You can get to plenty of famous places in Osaka from here very easily. Was also very spacious and luxurious by the standards of Japanese hotels. Location was a bit of a double edged sword. Lots of adult entertainment around if that’s the sort of thing that bothers you or if traveling with family.

Great location right next to a subway station While being right on top of a subway station was convenient for getting around, we could hear and feel the rumble of the trains. We were on one of the top floors so it didn't affect us too much but I imagine it would have been an issue if we were on one of the lower floors.

- Claire (7/5): We enjoyed our stay and would thoroughly recommend to others! ☺️ - We stayed at Randor Hotel Namba for the first few nights of our two weeks in Japan. It was a perfect location as far as access to trains and easy (longish) walk to sites like Osaka Castle and Dotombori. There were four of us in the one room and it didn’t feel too crowded. The room was rather dark, but overall I think this hotel was excellent value and I’d would recommend for any family travelling in Osaka The room was a little dark

- Msanao (8/5): 大満足 - 部屋も広く快適な滞在になりました。 キッチンも最低限の設備ですがフライパン、お皿の備え付けもあり便利でした。 立地も良く観光地もすぐ近くでした。 しいてあげるならエレベーターがもう少し大きいと良いかなと思いました。 大きい荷物での場合手狭かなと。

- 立欣 (9/5): - 位置就在地鐵電梯出口旁邊，連過馬路都不用，非常方便行李很多的人～從京都搭準特急可以直接到。房間非常大～ 比京都的公寓酒店還大，非常舒適！ 住在2樓4人房，會聽到地鐵經過的聲音跟震動，可能屬於白噪音沒有影響睡眠，兩大兩小都睡的不錯，間隔10幾分鍾會有一次。 另外要注意櫥櫃裡的床跟棉被不需要的話不要使用，會另外收費。

- Lilan (9/5): - 離車站真的很近，交通非常方便，周邊也很熱鬧，採買也非常方便。房間裡有餐具、微波爐、刀具跟洗衣機，非常適合家庭出遊，比較可惜的是只有一張很小的茶几，所以吃東西要坐在地毯上。

- Zhihui (9/5): Very conivience place at the centre of everything. - The location is great, subway station is just literally right next to the hotel building. Osaka Kizu market is 10 mintue walk from the hotel. The room size is very big, there are kitchen supplies for family to use. I could hear the subway train run across the bottom of the building at night. But it doesn't feel so frequent and the sound was at accetable level. The lighting is not so bright.
- ALING (7/5): 房间很大，所以住的较舒适。就是晚上空调很吵不好睡，关了又很冷。 - 有个男员工，态度挺不错，跟他说了洗浴盆脏了，他说马上去帮忙洗，但是回来时，倒流出来的水还是污垢。我想是洗浴盆构造的问题，应该要请专业的人清洗才可以。 洗漱用品没有按人头的数量放进去，因为房间也没有打前台的电话，所以就跟孩子两个人洗一条浴巾。女性化妆品三个成人也只有两份，水也只有2瓶，我觉得我们住8个人，有三个幼儿是免费的，不给可以理解。但是付了五个人的钱，我想应该给5个人的份。

- yuko (4/5): 安くなってて良かった - 大人数で泊まれたので良かった リビングエアコン効かなくて寒かった （フィルター掃除ランプ点滅していた） 空気清浄機のフィルターも掃除の点滅していた 部屋が電気が暗かった 風呂場の蛇口傾いてた ゴミ箱の蓋壊れてた 洗面所の排水口蓋壊れてた チェックアウト時フロントの2人の若いイケイケ風の女性にエアコン壊れてて寒かったと何度もお伝えしたけど座ったまま人ごとの様に口だけの謝罪された

- Cibele Tiemy (7/5): Ok. A única coisa foi o conforto das camas. A região é meio feia, mas é um aspecto geral da área. - Localização. Ao lado do metrô. Perto de dotombori, é possível ir a pé. Várias lojas de eletrônicos e restaurantes na região. O quarto é espaçoso. Tem um bom banheiro. As camas era desconfortáveis e os travesseiros também.
