• Jan (10/5): - Bylo to přesně to, co jsme chtěli. Do centra kousek, ciste, klidné. Vedle pekárna, kousek restaurace a hlavne parkovani ve dvoře. Nemám co vytknout

• Miloš (9/5): - Domaćica je sjajna, predusretljiva i gostoprimljiva, dočekala nas je i pored kašnjenja, objasnila kako do grada, šta obići, gde su lokalne prodavnice i sve što nam je trebalo. Parking mesto je više nego dobrodošlo, u okolini se naplaćuje po satu. Sobe i apartman su prostrani i svetli, kreveti udobni, tvrđi dušeci što je za nas bilo savršeno. Nameštaj nije najnoviji, ali funkcioniše i sve je uredno. Terasa je ogromna, ali zbog vetra nismo mogli da je iskoristimo. Kraj je miran, i uglavnom je bilo tiho, i iako u prizemlju postoji radionica, prozori dosta dobro izoluju, tako da se skoro ni ne čuje. U neposrednoj blizini su pekare i par prodavnica, dosta dobar i pristupačan restoran, kao i par kafića. Autobuska stanica na minut peške, plaža na 10-15 minuta peške, do grada 35 ili par minuta autobusom. Komunikacija sa smeštajem ide preko agencije, koja nije prenela poruku koju smo poslali o kašnjenju domaćinima, tako da su nas čekali bez informacije. U slučaju da morate da ih kontaktirate, imaćete poziv u roamingu ka operaterima, tako da je potrebno naći neki način za direktnu komunikaciju sa domaćinima unapred.

• Boban (10/5): - Najjači utisak je da je apartman izuzetno čist i udoban.Lokacija je odlična,stanice javnog prevoza su jako blizu a do Starog grada može se stići i laganim hodom za pola sata kroz prelep krajolik.U blizini apartmana ima više marketa i pekara a na par stotina metara se nalazi promenada sa većim brojem kafića i restorana.Za vreme našeg boravka bio nam je omogućen i besplatni parking.Vlasnik apartmana je jako ljubazan i predusretljiv,uvek na usluzi.Da postoji ocena 20 moja bi bila 20. Nemam nikakvu zamerku,imam puno iskustava,ovo možda nije najbolji apartman u kome sam u životu bio ali vlasnik apartmana definitivno jeste.

• Leonardo (8/5): - A localização é muito boa, tem como fazer muitas coisas a pé. Deveria ser melhor sinalizado o local, fiquei procurando onde seria e não tive instruções na minha chegada. As chaves estavam na porta do apartamento.

Sklepy i piekarnie bardzo blisko, przyjemny widok z tarasu. Apartament bardzo komfortowy. Właściciel lokalu czekał na nas z kluczami, bardzo dobrze zna język angielski co znacznie ułatwiło nam komunikacje. POLECAM

• Jose (10/5): Conforto e tranquilidade - Apartamento equipado, limpo, grande, de fácil acesso. A proprietária é super simpática e dá dicas ótimas, é muito atenciosa e cuidadosa com o imóvel. O terraço é excelente, um bom lugar para repouso e um drink no final da tarde após um dia cansativo de turismo ou praia.

