• Jazmine (1/5): I will NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN and PLEASE DON’T BRING YOUR CHILDREN OR PET TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT. - I liked nothing about the property PLEASE TAKE HEED IN THIS MESSAGE! Especially in building five, we were in room 5113, please be aware. The property is rodent and insect infested, you can smell hardcore drugs down the hallway but they don’t want you to smoke in the rooms, I left the room clean expecting to get my deposit back but I was told I can’t have it because I got a pea shaped amount of blood on a sheet from a cut on my the inside of my palm mind you; the hallway flooded with water, they have NO WI-FI, NO MICROWAVE, and the AC will give you constant problems even after calling in maintenance, there is also NO ROOM SERVICE, and if you ask for another room they will put you in one thats worst than the previous one. If you report ANY OF THESE PROBLEMS, they will ask you to take photos and videos of you killing and catching them. So I guess let the rodent or insect run around your room until you can get a picture or they won’t believe you. PLEASE TAKE HEED IN THIS MESSAGE THIS IS NO JOKE!!

The booking online said nothing about room number or pin, nobody was in the front office to tell me my room, nobody workers around either. They were crackheads running around everywhere. And I’m not talking about just some weed these people looked strung on out some bad shit and they were all going crazy. It was genuinely a terrible place to be.

• Laura (1/5): DO NOT STAY HERE. - This hotel is a Crack house It was abandoned it has bullet holes in the windows Crack house that drug dealers wouldn't even stay at moldy rusty broken doors. That's on the outside never made it to a room because I didn't want to get murdered or robbed. Booking.com gave me a 5.50 refund. That's insulting. Shame smh

Se realizo el tramite llamando a Booking para confirmar la reserva. No tenian servicio de WiFi aunque en la pagina le menciona. Fue una estancia muy desagradable. El primer dia que realizaron limpieza me botaron la ropa y tambien mis cartas de pokemon que habia comprado, les repito fue un trato muy pesimo.

Front desk staff was rude and no one is there after 9pm untill 11am the next morning so having an issue over night is your own problem. • Valdez (1/5): DONT! - There is nothing to like here, do not be fooled by a low price. $50 cash deposit required, no early check in, no late check out, other reviews scared me by mentioning bed bugs. Says pet friendly but there will be a $25 per pet fee if you show up with pets * that was outlined in the booking. This place is dilatpidated, the employees are shady, there are rules they don't tell in you booking, loiterers after dark were scary, cash only deposit you may not get back, no service between 11pm and 7am.

• Junior (4/5): OYO Orlando Orange Street - Localização Estrutura, predio muito antigo, você tem que pagar uma taxa de 50 dólares(reembolsável), mas caso vc saia depois das 11h da manhã ou venha quebrar alguma coisa no quarto, eles ficam com os seus 50 dólares, porém caso vc sai até às 11h e não quebre nada no quarto os 50 dólares são devolvidos. A pessoa que me atendeu no meu check-in, nao é muito agradável, simpática e sem empatia alguma, não falo fluente inglês, então ela foi meio rude, não gostei do atendimento não do check-in, no check-out já foi mais agradável a pessoa que me atendeu, uma outra atendente. Enfim como minha intenção era apenas dormir depois de 8hrs de voo entre o Brasil e EUA serviu, mas se for para ficar mais dias não recomendo nao.

• Charles (1/5): The hotel is in dire need of new facilities all around. - The internet add showed a nice clean newer hotel. The lady at the front desk was nice and polite. There was no breakfast, the lobby was dingy and dark and in disarray. The hallway to the room was dirty and the room itself was in need of repair. The floors had pieces of tile missing or broken, the bathroom door was coming apart and had screws holding it together that had been painted over. There were roaches in the room, disgusting. The entire hotel needs to be renovated and updated.
