• SilkeVP (10/5): Gezellig - Het was een heel gezellig huis, goede douches en badkamer. Gratis gebruik van wasmachine en droogkast. Het verblijf ligt in een gezellige buurt, vlakbij een gezellige straat met restaurants en metrostation. De host is heel vriendelijk. De kamer is aan de kleine kant maar stoorde niet voor een kort verblijf.

• Mari (8/5): - 駅に近くてとても良いです。 2階にシャワー室が2つあります。お湯の操作盤が片方のシャワー室内にあり、電源を切られてしまうと洗面所をはじめ2階のお湯が全てストップします。もう一方のシャワー室を使用中に電源を切られてお湯が出なくなって困りました。お湯の操作盤には1階同様に「電源を切らないでください」と書いておいて欲しいです。

• Yo (7/5): - 思っていたより床が綺麗で驚きました。管理人がいるとやっぱり違うのかな？？という印象です。 使い捨てではないですがスリッパも用意されているので安心です。裸足で歩いても気にならないくらいには床はきれいです。 キッチンの道具類が汚いです。 引き出しは開けないほうがいいかも。

Room cosy ,but small (but it was ok for us ), ac worked very well , shower clean with hot water always & well equipped common area . the room small but it was ok for us
• Jawad (3/5): Disappointing, would not recommend - I liked the location and the area. They had a lot of appliances available to use but I didnt feel like using it because they were not clean at all. The main thing that bothered me was the cleanliness. The room was a little shabby with not so clean looking bedcovers. We noticed hair on the bedcovers and also on the floor in the common areas which were not cleaned the 3 days we were there. For the price, I have to say it was very disappointing.

• Gauthier (9/5): Nice place to stay - We have stayed only one night at that place but it was nice. Very close from metro station, super clean, kitchen and common room are good and convenient, as well as the shower and bathroom area. We had 2 single beds (bunkle beds). We could do laundry for free, which was very convenient. We could let our luggage in the storage room after checkout. The staff member present there was nice and helpful. The clean fee that appeared very small below the price, and that we really saw only after payment... It dobbled the price of the room. So we were not happy about that at all. We tried to cancel but it wasn't possible. Next time, try to be more transparent about the price by showing clearly the total amount of the room directly and not writing it in small letters.

Booking üzerinden çalışan personel ne kadar iyiyse, tesis müdürü de eh işte. Kendi kendinize check in yapıyorsunuz ve 15.00 de açılıyor check in ama tek kişi iseniz açılması zor, ikinci kişi için de bilgi girmeden açmıyor sistemi. Yerleşme saat 16.00'da. Öncesinden bavul bırakabilir miyim diye sordum. Biri olacak haber ederiz dediler ama kimse yoktu bekleyen. Şifre ile giriyorsunuz ama kimseyi göremediğiniz için bavulu nereye bırakmanız gerektiğine kafanız karışıyor. Öyle bir alanı da yok. Müdürü bulunca onun da ingilizce anlaşmak biraz zor. Sıcak su akmıyor. Soracak birini bulamıyorsunuz.

• Leandro (10/5): Comfortable and Great Price - Excellent location being a few blocks away from Kita-Senju Station, which has metro and train lines. The place is cozy, clean and very welcoming. I liked that you can manage yourself since you have a key for your room and a code. The beds are really comfortable and has AC unit for both cold and hot. Nothing, everything was smooth

• Tanja (9/5): Location and nice house - Close to the station, nice neighbourhood, owner was a bit difficult to understand, but was kind and helpful. We had everything, nice although shared bathroom and toilet, washing and drying machine, refrigerator, water cattle and so on ... Smallest room I've ever seen, but I guess that's just Japan. No closet, just beds and small table and refrigerator. AC and wifi working like charm. Some reviwers complained about hair on the floor, but I think this is out of controll of staff and owner, since they would have to have one person just to pick up hair all the time, since people do not clean after themselves and I think if you decide for this kind of option (shared showers and toilet) you should be avare of others too and clean after use.

• Ana (7/5): Needs improvement - Second time staying here. It was the cheapest place to stay in Tokyo when we looked. It's definitely okay for a few days. Some reviews say it's dirty but we didn't think so. The guy that runs the hotel is a little weird and doesn't speak the best English. If you're unlucky, you'll get some rude people that take over the shared space and make noise until late night (like we did), the staff didn't do anything about this

They have “quiet hours” so we weren’t allowed to use the shower and laundry late at night. We ended up washing our clothes from a coin washer outside.

Other guests do not clean up after themselves in the toilets, showers, and sinks. They also leave their clothes in the laundry area. Additionally, some guests are careless when storing their footwear in the cabinet, causing damage to others' shoes.
• Rae (8/5): Budget stay in a quiet area - Cute & quiet neighborhood. Functional kitchen and common areas. Warm room! Desk in the room. I like the area of Kita-Senju. It’s not too busy and their is easy train access with lots of walkable areas and yummy food. Best water pressure in all of Asia! Decent wifi and the laundry is free. For the most part, people respected quiet hours. Lots of sentos nearby. I was here for a week and not once did they clean the shared bathrooms. The cleaning staff only comes in once per day at 11am to fix up the bedrooms after someone checks out. Yes, we should clean up after ourselves but there are many people using the restrooms and they need to be formally cleaned. They also won’t clean your room at all until after you check out. It says they have bikes to rent but actually they don’t maintain them so they are unrentable which was sad because the area is very bikeable. Staff was never around, only for check-in and he was just okay vs. being welcoming, but its all good. I would stay again but as a hostel they should hire someone to clean the bathrooms! The beds are really bendy and it’s strange but livable. The room is tiny so keep that in mind.

• Joanna (10/5): Very affordable place near a well-connected train station - Located near kitasenju station (5mins away) which is very convenient since it is connected to a lot of train lines. The place is also located near convenience stores, affordable dining places, and a mall so you don't have to worry about food and other essentials. Property sent instructions before check in. Beds are comfortable. Towels, toiletries, and a hair dryer are provided. There's also a table and a small fridge inside the room and a microwave in the hallway. My favorite thing about this place is that they let you do your laundry for free! There is only one washing machine and dryer but we were able to use it when we needed to. A clothes steamer is also available for use. The neighborhood is quiet but there are a lot of restaurants around. There's also a nearby park where you can sit and read. I really love this place, it's very affordable compared to the other properties that I stayed in before. I hope it's available the next time that I'm in Tokyo! No elevators but the staff will help you with your luggage, just ask them. Room is a bit small. If you have two large luggages, you'll need to take turns packing your things. Wifi is okay, but it disconnects sometimes.

We arrived late and struggled with check-in as did not have the front door code. Luckily a staff member heard us knocking after a while and came to open. Walls of the rooms are very thin and could hear other guests talking late at night, and the microwave was outside our door and was being used in the middle of the night. All to be expected however with a room of this price in Tokyo.
