Virgil (6/5): Pay the extra 15 percent and stay somewhere else - Location and price are great but this unit is in need of maintenance and basics like blankets, towels for the number of registered guests, more than one room key, hand soap, toilet paper, and replacement of all the broken things like iron, ironing board, torn curtains, etc. The bathroom for the primary room was in complete disarray; shower hose was broken and unusable, bathtub leaked all over the floor constantly from piping issues, toilet paper holder was broken and left near the counter to smile at I guess. Communication with the guest coordinator was awful, as was check in which he was late for. He promised maintenance which never happened, never replied to emails and messages through this app…I kept calling and calling…it really felt like I had to hunt him down.
Hussein (10/5): We enjoyed our stay, excellent location - Overall stay was excellent, location is perfect, view was amazing from 32 floor, sound isolation is great, amenities were available.Free valet parking is an advantage, pool was heated and good in size, washer is working properly, dish washer is present, oven is present. 3 bedrooms with their own toilet in each room plus 4th guest toilet. Point to improve: check-in procedure is long, check out steps were not explained, toilets soap and shampoo need to be provided in good quantities according to the length of stay, water boiler need to be replaced, will need furniture renovation soon, water pressure was fluctuating at mid-day. Need to provide more spoons, knives, forks, plates and there were only 1 or 2 max of each. Conclusion: will come back for this provided quality-price services in this excellent apartment.
