- Benjamin (6/5): - It is a great location and perfect for Neukölln. But the bedding was too small for the bed and a few lamps in the room did not work. The was way too little soap. The staff is nice but I did not see them much and the lift was broken. Everything was clean. It is load but that is the street and not the hotel. But for that price I will not come back and I do not think it is worth it.

Serviceminded blid kar i resepsjonen! Rengjøring hver 5 dag, men ikke lørdag/søndag. Dagligvare og U bane rett rundt hjørnet. 9 min å gå til bowlinghallen.
- Alexandra (6/5): Clean and budget. - Clean, renovated, light. No amenities. Offered 1 single soap for the sink, shower and the kitchen for a 5 day stay. When asked at the reception, we're told 'it's not a hotel'. Paid separately for the laundry facility, which includes detergents. Discovered some washing powder left in a small plastic bowl by the machines. Stayed at half a dozen apartment hotels across Europe and in Germany. No, this is not common.
- Elliot (6/5): Only good if you want be mostly self sufficient - Fine if you want an apartment for months but not if you want a hotel. It's not a very helpful place, definitely felt a little abandoned after check-in and requests for anything had to be made several times. Wouldn't recommend for a relaxing time
- Elliot (4/5): Really consider your needs before booking - Not great at all for a holiday. Maybe viable if you plan to live in the city a while rather than just visit it. Not easy to get requests filled by reception and house keeping team, Aircon doesn't work and it's so noisy on the street outside that you've little choice but to close the window to sleep. I wouldn't consider returning again which is a shame because the rooms themselves are good, you just feel abandoned when you're in them.

- Rickard (6/5): - Lätt att checka in men kvaliten på säng och bäddsoffa vart dålig. Samt området utanför vart inte något trevligt hemlösa låg vid dörrarna och det vart så smutsigt överallt i området. Inget att rekommendera familjer.

The fancy tech was slightly broken, the automatic window shade didn’t slide. Some lights didn't turn on. The bathroom sink, a motion activated fixture, occasionally ran for no reason. The bed was too soft for my taste. The walls are thin, i could hear neighbors music and talking. Sirens are a little loud.

We asked for it to be serviced but it was colder after the technician came and it was then turned off. This is the most expensive unit. The kitchen was poorly stocked/ no dish soap or towels, only a few plates. We asked for compensation but none has been offered. We would not stay there again.

Athey agreed to leave a note so that the morning staff knew. I then check in the morning and the staff are unable to find saud note and refuse to extend our stay.

- Ester (6/5): - An sich eine gute Unterkunft in Neukölln, trotz der Lage an der Hermannstrasse sehr ruhig, auch soweit sauber. Keine Möglichkeit irgendwie irgendetwas aufzuhängen, nicht ein einziger Haken, außer im Bad!!!! aber da möchte man ja seine Kleidung nicht aufhängen. Dabei wäre jede Menge Platz hierfür. Sehr unverständlich. All die lustigen Features der Toilette- defekt! Ebenso die elektrische Bedienung der Vorhänge zum Beispiel. Einzig das Bett ist hervorzuheben, die Matratzen fanden wir wirklich gut. Alles in allem eine ordentliche Unterkunft, aber nichts zum Wohlfühlen.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Schön aber sehr laut... - Das Zimmer war sauber, der Service war gut. Dass die Zimmer mit einer kleinen Küchenzeile ausgestattet sind , ist auch klasse. Leider lag unser Fenster zur Hauptstraße und Neukölln ist nun mal sehr laut. (Hupende Autos und Sirenen non stop) Hinzu kommt, dass der Wasserfilter unter dem Küchenwaschbecken abends anfängt sehr laut zu arbeiten wegen Überhitzung...die ganze Nacht hindurch. Beim Auschecken wurde das angesprochen, die Mitarbeiterin verwies darauf, dass demnächst alle Geräte getauscht werden sollen. Würde nicht nicht noch mal ein Zimmer mit so einem defekten Gerät nehmen.

- Roland (8/5): Clean and convenient but with technical issues - I stayed 8 nights here by myself and I think my experience also reflects some of the other reviews. So the pros of this place: - incredibly convenient location right next to U8 - very friendly and helpful staff - rooms very modern, super clean and pretty spacious - price was good for my stay compared to any comparable locations The cons are that things seemed to frequently break down or not work as they were supposed to, for example: - lift was out of service for almost two days (I was on fourth floor but for those on seventh it would have been particularly bad) - the swipe lock on my door stopped working about an hour after I arrived so I was locked out and had to be put in a new room. Staff were lovely and helpful about it but I couldn't access any of my stuff in the locked room for an hour or so. - the automatic tap in the bathroom would sometimes just start running in the middle of the night - for my last two nights, the heating seemed to completely malfunction and I couldn't get my room under 29C (it was about 12C outside). Again the staff were friendly and gave me a fan but it was still like sleeping in a sauna. It's ridiculous that there is a control screen in every room but you cannot actually set the temperature in your own room. All in all, I'd recommend and would stay again but this place needs to spend some money fixing its technical issues (particularly heating/cooling) because they really impact an otherwise great hotel.

