Piotr (8/5): Thank you for a wonderful stay - I would happily return on my next trip to Tokyo again - - excellent value for money, it was my third stay there - great location - the Ginza metro line is just a 5-minute walk away - great kitchen - I especially loved the pizza, and the breakfasts were excellent - friendly, helpful, English-speaking staff - very clean - iron - I would suggest extending the breakfast hours - 7:00–9:30 AM feels a bit tight, and I often had to rush to make it before 9 AM - rooms are on the smaller side, but still comfortable and expected for Tokyo

Relativ grosses Zimmer für Tokyo. Ruhig gelegen mitten in pulsierenden Akiba Viertel. Küchengeruch im Zimmer trotz 5.Stock. Haben mit offenem Fenster geschlafen. Aber nicht so schlimm.

Vraiment excellent hôtel Chambre légèrement petite mais normal pour Tokyo. Le petit déjeuner était vraiment pas top honnêtement c’est vraiment le point sur lequel ils peuvent s’améliorer .

Payam (9/5): Great location and cozy place - Being near two train stations made getting around super easy! The hotel is in Akihabara, a great area with tons of restaurants and shops. We had a lovely stay, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The restaurant downstairs offers breakfast and other meals. We tried a meal option, and it was tasty, but a bit pricey. The breakfast choices weren’t the most exciting, and the quality didn’t quite match the price. Plus, the kitchen didn’t have great airflow which led our clothes smelling like smoke.

The little game at the beginning and the free drink at the start of the trip were a great way to kick off the stay. I had a great meal in the pizza restaurant downstairs and a nice drink in the lounge. The room was comfortable and the location was fun. It's a little annoying that the lift stops on level 2 every time. Not sure of the legal requirements but is cought me out a couple times.

La stanza era molto piccola, l’odore di cibo era presente anche ai piani superiori. La cucina è praticamente all’ingresso. Inoltre è scoperta, quindi l’odore si propaga da quel punto fino ai piani superiori e siccome l’albergo è anche un ristorante, quindi a colazione , pranzo e cena si verifica lo stesso. Il prezzo è decisamente molto elevato per quanto offre, anche la colazione non mi ha convinto più di tanto.

Mélanie (8/5): - L'emplacement pas mal du tout proche de la station de métro, family mart et restos proches, et le personnel de l'hôtel ultra aux petits soins Il y a un restaurant au rez-de-chaussée de l'hôtel et donc dès le matin ça sent la nourriture dans l'ascenseur mais un detail pour ceux a qui ça ne dérange pas et l'heure du petit déj super tôt 9h30 max. Sinon taille de la chambre très petite on ne peut pas vraiment laisser ouvertes les grandes valises et comme ya pas de placard de rangement c'est pas evident mais bon au Japon toutes les chambres sont littéralement petites.
Latif (8/5): - Location was good. We stayed here for work, but I think this is a good, strategically located hotel for tourism/vacation. Breakfast was good but purely Western/European. This may be ideal for families traveling with kids who are picky eaters, but one of my favorite things about staying in hotels in Japan is to sample foods I'm not normally exposed to. Bluetooth speaker was nice to have while relaxing in the evenings. Staff was very kind. The pillows were not great; very flat and uncomfortable. TV had to be adjusted to view from bed. The TV had a mount that allowed you to angle it towards the bed, but couldn't really be viewed well for both beds.

L’ hotel si trova in posizione super comoda, a pochi minuti dalla stazione di Akihabara e dalla Yamanote Line. Tutto il personale è gentilissimo ed estremamente disponibile. Abbiamo deciso di soggiornare qui due volte durante il nostro viaggio in giro per il Giappone. Sicuramente sarà un punto di riferimento per noi anche in futuro! Tutto perfetto

Kateřina (5/5): - Hotel se nachází blízko centra. Má dobrou dostupnost. Personál kuchyně / snídaní byl velmi neochotný. V případě zájmu o dřívější snídani (15 min před začátkem) jsme byli nuceni vyčkat. Jakožto alergik na laktózu jsem v hotelu neměla na výběr alternativní potraviny (rostlinná mléka apod.). Byla jsem nucena si kupovat snídaně v obchodě. Partner nebyl také spokojen - snídaně byly po dobu 14 dnů stále stejné. Personál recepce byl milý a slušný, ale neuměl dobře anglicky. Z mého pohledu by takto drahý hotel měl mít personál plyně hovořící anglicky. Měli jsme dvoulůžkový pokoj, který nebyl z nejnižší cenové kategorie a i tak byl pokoj velmi malý a stísněný. Na pokoji nebyla k dispozici šatní skříň, pouze několik ramínek.
