• BRIGITTE (9/5): Hôtel agréable, récent dans quartier assez calme fin avril. - L’emplacement, situé à quelques minutes à pieds du Tram 1 Station Askaray, et métro. Facile d’accès, en retrait du bruit. Tout se fait facilement à pied, 30 mn de Sultanhamet et grand bazar. Quartier très vivant. Accueil H 24/24 personnel agréable. Petit déjeuner turc classique pas beaucoup de nuances au quotidien pourrait mieux faire . Literie confortable, propre. Petite amélioration dans la chambre 601, porte de douche manquante partiellement et cuvette des toilettes à réajuster. Linge de literie un peu usé. Sinon c’est propre.

• madama m (7/5): C,était bien, j,y retournerai pour mon prochain voyage - L,acceuil. Le jeune et la jeune dame à la reception de l,hôtel sont très aimables. La chambre et la salle de bain n,étaient pas souvent bien nettoyées. Le dernier on s,est rendu compte que sous nos lits y avaient beaucoup de salété, des ordures laissés certainement pas d,autres clients qui n,ont pas été nettoyé.

• Yevheniia (9/5): - Понравилось на самом деле все. Местонахождение супер, буквально недалеко, вниз спуститься 5 минут и ты уже на остановке Аксарай трамвая Т1. Также если пройтись минут 10 максимум в другую сторону, то можно выйти к автобусной остановке. Недалеко еще автобус из аэропорта (хаваист 12) приезжает/уезжает. Удобно если путешествуете и нужен доступ именно к новому аэропорту Стамбула. В самом отеле приятный персонал, всегда готовы помочь или ответят на любой вопрос. У меня был одноместный номер. Была большая двухместная кровать, очень классно было спать. Район очень тихий, максимум азан услышите)) Все что нужно для комфортного отдыха в номере есть. Завтраки тоже есть, приходишь, кладешь что хочешь себе. На первый взгяд скромненько, но на самом деле все свежее и можно очень сытно покушать перед будущими приключениями по Стамбулу)) Поэтому за свою цену получился отличный отдых)) Однозначно рекомендую! Уборка тоже была.

• AnTony_Ly (10/5): Хотите отдохнуть от суеты Стамбула и быть в центре событий? Вам сюда - Очень уютный и камерный отель в самом центре оживлённого района Стамбула, но на тихой улочке. Персонал просто душки. Говорят на русском, английском, турецком языках. В номере есть, всё необходимое даже и для длительного проживания. Пешком идти не придётся, есть лифт на все этажи, и даже в ресторан, где по утрам завтрак. Номер небольшой, но продуманный Не было разных мелочей, типа туалетной бумаги или информации о номере ресепшн или пароле от WiFi. Завтрак вкусный, но скромный. Всё. Больше ничего нет из минусов

• Munther (4/5): The stay was quite ordinary, with nothing special except for -Jala- who was noticeably kind and helpful. - Honestly there wasn’t much that stood out or impressed me about the hotel overall. However, I would like to highlight one staff member — Jala — who was very kind, friendly, and genuinely helpful to guests. Her positive attitude made a real difference. There were several disappointing aspects during my stay. The noise in the corridor during the day was very disturbing, making it hard to relax. The air conditioning was very poor and caused discomfort and even illness. Additionally, the rooms lacked proper ventilation, and the bathroom was very small. Basic amenities like shampoo and soap were of low quality. The furniture was old and worn out. Aside from that, the experience was somewhat acceptable. As for the staff, except for Jala, who was kind and helpful, the rest were unfriendly and unwelcoming.

• Mohamed Said (7/5): - -L’emplacement est assez bien pas loin du tram T2 et du métro -J’avais réservé une chambre double et j’ai eu une chambre triple spacieuse -balcon et chambre bien éclairé -réception ouverte h24 -l’équipe de la réception très gentille -En arrivant fatigué à 5h du matin, je trouve les coussins dans un état pitoyable (sale et sans taie d’oreiller) j’ai dû descendre à la réception pour demander de changer les coussins et de les couvrir -en entrant à la salle de bain je trouve un grande fuite sûr l’évacuation du levier du lavabo, j’ai dû redescendre encore une fois pour réclamer, le réceptionniste et monté pour le remettre à sa place -isolation sonore quasi inexistante entre les chambres… -Petite déjeuner très moyen, manque de choix

La limpieza es empicable . El desayuno es variado cada dia . Es un hotel recomendable si quieres pasar una estancia tranquila aqui en istanbol y ademas la parada del tramway y del metro estan a unos 500 metros caminando . Si vuelvo algun dia a istanbol vuelvo a alojarme en este hotel sin duda . Y lo mas importante es una zona muy segura y transcurrida de dia y noche Nada

Distância de 1 paragem de Grande Bazaar e 3 paragens de Sófia Place e Mesquitas. Funcionários Son muito atenciosos e prontos ajudar para qualquer questão. Geral e comum que em Istambul muitos não fala inglês, mas o staff falava também russo e conseguia comunicar muito bem com ajuda de um tradutor no telefone.