• Sara (10/5): Consigliata!! - Consiglio assolutamente questa struttura se volete soggiornare a Dubrovnik senza spendere troppo ma senza rinunciare a tutte le comodità. L’alloggio era pulito, provvisto di condizionatori, ed erano presenti anche protezioni solari, bagnoschiuma, deodoranti, che non si possono portare in aereo quindi molto apprezzati. Molto bello il terrazzo, anche se in comune. L’host molto gentile e disponibile, risponde subito. La zona è abbastanza centrale ma lontana dall’Old Town per cui per arrivarci sono necessari mezzi o, come nel nostro caso, uber. Ma stando fuori dal centro città anche i prezzi dei locali sono più abbordabili. Se dovessi tornare a Dubrovnik soggiornerei qui nuovamente Nulla, forse unica pecca la doccia ha una porta troppo piccola quindi spesso cadeva l’acqua a terra, ma è un difetto minimo se proprio lo si vuole trovare
• RC Wai (9/5): Good location if you do driving trip and friendly host - We had a great stay at the apartment The apartment was perfectly located for getting around, and the ample parking was very convenient. Our host, Miranda, was incredibly kind and gave us great recommendations for local food spots. A truly top-notch experience.
• Abhijith (9/5): HIghly recommended 10/10 - We were welcomed by house owner son and later welcomed by house owner. Very friendly hosts and always willing to help I had asked few questions to house owner son (i know the name but wouldn't mention it here :) ), who was always responsive in good time basis and with patience . Highly recommended if you want to stay bit away from city centre , easily accessible for all the needs(groceries, bakery next to the accommodation ) basically everything that one would need . We couldnt grab the bunch of grapes that were seen from the apartment :) :)
• Ava (8/5): Nice apartment but some things to be aware of - The apartment was located about 30 minutes from the old town and had some lovely restaurants around. The host sent down her son to check us in and answer any questions we had after our arrival. The apartment was very clean and had the necessary facilities. I was told that someone would greet me at the apartment when we arrived. Instead, a key was left in the door. It very easily could've been taken before our arrival. Additionally, the air-conditioning was not sufficient in the 30 degree heat, it did not feel like it was working at full capacity and only in the kitchen area. Fans (especially in the main bedroom) would've been very helpful. The bathroom also has a dip in the shower that feels like one could fall through the shower floor. Very noisy street.
• Annette (10/5): Kan varmt rekommendera Sisics på alla sätt! - Utmärkt läge nära fin strand och promenadavstånd till Gamla staden. Vår hyresvärd var fantastisk - så serviceinriktad och glad! Välstädat och fint! En mycket trafikerad gata utanför - störde inte inne i lägenheten men lite när du satt på altan. Vi tillbringade inte så mycket tid där så spelade ingen roll för oss.

• K (9/5): Great 4 day break. Would definitely book the Sisic again. - Firstly Miranda the host! Fantastic lady. Available when required, distanced when not. From beer in the fridge, on our arrival, to trying to get a hairdresser for my wife. Nothing seemed too much trouble. For us the location was perfect. Within 5 mins walk to shops, bakeries, bars, eating out places and bus stops. 10-15 mins walk to quayside and beeches. Not really a didn't like but the apartment is right next to a busy road but the noise inside was very minimal. And sitting on the outside decking at night watching the vehicles go by was actually amusing.

• Mateja (10/5): A charming stay in Dubrovnik - Our host was absolutely wonderful, very friendly and ready to answer any questions. The apartment itself was tidy and clean; the bed was also extremely comfortable. The apartment also features a gated private parking, which was great because we really didn't need to use our car once we arrived (and I highly recommend avoiding Dubrovnik traffic). The apartment is not too far from the city centre and Dubrovnik old town (approx. ~30 min walk), but if you don't want to go there on foot - there is a bus station nearby where you can take a bus directly to the city centre. I also fully recommend visiting Dubrovnik in November, because it's not too cold - and more importantly - it's not crowded at all.

The location was secure and had a supermarket and bakery a few mins walk You can order an uber, so made life really easy for me Bed was amazing! and the owner left a beer which was a lovely touch Kitchen was really clean and had everything you need Washing machine was in the bathroom and a godsend to wash clothing before moving on the shower, the head needs to be descaled or replaced with a larger head. Thicker towels access to plug in the main bedroom, I had to unplug one light to bring the plug up to use so that I could charge my phone

• Sonia (9/5): Apartment highly reccommended to stay in Dubrovnik - The apartament was super clean and the location was very good in Lapad (close to supermarket, bus stop and restaurants and cafes). By bus the old town is not far away and new port was about 15 min by walk. The host, Miranda, was very nice and helpful. I would reccommend it to stay in Dubrovnik.
• Deborah (10/5): Comfortable flat near the sea and the Old City of Dubrovnik. - Cute clean flat in Lapad. Comfortable beds. Great shower. It had everything we needed: fridge, stove top, kettle, microwave, and much needed air conditioning during the hot summer! Bakery and mini market are one minute walk away. Lapad shops, bars, and restaurants are a short walk away. Easy to got to Dubrovnik Old City by Uber, Bolt, bus, or walk. The host Miranda was very kind and clearly takes very good care of her property. She was available by phone or email whenever we needed her. Nothing.
• Jennifer (9/5): Superb - Clean, functional for a small apartment. Beds super comfortable, pillows excellent, linen crisp.a great balcony for meals and relaxing. Car space was secured. Bus to old city 60 meters to the right when you exit building. Name of bus station is Peyton when you get off. 2 euro, correct change. Satellite tv great if you speak German. Go early to old town, tourist information just as you go through gate, to get a map. My other advice is to call Malinda before you arrive as messages don't go through with 3rd party booking. I wish we had an iron and toaster.

