• Aki (10/5): 万博へ行くため家族で利用 - 駅からも近く、部屋は写真どおり広く清潔だった。寝具やお風呂も快適だった。洗濯機もあり浴室で洗濯物の乾燥が速くできるのが一番良かった。 掃除機以外に気軽に使えるフローリングワイパー等があればなお良かった（本体はあったが付ける紙製モップ部分が探しても見つからなかった）。

• hanaoka (7/5): 近くに用事があればとても便利です。自宅のように快適に過ごせました - 駅から近く、途中にコンビニあり。 徒歩圏内にすき家やカフェなど朝食をとれる店が多い。徒歩50歩の焼き肉屋がお勧め。 洗濯機に加え浴室乾燥機がとても便利だった。 電気ケトル、食器類などすべてそろっていて自炊も可能。 入室時エアコンが効いていて快適だった。 構造的なことで仕方ないが、壁や床が薄いのか上階や階段の足音が気になった。 清掃はほぼ行き届いていたが、ベッドルームに前泊者のものと思われるシップのフィルムが落ちていたり、バスルームのドアにカビがついていたりした。

• とみさち (1/5): 暑かった。もう二度と泊まりません - アメニティが充実していた（洗剤や浴室乾燥機は便利） 数日前のリマインドメール、電話連絡がしっかりしていたところ。 ただ、以下の良くなかった点で全てが台無しになりました --------------------------- The amenities were plentiful (detergent and a bathroom dryer were convenient). The reminder emails and phone calls received a few days in advance were thorough. However, the following negative aspects ruined everything: 大変心苦しいですが、以下の点を踏まえて評価１とさせていただきます。 １．リビングと寝室にエアコンがついていますが、リビングのエアコンが壊れていた 18℃設定、風量MAXにしても送風のみ、室外機も動きません。しばらく作動すると勝手に止まります。エラーメッセージなども出ないタイプのようで、原因は全く分かりませんでした。フィルターや内部を見たところ、埃が大量につまっており、修復不可能でした。 大阪の夏は大変蒸し暑く、寝室のエアコンをMAXにしてもリビングの室温は下がらず、汗をかきながら食事をしました。最悪な経験でした。 ２．トイレと浴室の取っ手が壊れていた トイレに入って出ようとした時に、ドアノブが取れてびっくりしました。 ３．寝室の毛布が白い液体で汚れていた 青い毛布の一部が汚れており、大変不快でした。 数日前に予約の確認電話をいただいたり、メールでのリマインドをいただいたり、中国系の方でしたが対応はとても丁寧だったので期待していたのですが、上記の状況は大変残念でした。恐らくもう二度と利用することはないと思います。 その他、今後利用する方への注意喚起です。 ・前もって案内されていた地図の目印がなく、外観写真も違う建物の写真です Google mapなどで住所を入れて探す方がよっぽど楽です ・階段が急で狭い ３階の部屋を案内されましたが、アパートのためエレベーターはなく、急な階段のため体格が大きい方や大きなスーツケースをお持ちの方は落ちそうで危ないです ・自炊される方は弁天町が便利です 今回は万博＆USJを目的に夢洲近くのホテルを探しましたが、周辺の利便性を考えると「弁天町」がいいです。 弁天町は格安スーパーのロピアや24時間営業のLIFE、ダイソーなどがあり、買い物には困りません。 --------------------- I really hate to leave such a low rating, but based on the issues below, I can only give this place 1 star. 1. Broken air conditioner in the living room There were AC units in both the living room and the bedroom, but the one in the living room didn’t work at all. Even when set to 18°C with maximum airflow, it only blew weak air, the outdoor unit didn’t run, and after a short while it would just stop by itself. There were no error codes or warnings, so I couldn’t figure out what was wrong. When I checked the filter and inside, it was packed with dust and seemed beyond repair. Osaka summers are extremely hot and humid, and even running the bedroom AC at full strength did nothing to cool down the living room. We ended up sweating during meals — a really awful experience. 2. Broken door handles in the toilet and bathroom When I tried to leave the toilet, the doorknob came off in my hand. That was both surprising and unsettling. 3. Dirty blanket in the bedroom One of the blue blankets had a stain that looked like dried white liquid. Very unpleasant to find something like that.

• 大木 (8/5): - 万博に行くために利用しました。小さい子供が三人いたので、駅に近いのは大変便利でした。周辺はスーパーや色々な店もあり助かりました。 一階に泊まったのですが、子供が寝た10時から夜11時頃まで、二階の走っている音が聞こえてきて、寝ていた子供が起きてしまいました。両親から初めて離れてお泊りに連れて来た孫はビックリして両親が恋しくて泣き出してして中々泣き止みませんでした。構造の問題かもしれませんが、二階の方は走らないとか注意書きをしてもらいたいです。二泊しましたがお風呂の掃除道具が無かったのであったほうが良いと思います。

• Stacey (9/5): Perfect spot for travelling families. - This apartment is in the perfect location for travelling families, being 300m from the train station. It is spacious and had everything we needed. The staff were friendly, helpful and answered any questions we had quickly. We were not able to plug the kitchen sink to wash any dishes we had.

