Great room facilities and really nice to stay in Old quarter. The breakfast is also really good and great value for money ,If you are considering it I would look no further We were overcharged and mis communicated drink prices on the roof and the employee charging us was a little unhelpful when we brought this up and pulled what seemed to be a random price out of the air , other than that it was perfect

- Valérie (7/5): Bien mais... - Excellente situation - Personnel très attentif - Chambre très bien insonorisée - buffet du petit-déjeuner excellent La chambre qui nous a été attribuée ne correspondait pas aux photos du site Booking. Prenant en compte les photos dans la rubrique "détails de la chambre", j'avais fait le choix d'une chambre avec vue sur le lac depuis la terrasse et d'une chambre avec 3 fenêtres (dont 1 dans la SDB). C'était une surprise pour ma famille. A notre arrivée, rien de tout cela : aucune vue depuis la terrasse sauf sur des toits et des immeubles en montant sur l'escalier de secours (!), terrasse sans intérêt, chambre plus exigüe, 1 seule fenêtre. J'ai exprimé ma grande déception qui a été entendue par le personnel : il nous a été proposé de changer d'hôtel mais, fatigués par le voyage, nous avons préféré rester sur place (de toute façon la surprise était gâchée...). On nous a alors proposé des mesures de compensation ( réduction de 10 %, check-out tardif, massage et trajet hôtel-aéroport en taxi). Passée la déception, je dois reconnaître que le personnel a été particulièrement attentif à notre situation.

- Koichi (9/5): シャワー以外は満点です。 - ロケーションは旧市内でちょっと頑張れば色々な見どころへ徒歩で行ける便利な場所です。街歩きも楽しめます。 スタッフの皆さん全員、丁寧で親切な対応をして頂けました。特に最終日、深夜便でしたがチェックアウト後でもシャワーが使え着替えも含め快適でした。 また週末でgrab車がホテル前まで入れないのですが、ボーイさんに乗れる場所まで荷物持って案内してもらい感激。 唯一の問題点、シャワーの水温が安定せず周期的に火傷しそうな温度に上がってまた下がるの繰り返しでした。

The staff were so accomadating and caring. Our rooms were beautiful and so comfortable. The restaurant was fantastic and the food was delicious. We enjoyed our breakfasts which was a great start to the day. The location was perfect as a point to go from on our Hanoi adventures. Thank you to such caring staff. Everything was great

I noticed in the bathroom of the room we stayed in that all along the ceiling there was lots and lots of black mould from improper ventilation. Très pratique pour tout les départs en balade à pied...... l'équipe très attentionnée le jour de mon départ j'ai eu un petit déjeuné très tôt juste avant de partir à l'aéroport. Le Skybar à une très belle vue sur la ville et le lac. Et les cocktails très bien préparé! Tout le monde ne sais pas faire des Singapore Sling🍹🍹 Rien à dire pour ma part !

Niets is ze teveel. Lobby heel sfeervol. Skybar met prachtige uitzicht over het meer. Heerlijk compleet ontbijt. Mooie schone kamer. Wij waardeerden het kleine afscheidscadeautje met de mededeling “safe traveling” heel erg. Zeker in deze tijd. Helemaal niets op aan te merken!

- Caroline (10/5): Parfait pour séjourner à Hanoï - La localisation au coeur du vieux quartier de Hanoï. Nous y avons fait trois passages durant notre séjour au Vietnam. Le personnel est aux petits soins. Ils se sont chargés de nos réservations de transport et nous ont up gradé notre chambre pour compenser notre arrivée tardive (suite à des retards de vol) Le petit déjeuner est très bien et l’ensemble des services de qualité. Nous y reviendrons sans hésiter lors d’un prochain séjour à Hanoi Rien

- Derek (9/5): Great hotel, great location, great staff - Reception staff were fantastic, in particularly (I hope I remember her name correctly) Lynh Wu who gave us a very warm welcome when we first arrived. We stayed for a 2nd stay after an overnight trip to Halong Bay and had a very late flight, but Lynh made sure we could have a shower and change before leaving, and ensured we got to the Grab OK through the weekend closed roads. Breakfasts were excellent. We also ate a couple of times in the restaurant & Sky Bar. The Chef should be hugely congratulated on perfect cooking of steak. One issue we had during our 2nd stay was that the aircon in our room didn't work so it was too warm overnight. We thought it was just an unfortunate glitch, but we heard another guest commenting the same issue when checking out. The only other minor issue was that the water temperature fluctuated slightly in the showers (2 separate bedrooms plus the Spa) meaning the water temperature would get very hot for a couple of seconds at a time. Another minor irritation was that there were some minor refurbishment/building works going on and we weren't told about the resulting noise in advance.

Only problem was construction next door, but that's not the fault of the hotel and they can't really control that.

To compliment that, the hotel itself was lovely, well kept, clean, and the showers were hot. Breakfast was a nice touch of both Vietnamese/Asian and Western and wasn't overwhelming. The location was fantastic as well, with some of the best coffee we've ever had just a few minutes away. If I had to nitpick, it would be the elevator size, it was just hard traveling with a lot of luggage.

- Tatijana (9/5): A little over priced - The location is great. I stayed in the Majesty Suite room and it was very spacious and clean. The property had really good vibes. I was informed I would have a complimentary pass to the rooftop bar for New Years Eve which is why I booked this hotel. However on the night, not even 30mins after sitting at the rooftop bar was asked if I had a booking. I advised I was an in-house guest with complimentary pass for standing to which they advised that I would have to pay 1,200,000 VND to stay as a standing rooftop bar guest.

- Ulv (9/5): Tolle Lage im Zentrum der Altstadt! - Es handelt sich um ein wirklich sehr schönes Hotel im Old Quarter von Hanoi. Wie fast jedes Hotel in dieser Stadt hat es eine Rooftop Bar. Das Personal ist freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Ich hatte Probleme mit einer Grabbuchung, sofort wurde für mich Ersatz bestellt. Vielen Dank! Mein Zimmer 501 liegt zur See Seite und verfügt über einen Balkon. Der See ist von dort aus auch zu sehen. Ich konnte hier das Feuerwerk zu Silvester genießen. Gleiches ist sicher in der 6. Etage möglich, darunter vermutlich nicht. Kleiner Tipp:) Nur als Hinweis, nicht als Kritik. Am Nachbargebäude wird aktuell gearbeitet, so kann es tagsüber ab 8 Uhr laut werden.

- Nadine (10/5): - Das Hotel ist mitten in der Altstadt, perfekt um abends essen zu gehen oder zu Ausflügen zu starten. Dennoch ist es in den Zimmern ruhig. Das Personal und der Service sind mega gut, man hat sich sehr liebevoll um uns gekümmert. Wir können das Hotel nur empfehlen und würden sehr gerne auch selbst wieder kommen. Einfach nichts :-)
