Anna (5/5): Not so charming... - The apartment is near the bus stops and convenient stores. However, it's far from the tube thus not for elderly people. The size of the rooms is great. This is good for overnight stay but not longer. 1. No hot water on first day. 2. The beds are not comfortable. One of the beds is a spring bed with worn out mattress. You wake up when you move because of the springs on the bed. The legs of the 2 wooden single beds are wobbly. 3. The TV has no internet connectivity to the modem which is now more common in other accommodations. 4. The washing machine is dirty. 5. Cupboards, drawers and dressers are very dirty. 6. No kitchen towels available.

John (10/5): Great value and nice location - Very good value property, close enough to tube stations but in a quiet road with shops, restaurants and some good takeaways about a one minute walk away. It was all good, maybe some more accurate information on the bin collections, the house info says fortnightly but it’s actually weekly for recycling and general waste on Thursdays.

Soledad (3/5): Expensive for what you get. - The location. The house wasn’t properly cleaned, with old cloth on the sofa, seemingly dirty from the previous guests; the food disposal unit in the sink was broken, despite there was a big sign requesting the guests to use it, and when we noticed, we had to clean the mess underneath; there was a leak in the bathroom, the shower screen was losen, and a long etc. But the worst was having to wait 3.5 hours to enter the property as it wasn’t cleaned yet, from 3 pm when we were supposed to check in to 6.30 pm, when it was already dark in an unknown neighborhood. We asked in return to leave the luggage a couple of hours after the check out, but the staff didn’t allowed it. We wouldn’t recommend this property nor the renting company Altido.
