Il nous a également donné des bonnes adresses de restauration. Nous avions une chambre qui donnait sur la route et c était très bruyant la nuit.
- Robert (1/5): Einfach nicht empfehlen, Wert abzocke durch und durch - Die Unterkunft selber war sauber das Zimmer war sehr abgenutzt und von den Bildern nicht identisch Dass ich 5 Minuten später gekommen bin wie das vereinbarte Checkin musste 20 € zusätzlich zahlen +11 Euro Taxi, das Personalkontor mir kein Rückgeld geben und sagt, er wechselt. Ich hab ihn nie mehr wieder gesehen.

Uns hat’s getaugt- wer es ruhig mag eher nicht so!😊 Das Frühstück war fast-Food. Orangensaft in einer Tetrapackung. Zwieback in einer Plastikfolie, dazu Butter und ein Packerl Marmelade verpackt. Einzig das Croissant und der Kaffee war gut. Aber da kann ich mir gleich vom Supermarkt etwas holen!🤷♂️ Wirklich das Einzige was man verbessern könnte! 🥰

The manager, Antonio, was superb, checking in with us before our stay and making sure we had everything we needed. We will be back to see Antonio and this fabulous city. Nothing. Beaucoup de renseignements et d'aide pour l'organisation de nos activités. Le petit-déjeuner, servi dans la chambre, était très bon et servi à l'heure de notre choix. Trouver l'entrée de l'hôtel n'était pas facile (dans un magasin) mais Antonio nous a envoyé une photo qui nous a permis de trouver directement.

- Marcel (8/5): Geweldig - Op Piazza Dante centraal in de stad. Één minuut looen naar de metro. Kamer had een raam op een binnenplaats, dus erg rustig slapen. Gastheer had veel tips voor restaurants en tripjes. Het was een tikje versleten hier en daar, het hoofdeinde van het bed en de kranen. Daarnaast had de douche af en toe wat aanloopproblemen

- Rosanna (10/5): Napoli e dintorni - Struttura posizionata in centro, perfetta per visitare comodamente la città nei luoghi più storici e iconici. Staff cordiale e accogliente, sempre disponibili per consigli su cosa fare e come farlo. Dato che il giorno del check out avevamo il volo alle 21:30 , ci hanno tenuto i bagagli fino all’arrivo del taxi, ore 19:20, lasciandoci le chiavi e la possibilità di poter usufruire del bagno. Servizio non da poco che abbiamo apprezzato dato che avevamo passato un’intera giornata a camminare. Sicuramente torneremo da voi per una prox visita a Napoli.

- Karen (1/5): - NOTHING Very bad and disappointing we lost our money …cause we were obliged to quit and go elsewhere and didn’t get any refund or at least a penalty to be paid they cashed all the value … the hotel is a lie the entrance is a small fake shoe shop u go up the with stairs around a level and half and then u have the rooms with a small reception few rooms and reception leave at 5 if u want come back late u need to open by 2 different keys the shop door the hotel door … its a disaster they dont even help with heave luggages … and the breakfast they bring to room cause they dont have space and even in the room u dont space to eat and what a breakfast one bad quality croissant and a coffee… the bad sheets are dirty the beds old ..no window .the only window was open to a dirty AC and back area which u can’t definitely use…And the worst when we complained to the manager he was very rude and arguing and shouting… the worst place and to ruine your vacation… even booking.com didn’t help cause manly the information showed on the page or the site is completely wrong and very fare from reality… so booking.com has to react on the hotel and posts that should reflect reality not lies …

