The breakfast was poor and the person preparing was in bad mood, only had breakfast on the next morning and skipped the rest. We had to upgrade the room and pay double the amount to get a better room. The wifi kept disconnecting.

It was so filthy that I ask to change and they got some cops and some tea and sugar and 2 mugs I got no answer then I open the fridge the deep freezer full of ice the fridge inside filthy it was very very, very bad experience. I wish you do you do not listen to them back under under your web.

Abdul (5/5): The staff is very rude and rough and there is no Wifi - ACs were not working. - The Rooms are spacious and location is in a quite place The staff were very rude and rough. they asked us to take another extra room for small kids and which we kept un occupied during our whole stay as the kids stayed with their mother. They kept waiting the whole team until we take the new room and take the copy of all apssports, whereas we paid already through booking.com the whole pax. they would have allotted the room for the paid team and deal the additional case with the responsible guy only. they kept waiting for two hours for this purpose. There was no wifi at all in the rooms or lobby. Out of the 5 rooms we took - the ACs were not working in two rooms - we have complained several times and they didnt change the room. The whole team were disappointed by their attitude. They asked us to sign on a paper not to return the deposit. when we refused they again gone to the room and complained the TV remote is missing. we have gone with them in the room and found the remote, then they accused it was broken by us. But they couldnt prove it. with so many arguments they returned the deposit. He was trying to steal the deposit for no reason.

Chanika (8/5): It was an exciting experience with a lot of pool time. - The rooms are spacious and really well looked after. The pool is also really big and it is comfortable for swimming and not just relaxing. The staff were all really friendly and only every now and then was there a bit of a problem with the language difference. The breakfast: I think you guys should maybe make a menu sothat people can choose what they want for breakfast and try to have a bigger variety of foods especially for tourists who might have different tastes. The pool: I think it would have been a lot more fun if we could go swimming a bit earlier than the stipulated time of 10 am. We were early birds and then had to wait quite a while to use the pool. The sleeper couch: the friend of ours that slept on the sleeper couch said that the matress was a bit thin so he could feel the springs of the bed part throughout the whole night. If you could maybe try and get thicker mattresses for the couches it would be a lot better.
