• Francisco (10/5): Ubicación Excelente, buenas instalaciones y limpias, habitación muy comoda. zona muy segura - Excelente disposición del equipo, respondían muy rápido y daban flexibilidad para el check in y para guardar las maletas. la ubicación es realmente excelente, puede llegar a todos lados caminando y la zona es muy segura y bonita. La señora que hace la limpieza es un poco insistente, incluso cuando el cartel está en la puerta.

We had a great sleeps (quiet) and love the proximity of restaurants, transport to and from the airport. if i could change two things, the first one would be the pillows ( they felt a bit old) and fix the shower doors... but overall we had a great sleeps and love the proximity of restaurant, transport to and from the airport.

• Gaelle (8/5): - La chambre (verde) est très bien. Spacieuse, bien équipée. La salle de bain est attenante, équipée d'un sèche-cheveux. La salle commune est agréable . Deux tables et une cuisine très bien équipée. L'immeuble est très bien situé à deux pas du chateau St ange. La communication avec la propriétaire est très facile. Ne pas oublier de mettre le panneau "Don't disturb" à la porte pour éviter de se faire réveiller brusquement par des coups sur la porte par le personnel de ménage. L'appartement n'est pas très bien insonorisé. On entend les personnes qui entrent ou sortent.

• Yuriy (9/5): Цена для такого местоположения и качество жилья полностью совпали с моими предпочтениями. - Апартаменты занимают этаж в доме, находятся в 500 метрах от Ватикана. На фото вид из окна кухни на ту улицу, по которой вы минут за 10-15 дойдете до главных ворот Ватикана. Множество достопримечательностей вокруг можно обойти пешком. Комнат немного, есть своя кухня со всем необходимым для готовки. Владелицу госпожу Габриэлу мы в глаза не видели, общались на английском языке только с помощью смартфона, но все работало как надо. Кто-то в отзывах был недоволен тем, что не предупредили о курортном сборе. Проверено на себе: о курортном сборе указано в карточке, он оплачивается отдельно уже после бронирования. Окончательная сумма за проживание была именно такая, которая приведена в расчете. Не знаю, можно ли это улучшить, надо ли, но немного шумно работают двери и электрические замки в них. Человеку с крепким сном не помешает, но кого-то может и раздражать. Тут многие недовольны тем, что туалет и душ находятся не в номере, туда нужно попасть через коридор. Такой номер только один, если я не ошибаюсь. Важно то, что каждый должен заранее решить, устроит это его или нет. И это не общий туалет и душ, им пользуются только постояльцы этой комнаты. Все это я легко пережил.

• robibaro (10/5): Ottimo! - Posizione ottima. Ho soggiornato una sola notte perché sono andata ad un concerto all’Auditorium della conciliazione (1 minuto a piedi, ma anche meno, dalla struttura). Fermata dell’autobus da e per Roma Termini a 5 minuti a piedi. La stanza era perfetta, pulizia ottima e staff molto cordiale. Se dovrò ritornare in zona questa struttura sarà una certezza.

La posizione della struttura: 3 minuti da piazza San Pietro, 6 minuti dalla fermata dell'autobus (40, 64 sono i numeri che portano a Termini; il 23 porta a Trastevere, con le trattorie e i ristoranti di cucina tipica). Vicina anche la Metro- fermata Ottaviano: una volta saliti, la terza fermata è "Spagna", per raggiungere il cuore della città. Piazza Borgo Pio è un vero borgo romano, curato e accogliente; di fronte BoRooms, la bottega di un restauratore: mi è piaciuto ammirare la sua maestria fuori, all'aperto...un salto indietro nel tempo.

Można poprawić szczegółowość informacji. np. informację kiedy dostaniemy kod do numeru do pokoju mogliśmy otrzymać wcześniej, razem z kodem do drzwi wejściowych. Tymczasem musieliśmy o to pytać. Przy zamawianiu taksówki trzeba uprzedzić, ze nie podjedzie pod hotel, tylko na sąsiednią ulicę na rogu Borgo Pio.