• Kimiyo (10/5): - 万博にいくために５月末に3泊しました。 大阪市内まで、電車で結構時間がかかるので大阪港徒歩3分のアクセスはかなり良かったです。 万博会場に一日中いると、疲れてしまうので、昼に３時間ほど抜けて、こちらの宿泊施設に戻って休めました。とは言っても、万博の東ゲートから往復で１時間くらいです。 また、大人3人子ども1人で利用しましたが、部屋も広く落ち着いて過ごせました。 コインランドリーのピエロが近くにあるので、お洗濯がしやすいと思います。（我が家は洗濯機で用がたりました） 以下の点を改善していただけると、より良いかと思います。 ◯お風呂の掃除用の洗剤とスポンジがない。 ◯お風呂のカビ取り（湿気がこもりやすいので、使用後は窓を開けて、換気扇をまわすことを必須とする） ◯お風呂の椅子が低すぎる（浴槽が広かったのは良かった）
• Busakorn (7/5): Good - The location is very convenient — it’s only two stops from Expo Osaka on the Chuo Line and close to the train station. There’s luggage storage available at the station and also at Kaiyukan. Taking the airport limousine bus from KIX to Tempozan is very convenient, making it easy to get to the area. The apartment is in a residential area, so it’s fairly quiet and peaceful. The staff were very responsive and helpful, even though all communication was done online. Everything went smoothly. There’s a house manual provided, which is very helpful. There are also restaurants and a supermarket nearby, making it easy to find food and daily essentials. The bed fits exactly in the bedroom, making it feel cramped. High humidity in the apartment. The air in the apartment doesn’t circulate well. I can’t leave the windows open when I’m not home because it’s not safe — the apartment is on a street-level floor. The living room area could be improved with a removable and washable sofa cover, as the current one is starting to show visible stains from frequent use. The carpet would also benefit from a deep cleaning to maintain hygiene and comfort.

• Amber (9/5): Great location for a family stay. We would love to stay here again. - Excellent location, close to rail line and restaurants, family mart and many attractions. It was a short walk to the waterfront where there is a small shopping centre, Ferris wheel and park. Nicely decorated apartment that had most things needed for a short stay. If you look closely at some of the furniture it was stained and the tables seemed very poorly made, however everything functioned as it should have.

• Chisato (2/5): - 洗面台の水が流れず、詰まっていた。中をのぞくとカビだらけでした。なので、全く使えませんでした。 お風呂もかびだらけ。浴槽にもお湯をはりました。掃除がされてないのではないかと思うほど、浴槽の中はザラザラで、白い垢のようなものがふわふわ浮いてきている状態で、給湯口も掃除がされていないのではないかと思います。お風呂を洗うスポンジも置かれてなく、色々と探し、洗面台の棚を開けると、使いかけのシャンプー（倍量の詰め替えタイプ）、コンディショナーは詰め替えのものが、封を切った状態で蓋をされることもなく乱雑に置かれていました。クイックルワイパーのかえと、トイレットペーパーも転がっている状態でおいてありました。（洗面台の下にトイレットペーパーは必要ないかと思いましたが。。。。） ソファーも、中心部がへこみすぎており、下の骨組みが見えている状態でした。なので、少し座るとクッションがズレてきたりしていました。 食器も、きちんと洗っていなかったのか、内側にホコリがついていたり、水垢がついていたり、コップを洗おうと食器用洗剤を使いましたが、水で薄めて使っているのか、シャバシャバで泡立たなかったりもありました。 値段が安かったのはとても良かったですが、清潔感は全くありませんでした。

• Seesou (6/5): Pleasant - You get a whole apartment floor to yourself. The room was really big and spacious for 2 people. The apartment is not clean. There are many stains on the couch. When we would walk home late at night, we would notice a sewer stench as near the apartment. The apartment doesn't smell, it's the neighborhood that does.

Quick train ride to dontonbori & Kuromen market, not too far for teamlab botanical gardens. Property is clean and functional, but very small. Not enough chairs, glasses or storage space. And you can hear every step, noise and talking from upstairs and downstairs accommodations.

