- FATEMEH (8/5): - The hotel was sparkling clean and comfortable. The room was small but good enough for one person. Views from the breakfast restaurant were amazing. The only downside was that breakfast was basic for 15 euros, and the tissue box provided was tiny. Overall it was a good hotel close to Galata tower and waterfront.

- Amir (10/5): - Unglaublich freundliches Personal. Das Hotel liegt zentral (ca. 10 Gehminuten zur Istiklal-Straße) und ist sehr modern eingerichtet, zudem sehr sehr sauber. Die Zimmer sind etwas klein aber total ausreichend, zumal man in so einer Stadt eh selten seine Zeit im Hotel verbringt. Sehr empfehlenswert:)

Best of it it is its location, walking distance to the tram and far enough from nearby mosques to not be awaken at 4am. Staff is very nice but I will encourage them to polish their English. Die Lage ist unschlagbar, man erreicht in wenigen Gehminuten den Galata-Turm, die S-Bahn, Restaurants, Bars und vieles mehr. Das Hotel besticht mit sauberen und schönen Zimmern, auf modernstem Standard. Das Personal ist ebenfalls sehr freundlich. Gesamtbewertung somit eine 10 von 10 für das Azzap Hotel Galata! Wir kommen aufjedenfall wieder!

- Michael (10/5): - Although finding a nice hotel in a convenient location that has all of the essential amenities is important, the most important element that always stands out is the hotel staff. The hotel is warm and inviting, and so is the staff. As soon as I arrived I was given immediate attention and the hotel staff treated me like I was their most important concern with everything that I needed. When I arrived at Azzap Hotel before the designated check in time, I was assisted with all of my luggage, which was kept in a secure area and delivered to my room. The young woman at the reception desk was very attentive with every detail, and offered assistance with everything that I needed. Since she was aware that I had never visited Istanbul previously, she even suggested nearby restaurants and points of interest that I was interested to know about. The following morning, due to an online booking error that I made, the hotel manager on duty assisted me in finding alternate arrangements. I would certainly give Azzap Hotel and the staff the highest recommendation for anyone visiting Istanbul.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Nacizane - Otelin konaklama ve konfor içeriği gayet güzeldi. Temizlik konusunda banyodaki çöpü unutmak ve yastığın üzerinde saç olması gibi eksiklikleri vardı. Bunun dışında çalışanların güler yüzü şahaneydi. Ancak otelin barı bizim deneyimimiz için fiyaskoydu. Evet çok ilgilendiler hatta fazlasıyla ilgilendiler ancak faiş ücretler hakimdi. Yazılı veya basılı ücret bilgisi içeren bir menüleri olmadığı içinde ücretlendirmeler be kadar doğruydu orası tartışılır. Tüm eksiklikleri belirttiğinizde her şeyi yeni açılmış bir otel olnalarına bağladılar. Ama olabilir, geliştirilecek çok şey vardır elbet. Bu arada otel söylediklerine göre Ali Koç’unmuş.

- Brian (6/5): Schönes, neues und sauberes Hotel - Es ist ein schönes neues Hotel, ausgestattet mit ausgesprochen hochwertigen Materialien. Das Zimmer, das wir hatten, war extrem klein und eng, mit einem schönen, sehr sauberen aber sehr kleinem Badezimmer mit Miniwaschbecken und einem "Ausblick" auf das nahe gelegene Nachbargebäude in einer engen dunklen Gasse. Bei der Buchung haben wir noch das letzte Zimmer bekommen, ein Twin-Room (zwei Einzelbetten), wir haben eine Nachricht an das Hotel geschickt, aber keine Antwort erhalten, wollten wenn möglich ein Doppelbett oder die Einzelbetten zusammenschieben lassen, diese lassen sich wohl nicht zusammenschieben, sind fix mit dem Kopfteil verbunden. Obwohl laut Hotels.com-Seite andere Zimmer verfügbar und buchbar waren, hat man uns nicht die Option angeboten, das Zimmer zu wechseln, statt dessen sagten sie, das kein Zimmer frei wäre, mit Aufpreis hätten wir auch gewechselt. Am Ende haben beinahe unseren Flug verpasst, kurz vor Abreise konnten wir den Safe nicht öffnen, in dem die Pässe und unsere Wertsachen waren. Die Batterien waren leer. Die drei Herren waren sehr bemüht, sie haben eine Stunde regelrecht gekämpft, bis sie den Safe aufgebrochen haben. Vielen Dank! Die junge Dame, vielleicht die Managerin hat leider hilf- und ideenlos rumgestanden. Zumindest den Flughafentransfer hätte sie uns anbieten können als eine Art Wiedergutmachung. Wie gesagt, es ist ein schönes, neues Hotel, vor allem sehr sauber, was ich sehr schätze (!), sehr freundliches Personal.