- Recep (10/5): Such a nice hotel! - We were warmly welcomed by the gentlemen at the reception. He provided all the necessary information for the entrance to the room. My friend and I were positively surprised to encounter the cleanness and the level of technology in the room. Even the curtains are remotely controlled:) Housing staff provided us with extra coffee cups everyday. Such a nice lady! Kitchenette, bathroom facilities and tv are all more than satisfactory. Hotel is also located at a very convenient neighborhood. Well connected to the underground. We would like to extend our sincere thanks to every one who made our stay extremely pleasant! Hope to stay there again!
- michael (10/5): Good - Excellent hotel. Very modern. Not the best area of berlin but i enjoyed it very much. Plenty of food places nearby and much cheaper than central berlin. Only down side was we could not control the heat and it was very warm.
- Ines (2/5): - Eigentlich Null Sterne, warum: Sehr schlechter Service: Kurz nach dem Check-In fehlende Seife im Bad reklamiert, Abhilfe binnen 10min wurde versprochen, kam nie. Eingangstür öffnete sich abends gegen 23 Uhr nicht mehr. Da die Rezeption nicht besetzt war, stauten sich nach kurzer Zeit 9 Personen und 1 Hund vor der Tür. Im Bad war die Mischbatterie des Handwaschbeckens defekt, keine Möglichkeit zur Temperatureinstellung, dafür fing das Wasser mitten in der Nacht von selbst an zu laufen. Da der Geruchsverschluss im Bad nicht funktionierte, saugte der ständig laufende Ventilator für Abluft die Düfte aus der Abwasserleitung an, ekelerregend. Die Klimaanlage des Zimmers ließ sich über das Panel nicht außer Betrieb setzen und weckte uns mehrmals in der Nacht. Zu guter Letzt konnten wir diese Probleme nicht einmal beim Check-Out melden, da die Rezeption nicht besetzt war. Man sollte die Schließkarten unter der Tür durchschieben. Auf diese Weise kann man natürlich auch keine Rechnung bekommen...

Loved staying here, my second visit. There are several great places to eat in the neighborhood, the U-Bahn is just steps from the front door, Hasenheide a short walk away, and Tempelhof airfield just a bit further. A great place for a stay, I'll definitely be coming back for another visit. Highly recommend.

Easy to get to from the airport (take S-Bahn to Hermanstrße and then it's 2 stops on the U-Bahn to Boddinstraße) The metro takes about 30 minutes on the U8 line to Alexanderplatz in the city centre. They changed towels everyday, which was unnecessary. Recommend Diggi's and Gorilla on Hermanstraße for breakfast and Brauhaus Neulich on Selchower Str for evenings.

- Kristian (8/5): Hieno huoneistohotelli - Uudenkarhea huoneistohotelli kiinnostavalla Neuköllnin Schillerkiezin alueella, jossa ei juurikaan hotellitarjontaa. Vastaanotto auki klo 22 saakka (ei vain 8-16 kuten Hotelsin sivuilla mainitaan). Kaksio oli hyvin varusteltu ja parveke iso. Siivous piti olla joka toinen päivä, mutta siivooja ei käynyt lainkaan pe-ma välillä. Erinomainen vaihtoehto jos hakee muuta kuin perus hotelliratkaisua. Tulen uudestaan!
- Sebastian (10/5): - Küche im Zimmer war sehr gut. Sehr modernes Bad. Gute Anbindung zum Nahverkehr und nicht weit mit der U-Bahn vom Zentrum. Nur mit offenen Fenster wird es Abends etwas ungemütlich laut. Sonst hab ich nichts zu bemängeln und war sehr zufrieden
- JM (8/5): - Très agréable, élégant, modernité sophistiquée. Seul problème : réception fermée à partir de 22h alors que les chambres ouvrent avec un carte magnétique qui se démagnétise très vite. Un numéro de téléphone, mais 10 appels avant que quelqu’un ne réponde à 23h.
- Furkan (10/5): - Ich war dort für eine Nacht und es war ein super Aufenthalt. Die Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Zimmer hatte eine tolle Einrichtung und es war sauber, in einem höheren Stockwerk gibt es ein tollen Überblick über Berlin. Auf der einen Seite gibt es Penny, auf der anderen Seite etliche Gastronomiebetriebe. Die U Bahn Station ist um die Ecke und die Verbindungen sind sehr gut. Das nächste mal in Berlin wird wieder hier gebucht.
- Mark (8/5): - Very nice and clean modern apartments in a very central area. Large comfortable beds, excellent bathroom and shower. Our only complaint was the air conditioning was broken throughout the whole building so we had to have the windows open during the night and there is a lot of street noise from traffic and sirens. Otherwise it would have been 5 star review all the way.
- Pekka (8/5): - The room was clean and had everything I needed for my stay. I would have lukee to have a regular-sized sleeping pillow however. The huge pillows were not suitable for me.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Modern - Es war nur eine Übernachtung, es ist sehr modern eingerichtet, einzigen Mängel waren das abgestandene Wasser in der Kaffeemaschine, im Bad einige Dinge und die Pflanze die dort zum streben zurückgelassen wurden. Ansonsten kann man sich dort sehr gut einrichten auch mal für mehr als eine Nacht. Sehr zentral und viele interessante Restaurant in der Nähe, auch eine U-Bahn Station.