• Amyalex (10/5): . - The apartment is lovely, the layout is really good and you have pretty much anything you might need. The terrace was a major bonus, it was nice to relax after a long day with a drink and nice view of the city. I also particularly appreciated that Mrs Miranda helped us when we had some car problems and made sure we got seen by a mechanic fast, even though he was very busy. All was excelent.
• Donna (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing Stay, The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, the location was excellent for exploring.20 mins walk to Old Town, 10 mins to Lapad Promenade, 5 minutes to the Marina. Supermarket, Bakery's, Restaurants and Bars all within the vicinity. Our host was fantastic, she ensured we had everything we needed during our stay. I would definitely recommend this apartment for your stay.

• Ravi (8/5): Well furnished apartment for a comfortable stay - This first floor apartment is set within the Lapad area of Dubrovnik and is about 2.5km from the Pile Gate. We loved the balcony overlooking the street and the hills opposite where a table chairs are available to enjoy your favourite beverage. Sunset beach is a short walk away and has crystal clear water and I loved seeing little fishes swimming in the water. There is a bakery couple of buildings away and a Studenac/Maxi market in about 200 metres (also an OTP Bank atm) for groceries and other supermarket items. The owner Miranda stays nearby and is super friendly/helpful. Entry is to a hallway with a lounge with a sofa bed on the right. There is also a TV, coffee table here. To the left is the kitchen with a fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, nice sized table and chairs and further down are 2 bedrooms with wardrobes (one with a double bed and other with twin beds) and the bathroom (washing machine in there). There is an air conditioner in the landing and another one in the bedroom and is sufficient to keep the apartment cool even in the blazing heat. Beds are comfortable and apartment is very clean. One tip is that you can use buses (routes 4 & 6) to go to old Town though it doesn’t come up in google maps. Fare is €2 for a 30 minute journey and you can pay on the bus with cash/contactless card). Taxis are Dubrovnik’s Achilles heel and bolt/Uber will often not find a driver to take you and the local taxi will happily charge you €20 even for 1-2km journey and in the hot weather there is no choice. You have to carry your suitcases up the stairs (my family doesn’t pack light☹️). The other is the lack of latches on the bathroom/bedroom doors . We are a small family but I can imagine this gets awkward especially as there is a single bathroom for the apartment.
• Marymae (10/5): 100% recommendable - The owner Ms Miranda was so polite and very nice person. Near to the sunset beach. 1 minute walking distance to the grocery store and bakery. Nothing.
• Selina (9/5): Family of 5 stay for 3 days - Very spacious for a family of five with well equipped kitchen and large terrace. Allocated parking was really useful. It was a short walk from sunset beach which is good in the day and evening. There are some bars on the front to watch the sunset from and then a street leading down with loads of restaurants and bars. The host came and saw us when we arrived and was very friendly with lots of tips. You can get the number 4 bus into Old Town (don't drive as parking is very expensive) but we got an Uber most times which was only €7-9. The towels were a little scratchy but a very minor point! The terrace overlooks a busy road but has great moutain views.

• Victoria (10/5): This is a fabulous place to stay! - This apartment was extremely clean, spacious, and had AC. We loved that there was an outside terrace space, too! Cute neighborhood and very safe. Owner Miranda was very friendly and accommodating.

Located within walking distance from the famous Old Town (just walk down the street and you'll get to the main gate in City Walls). Parking places inside the yard, shops and bakery nearby. Very helpful host, Miranda All was great!
• Sławomir (9/5): Convenient and easily accessible apartment. - Spacious apartment with fully equipped kitchen. Three rooms with big beds. Own terrace and private parking. Close to supermarket, bus stops (both directions), bakery and Lapad beach. I was disappointed with Lapad beach - but let's be honest - this is not related to the apartment. The beach is small and doesn't look comfortable. The street that the apartment is located at is full of traffic, therefore you need to be very careful while you drive out of parking place. None of these are actually big issues.
