this is considered a group reservation. When making a group reservation, the accommodations will contact the guests and state a different cancellation policy or cancel the reservation. In case the booker does not agree with these terms, Cityden is allowed to cancel the reservation.

Posizione non comodissima per raggiungere il centro, da considerare sempre almeno mezz'ora di pullman per raggiungere qualunque attrazione. Camera molto piccola

- Amanda (7/5): We enjoyed our stay, staff were friendly the bar was lovely but disappointed with the room - The bed was very comfortable. Could log in to the TV with our own Netflix account I asked for a room with a nice view but apparently all of the rooms of the type I had booked were on the ground floor looking at a carpark and bins in the back. It would have been nice if the hotel could have contacted me to tell me this before I arrived and I would have changed my room type. I had no contact before we arrived and the hotel was full so we couldn't move. The room had a concrete floor no carpet and a tiny rug on one side of the bed. The view out of the window was awful. Had 3 scam messages via WhatsApp and email before our trip, which had all our correct booking details trying to get us to give card details to secure our booking. Thankfully we did not fall for it and it was reported to hotel and to Booking.com. Be careful out there.

Nos permitieron hacer el check out una hora después lo que quiso mucho con las niñas La entrada al edificio es un callejón en cuya puerta siempre hay bolsas de basura. El edificio huele mucho a cigarrillo, nuestra ropa quedó impregnada de ese olor. Los vecinos fuman en los corredores así esté prohibido. Las escaleras, además de estrechas son abiertas, lo que las vuelve muy peligrosas para niños pequeños

- Michael (2/5): Geruch und mangelnder Sauerstoff hat uns den Aufenthalt nicht gerade angenehm gemacht. - Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage war sehr gut. Ein schöner Park war in der Nähe. Wir brauchten eine sehr weiche Matratze. Damit wurde uns freundlich geholfen. Im Zimmer war ein übler Geruch, der auch während des gesamten Aufenthalts nicht wegging. Das Zimmer hatte kein Fenster zum Lüften. Das TV hat mehrmals nicht funktioniert. Es wurde zwar jeweils wieder vom Personal behoben, sollte aber eigentlich nicht vorkommen.

The aparthotel concept is great for small families especially traveling with kids. It was clean and well equipped with all facilities. The staff were super cooperative and nice. Late check-in time

- Cosentino (6/5): - We travel a lot and this is the first time that we have this feeling! You disturb the guy morning at the breakfast ! He serve a coffee without saucer, at home it’s better ! 😂 2 customers come 15 min before the end of the breakfast hour, and this same guy tell: it’s to late! Breakfast is finished ! Finally, he accepted and told “starfulla” and considers these customers like s***! If you don’t want to work, stay home guy and let your job at someone else ! Then, we are coming back to the room, the receptionist come to the room to remember the checkout hour and if we don’t leave the room in 10 min, we’ll pay a rate ! 😂 We leave the room 30 min after the checkout hour! Not 2 hours and we ARE IN HOLIDAY! Advice for these 2 guys who are working in a HOTEL: go to school to be professional or to learn the hospitality trade and don’t remember that customers pay for services and thanks to us you have a job ! First and last time! Next time, we'll go to your competitors' place.
- Ali (7/5): - The apartment was spacious and featured a well-equipped kitchen and a good balcony. The location is convenient, with easy access to tram and bus stations and several markets nearby. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the staff was exceptionally welcoming the service is more 'self-service' style: housekeeping is limited to towel changes only (no full cleaning), and there is no luggage assistance, so be prepared to handle your own bags with the trolleys

- Patricia Costa (9/5): Excecional - Localização muito boa, a 20min de autocarro do centro, muitos supermercados e lojas à volta. O conforto das camas e das almofadas, a limpeza, tudo espectacular. O staff muito simpático também. Adoramos e recomendamos! Só faltou um microondas no nosso apartamento, para aquecer leite tínhamos que aquecer no fogão e não é tão prático.

- Pola (7/5): I expected a cleaner room for this price. - Spacious apartament, comfy będą with good sheets. I feel that some parts of the room might have been cleaned more carefully. It felt dusty. Like sockets in the kitchen, carpet, the sofa. Actually sofa was so dirty, stained and also rickety, that replacing it would be for the best. I also didn’t like the fact that there is no ramp, and no way to get to the hotel with the stroller other than carrying it up the stairs to the lobby.

- Konstantinos (1/5): Our stay was a seriously downgraded and distressing experience, involving a major hygiene issue and a failure to provide - - During our stay, we discovered a mouse and mouse droppings inside the apartment, which was extremely distressing, especially as we were travelling with children. Although the hotel reacted by moving us to alternative rooms, our family had to be split into separate rooms instead of being provided with comparable accommodation to what we originally booked and paid for. The hotel acknowledged the issue and provided a partial refund, which confirms that the accommodation was not delivered as booked. However, the overall handling of the situation and the communication afterwards were disappointing. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below the standards we expected for a family stay

- Sandra (8/5): Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel - La propreté et l’espace dans l’appartement Il n’y avait pas assez de gel douche pour tout le séjour et on ne nous en a pas remis. Pas de ventilations et impossible de bien ouvrir les fenêtres donc il faisait assez chaud, surtout qu’ils y a les fenêtres que dans la partie salon/cuisine.

- Susana (9/5): Espetacular. - Tudo ótimo. O pequeno almoço estava muito bom e o jantar também. A melhor Dutch apple pie que comi em Amesterdão. Tempo do pequeno almoço. Nos últimos dias chegamos a estar à espera mais 30 minutos pelo pequeno almoço. Deveria ter mais uma pessoa na cozinha.

- Mr.Romero (10/5): Enjoy Your Stay! - I liked the service from the receptionist, the Portuguese man, very polite and attentive, he explained how the hotel worked and gave tips. Very good atmosphere, comfortable bed. The facilities met my expectations. They could offer free parking at the hotel. Breakfast could be more plentiful and have more options, but it's perfectly adequate; this would be constructive criticism!

- MMEYA (8/5): - Établissement situé à l'extérieur du centre d'Amsterdam dans un endroit calme, transport en commun à quelques pas, literie et chambres confortables, appartement bien équipé, personnel accueillant et serviable. Un service de ménage à raison d’un jour sur 2 serait appréciable pour un séjour de plus de 2 nuits ( Avons séjourné 3 nuits et étions 5 dans le logement ), afin de renouveller papier toilette, tapis de bain.. ect

NO HACEN LA HABITACION, UNICAMENTE CAMBIAN TOALLAS SI LO SOLICITAS. PERO EN 4 DIAS NO HABER PASADO NI UN ASPIRADOR..... NO ME PARECE DE RECIBO. EN CAFETERIA MUY LENTOS PARA SERVIR EL DESAYUNO.

- Aditi (10/5): Well located and great staff ❤️ - The property was quite well maintained. Our rooms were clean and neat. They gave us fresh towels whenever needed. Food was amazing at Lucia’s. Would definitely recommend booking this place with breakfast. The 2 bedroom apartment had just one bathroom. Would have been nice to have two.

- Trong Hung (10/5): Chúng tôi có 1 thời gian lưu trú hoàn hảo. Sẽ quay lại lần sau và khuyên mọi người nên chọn chỗ này khi đến Amsterdam! - Chúng tôi đã có kỳ nghỉ tốt. Mọi thứ đều tốt. Định vị căn hộ qua viber nhiều khi không chính xác. Khi gọi xe uber phải đi bộ khá xa.