- John (8/5): - Zimmer waren sauber. Spülmaschine noch voll. Gott sei Dank fertig. Die Steuerung im Bad leider ohne Funktion. Es wird alles smart gesteuert. Ein Licht lies sich nicht abschalten, da die Steuerung im Flur sich aufgehängt hatte. Also alle Sicherungen mal raus inklusive FI und wieder rein. Dann ging alles (außer Bad). Kein Zugriff auf die Apps am TV, da man das vorher beim Empfang freischalten lassen muss. Leider war dazu keiner mehr da. (Rezeption bis 22:00 besetzt). Check in und out geht auch am Automaten. Gerne wieder trotz der kleinen Mängel.

- Olivier (2/5): A FUIR!! - Fuyez !!! Appart hôtel à éviter. Dans un premier temps le mobilier et la décoration sont agréables. Dans un second temps, à notre arrivée nous avons constaté que l'appart hôtel était sale ( WC avec des tâches, meuble de cuisine avec des traces sur les meubles de café, table avec les miettes des précédents locataires, cheveux dans la douche, sol collant, . . . ) nous avions réservé pour 4 personnes, mais il n'y avait que 2 serviettes. De plus, l'équipement de la cuisine n'est pas approprié ( il manque de la vaisselle et ustensile comme un égouttoir), il y a juste une mini casserole et une poêle. Impossible de régler le chauffage nous avons dormi lors de notre troisième nuit avec plus de 28° dans la chambre ( impossible de diminuer chauffage central au sol) . Pas de ménage prévu lors du séjour. Quartier très bruyant, notre chambre donnait sur un Pub ( ouvert en semaine jusqu'à 1 du matin et 3 du matin le week-end) Le parking est facturé 20€ et est à 500 mètres de l'appart.
- Fabiana (6/5): Good but room for improvement - I stayed there for almost 2 weeks with my husband. Pro: the place is very new and well furnished/equipped. Nice warm shower, and smart system. It's also conveniently connected, great location. Cons: the communication with the staff wasn't ideal and it felt a bit disorganized. I was told the housemaid would take place every 3 days, but they actually came ONCE, and only after I solicited it, this was really upsetting. The surroundings can be loud, especially if you keep windows open. Overall it was a good stay but they have a lot to improve.
- Jens (10/5): - Great flat But the cups tellers forks and knives were missing. This was a problem and not acceptsble for at flat. We were very disappointed and will not rent again unless we know before that this has been fixed. Everything else were perfect. Regards Jens
- Brian (8/5): Lækkert lejlighedshotel i Neukölln - Vi besøgte Aeronaut i august 2021 og må erkende, at det fungerer perfekt. Det er nybygget og der arbejdes fortsat på stedet. Dette er faktisk ikke et hotel, men et lejlighedshotel, hvor den typiske gæst bor i længere tid af gangen. Det betyder også, at der ikke er bemanding i receptionen døgnet rundt og at der ofte kun er én ansat i receptionen, hvilket kan give lang ventetid ved tjek-ind. Vi boede to voksne og to børn i lejligheden - og der var god plads. Vi fik en lejlighed på 1. sal ved siden af elevatoren og det var meget lydt, særligt når andre gæster brugte trappen eller snakkede på gangene. Det generede dog kun dem, der sov på sovesofaen i stuen. I soveværelset kunne dette ikke høres. Vinduerne var meget lydtætte, så der var stort set ingen larm fra gaden. Stedets største plus er, at alt er nyt og super lækkert. Lys, gardiner og aircon styres fra en skærm på væggen. Sengene er af høj kvalitet, ligesom indretningen er gennemført. Vi havde TV i begge rum, Nespresso maskine (husk kapsler), opvaskemaskine (husk opvasketaps), mikroovn og køleskab. Perfekt til os. Aeronaut ligger på en ikke specielt spændende lokation. Der ligger affald overalt på fortove og gader - og området er ikke super turistvenligt. Undergrundsbanen lige dog foran hotellet, hvilket gør det nemt at komme rundt i Berlin. Der er 15 minutters gang til Tempelhof, og der er en del supermarkeder, bagere og restauranter i området. Parkering i garage koster €20 i døgnet. Vi kommer gerne igen!
- Amira (10/5): - Der Service war sehr gut, die Angestellten sehr höflich und das Zimmer sehr sauber, helle und modern mit Wohlfühlfaktor und hohem Komfort. Alles so wie man es sich wünscht. Uns hat die Unterkunft sehr gut gefallen und wir werden auf jeden Fall unseren nächsten Berlin Aufenthalt wieder in diesem Hotel verbringen.
