- shakema (10/5): - My stay was good, the staff didn’t speak any English but I used a translator on my phone so we could communicate, first room they attempted to give me was very small, had a odor and the window was against a wall, I explained to staff (through translate) that it was my husbands birthday and I was able to upgrade with a charge but we ended up having a nicer room, and staff was friendly

- Nara kay (2/5): - Do not recommend until they renovate or change the water damage walls/wall paper. Get some new curtains, fix that shower. Etc. very run down, giving motel vibes. Staff sweet though. Air conditioning good but still smelling musty and moldy. They did provide a dehumidifier and that still didn’t change the smell of the room. Carpeting need a good chance it has done it’s time. Etc.

- Masahiro (6/5): - 都心からは距離がありますが、西葛西駅からは至近なので便利です。連泊のエコ対策は理解しますが、バスマットをフロントに取りに行くのは面倒でした。その他は概ね満足。言うことありません。

- とくろう (6/5): - 施設の古さは否めなく、室内の壁紙が一部剥がれかけた状態でした。 ユニットバスは広めですが、壁側に向けてシャワーを出すと、浴槽の外周の縁をお湯が流れ出て、トイレがビショビショになります。シャワーカーテンでがっちり防いでも完全には防げないので、シャワーは壁側に当てて出しっぱなしにすると大変な事になります。マットは便座の蓋の上に置いてからシャワーを使うべきですね。 部屋の照明が暗いので、仕事やメイクをするのは厳しいです。 駅からは近いし、清掃もきちんとされてますので、寝るだけなら問題なしです。

- Verified traveler (2/5): フロント対応が酷い - 入浴後、浴槽の水を流したら排水がうまくゆかずユニットバスの床が水浸しになりました。その事をフロントに告げると『そういう事がありますから』との一点張り。対応する気がないのか形式的に『スミマセンでした』の言葉で押し切られました。フロントの対応はは適切とは言えないです。駅から近く雨でもアーケードを使えばほぼ濡れずに行けるので便利なホテルなので数回使ってますがフロントスタッフは良い方は居ないです。

- Kohei (8/5): - The hotel inside looks like a little bit old but well maintained. It was a little bit difficult to adjust shower. Very close to the reasonable price restaurant under Tokyo metro railway. Many convenience stores and drug stores near the hotel. Only 3 minutes to Nishi-Kasai Station.

- ? (4/5): - シャワーがユニットバスタイプでカーテンを閉めてシャワーするのですが、浴槽の形状てきに隅からトイレのほうまで水が伝うので床がびしょびしょに濡れます。 あとは部屋の結露がすごいです 朝起きると窓枠に水たまりができており、水が流れる音とともにたまった結露水がカーペットに落ちました。それもあってか床は黒くカビてます。
