your own bed sheets and stuff and clean it yourself and you're ok.

- Jacques (2/5): - Access is not welcoming ( paint peeling, carpet is worn out to the wood, wire everywhere over the railing) Keys are half an hour away to pick up with luggage in hands, leaving the need to drop the keys at the same place. No toilette paper, no soap, no microwave, Water dripping in the bathroom. The sink not draining and stinking. All wardrobes are full of junk, with no place for your clothes and items. The place looks good in picture work is done badly and is not ready to rent at a high price, only worth half of what is listed. After contact, the owner does not care about our requests or our basic need.No refund offer we had to stay 10 days in that place.