- Natacha (6/5): situation top, petit déjeuner nulle et la chambre pas de fênetre avec lumière naturelle - la situation était parfaite, vraiment au centre de tout chambre tres belle et propre ils poposaient un taxi de l'aeroport vers l'hotel, quand j'ai réservé ils m'ont dit que la navette n'était pas disponible on avait la chambre familile, ce qui m'as dérangé c'est qu'il y avait pas de fentetre avec lumiere naturelle, quand j'ai reserver, j'ai vu que le petit déjeuner était dans la chambre, alors je me suis dit, ca peut etre sympa. Pour etre franche le petit déjeuner ils devraient pas le proposer, ils ont pas de cuisine, donc c'est vraiment du vite fait, des articles sec. le premier jour on a eu des cracottes avec de la confiture, 1 croissant frais, 1 yaourt et 1 café. Comme nous on aime pas les cracottes, j'ai envoyé un message à Antonio pour lui demander du pain frais et pas de cracottes, parce qu'on aime pas les cracottes. Le jour d'après on a eu une tranche de pain frais, on nous a enlever les croissants frais et on nous a remis les cracottes qu'on aime pas. Pour le 3ème jour j'ai plus rien dit, car on a eu l'impression que Antonio nous en voulait un peu, alors on a laissé le petit dejeuner et on est allé prendre le petit dejeuner en-bas dans une petite boulangerie très sympa.

- Victoria (8/5): Great location, pleasant B&B, great staff. - The team , especially Antonio, was very helpful and friendly. He really helped us by organising then reorganising our taxi to the airport when we discovered it didn’t open until 3.30am. The location was excellent for all the main attractions. Looking over Piazza Dante and right by the metro, it was a busy, lively area but the double glazing really kept the noise out. Comfortable and clean with all the amenities you need, including usb charging ports, fridge, hairdryer and safe. Nice breakfast served to your room that you could eat on your balcony overlooking the piazza. I’m a bidet fan so missed that in the bathroom. Very minor issue though- just so used to having one every time we visit Italy.

- VICTOR JOSÉ (10/5): Alojamiento muy adecuado. - La ubicación nos pareció muy buena, en el centro histórico (Piazza Dante). Tiene además una boca de metro justo enfrente. La habitación es acogedora y está muy limpia. El cuarto de baño es con ducha. La tarifa incluye el desayuno, que te lo sirven en la habitación, previa consulta de tus gustos y eventuales intolerancias. El encargado, Antonio, es sumamente simpático y cordial. Te informa de todo lo que le preguntes. Nada, todo muy bien.

Per accedere, infatti, bisogna entrare all'interno di un negozio di scarpe e salire al primo piano. ho prenotato le camere con la colazione inclusa nel prezzo. Purtroppo al nostro arrivo abbiamo appreso che la colazione sarebbe stata servita in camera dalle ore 8 in poi( per me troppo tardi, dovendomi muovere presto) per cui ci siamo recati noi al bar convenzionato sotto il bEB . Non ci è stato comunicato nè dal bar , nè dal Beb che c'era un budget per la colazione, per cui alla fine abbiamo pure dovuto pagare quello che secondo il bar era il supplemento!!!Ho trovato diversi capelli sulle federe dei cuscini e lo scarico della doccia era intasato

- Zivile (10/5): - The location is exceptional, everything is walking distance, metro station just outside. The host, Antonio, is so helpful and nice, you have to meet him to understand🤗 We made the right choice picking CityKey
- Francine (9/5): Excellent emplacement - Jolie chambre très agréable et très propre. Balcon donnant sur la place Dante très animée mais insonorisation efficace, une fois les fenêtres fermées nous n'entendions que très peu le bruit de la rue. Très bonne communication avec Antonio, tout le monde est vraiment gentil. L'emplacement est parfait, à quelques mètres d'une station de métro et idéal pour découvrir les quartiers historique et espagnol. Petit déjeuner servi dans la chambre. Rien à dire

- Konstantinos (10/5): - Great location at the heart of a buzzing shopping area Via Toledo) and conveniently next to a Metro station and bus stops. Very nice hotel, clean and modern interiors, and Antonio (the host) was very helpful. Highly recommended.

- Shannon (8/5): The staff was very accommodating - Proximity to places we wanted to visit. It was very clean. The staff was helpful- called us a taxi and helped us get luggage downstairs to the taxi. Naples is very dirty- lots of trash and graffiti. Maybe it would’ve been better to stay closer to the water? Idk. Other piazzas nearby were equally dirty. I thought Piazza Dante would be nice like the pictures I had seen. See the picture attached with mounds of garbage bags on the right. This was morning and the cleanest time.