• Aliste (8/5): Very good - Spacious & Affordable. We managed to finally have our laundry cleaned here. Close to the train station and bus stop. Walking distance from the Tempozan Harbor Village (Tempozan Giant Ferries wheel, Osaka Aquarium Kaiyukan, Osaka Harbor). Lots of convenient stores, restaurant nearby. Quite neighborhood. We can cook food with ease. No elevator, so we need to carry our medium-sized luggage up to the 3rd floor. There was fluff on the linen, probably from constant washing and some hair strands on the bed. Bedroom blanket smelled a little funky initially. We requested new beddings, which they were kind enough to replace. Dishwashing and hand soap seemed used and required refilling. Checkin process is a bit tedious esp with 7 person that needs registering.
• Melanie (10/5): We had an excellent stay! Very spacious apartment for my family of 4. highly reccomend! - Location was great. Right near a station. Also a short walk to the Aquarium and ferris wheel. Bed was the comfiest out of all of our hotel choices as were the pillows. One minimal issue if i have to pick something would be that it was hard to carry our suitcases up a very narrow 3 flights of stairs. (As we were on the 3rd floor)

• Costel (8/5): Great value for money, very close to the subway and great families. - Cozy, near the subway, near lots of supermarkets and places to have fun and eat. Nothing I can think of.
• Donkamon (10/5): Exceptional - Recommend for family! Closed to Kaiyukan Aquarium and Tempozan fairy wheel. There are 3 floors apartments and I got a third floors. The building has no elevator so, I need to carry my luggage 25 kg to third floors 🤣🤣. I recommend to mention the property for a first floor if you carry a heavy stuff 😆.

• Ayu (8/5): - 広くて清潔でとても良かったです！ 4人で2泊したのですが、タオルが6枚しかなく自分で洗濯しなければならなかったのが少し手間でした。
• Wisteria (8/5): Great location and close to convenient stores. Would stay here again. - No breakfast Only 1 roll of toilet paper provided. Otherwise, everything was good.
• Rebecca (10/5): spacious apartment, close to public transport and shops in a quiet ar30 min from osaka city - The location was a stonesthrow from the train station about 30 minutes by train to central osaka and USJ. For us the best option travelling with children and luggage as the limosine bus departed from the ferris wheel a costiera straight to Haneda airport. it was a ground floor unit with no view at all, but as long as you expect this it is fine.
• Oliver (7/5): Good - Apartment was neat and organizer. Good area 👌 Air Conditioning blower fan was really dirty. It needs to be clean.
• Nakagawa (10/5): Exceptional - I like everything that the place offer. I don't have anything that I did not like, but maybe the street is a bit narrow.
• Eng (8/5): Great accommodation, with lots of amenities, nearby attractions and food around the Osaka Bay area ! - Great location if your plans are around the Osaka Bay Area for the Aquarium, Lego or USJ (3 train rides); takes 20-30mins to get to Osaka city centre, but manageable with the 5 mins walk to the metro train station. Great accommodation with all the amenities and facilities needed, i.e. the washer and dryer were very useful. There are only 2 chairs in the apartment, adding 2 more would have been great. Its a 10mins walk to the Aquarium, and 8 mins to the supermarket, and have 7-11 and Lawsons stores nearby. None, with the exception that it is 20-30mins from Osaka city centre.

• Biz (9/5): Superb - location is excellent, subway station just 2 minutes walking. Many restaurants around. Super Market 3 minutes walking, 7-ELEVEN and Family Mart 2 minutes walking . We have had cool stay in that area. Absolutely nothing.

• Lance (6/5): Pleasant - The ac units were not cleaned. It made it hard to breathe, due to the dust it was blowing around.
• SHINSUKE (6/5): - 長期間宿泊者がいなかったのか、、、お部屋に入った瞬間からこもった臭いがありました。 娘がアレルギー持ちですが、ソファと毛布に触れて数分で激しくくしゃみと目が痒くなっていました、、、。 お部屋は全体的に綺麗で、過ごしやすかったです。

• Kim (5/5): Hmmmm - It was a good size apartment There were dark hairs in the bed and on the lounge. How does hair get into the bed if the sheets had been washed? Obviously not. Lounge was pretty dirty. The balcony was filthy. Lukewarm hot water without being able to increase temperature. Winter would be unbearably cold for a lukewarm shower. No sheets only a doona so you either sleep with nothing or winter doona. I took the doona case off the doona and used it as a bed sheet.
• Haoying (8/5): Overall 8/10, would be 10/10 if we had more chairs - It was very close to railway station and a number of 24H convenience store on the way. For a flat that sleeps for 5, there are only 2 chairs, would have been nice to have 4-5 chairs so everyone could sit down to have breakfast.
• Natasha (8/5): Great facilities and location great for the Aquarium. - Great space and really clean. Good amenities. The location was a way out. We picked it because it seemed close to Universal, but getting to Universal, wasn’t that easy. Perhaps some instructions added to the booklet, would be helpful.