• Christina (7/5): - The location was brilliant, clear communication from the host about checking in, the room was tidied up and bed made every morning. Clean towels and bedding. Plenty of space to hang clothes and use of a safe. Decent check out time of 11am and flexible check in time Unfortunately the room isn't sound proofed and so the comfort of your experience relies entirely upon the consideration of your neighbours. You can hear literally everything- coughing, talking, singing, showers. One our first night we were kept awake until 2.30am with noise of other apartment users. Nothing the hosts could do but it is something important to consider. Bedroom is a bit dark as the only window faces into the external courtyard.

• Juan Rivendel (10/5): - Es el lugar ideal para conocer la ciudad del Vaticano, visitar los museos vaticanos, San Pedro, el Castillo de San Angelo, ya que estas al lado de todos estos sitios, en la zona hay restaurantes, heladerías un súper y tiendas de regalitos con unos precios insuperables, lugares como la plaza navona, Panteón, fontana de trevi, estan a 15, 20 minutos andando y por unas calles muy bonitas de recorrer. Pasan taxis junto al alojamiento en todo momento....las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas y dispone de una zona común con un par de mesas y una cocina equipada. Altamente satisfactorio.

• Carmen (8/5): lovely for a short city stay within walking distance from most major attractions. - we loved the room, especially the location. there was cleaning daily which we appreciate. also, since we had a late flight we were allowed to leave our bags safely after check-out and pick them up just before leaving for the airport. could be improved by having a mini-fridge and a kettle in the room. such facilities were available in the common kitchen area but not in our room.

• Maria (10/5): Wonderful stay just fix the drain issues. - We love the property. It was well maintained and fairly close to everything. Super easy walk to restaurants and museums. We went in Christmas time so it was beautiful walks along the streets at any time of day and night. The only thing I was sad about was that the shower drain did not drain fast enough so when I showered, I was standing in a puddle of water. The owner did try to come out and fix it and have a Plumber however it was not successful. But other than that, everything was great and they were super friendly and accessible.

The location is perfect, being very close to the Vatican. The property owner was very accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. A special mention goes to the cleaning lady, who was incredibly kind and helpful, ensuring every detail of our comfort was attended to. Our stay was truly wonderful, and I highly recommend this place to other travelers. Grazie mille!

• Oana (9/5): Overall, a good location. - We really enjoyed our stay at BoRooms. The room and the bathroom were really nice and clean. And the location is very close to all the attractions. Not necessarily a major thing, but the room is a litte too dark as the balcony is facing the interior of the building so you do not get any sunlight from outside. Also, sometimes it can be kind of noisy as the kitchen is very close to the room and you can hear every little noise that comes from there.

The room and bathroom was a really good size and had access to a shared kitchen/ dining area and included complimentary coffee etc. ( great espressos) We loved our time there and found it a sanctuary after a busy day in Rome. The staff were really helpful and made our stay.

Uncomfortable bed, no comfortable social seating area (e.g. lounge with TV), difficult to cook a meal for 4 on 1 hob ring, some tourist leaflets would be useful, no full length mirror or mirror in bedroom (only bathroom), shower door leaks.

• Dmitry (10/5): - Steps away from Castle St. Angelo and the Vatican. This was a great location with all kinds of transportation options to other parts of Rome. The room'was quiet and clean. There was coffee available in the kitchen and a fridge if you chose to buy groceries for some of your meals. There's an inexpensive sandwich and gelato store downstairs. And a lot of different dining options. The WiFi worked well. We had a slight hiccup with the lock and the situation was resolved in 15 min. Lovely stay in Rome thanks to BoRooms.
• Greg (10/5): Exceptional - I was very reserved with room with external bathroom but this room was great, large room comfortable for 2 people with an external bathroom that is large and very comfortable. Room and bathroom was very clean and build to high standard. Hosts are very accommodating and easy to deal with. Location was amazing as very close to Vatican and all othe Rome attractions. I could not ask for more. All good nothing to complain about.
