Maxim (3/5): честный рейтинг отеля около 6-6,5, на момент написания отзыва он 8, это очень обманчивая оценка. заселяться сюда только - -неплохое местоположение, но только для тех кому непосредственно необходимо метро ежедневно или есть ежедневная необходимость смотреть на галатскую башню, в остальном локация скорее минус чем плюс -по-своему отзывчивые сотрудники -сносный завтрак, но ничего особенного -нам дали улучшенный большой номер, но на самом деле это не является плюсом, потому что увеличенный он только за счет наличия кухни, на которой абсолютно нечего делать, т.к. нет ни плиты, ни микроволновки, ни столовых приборов. еще и еле работающий холодильник и вода не уходящая в раковине -микроскопическая и грязная ванная, где сделан ремонт очень бюджетно, повсюду торчат какие то элементы которые торчать не должны, в душевой плитка уложена криво, раковина маленькая и расположена ровно под шкафом. фен убитый, отель как я понимаю открылся в 2020 году, ощущение что фен появился в отеле в 1920. грязная пыльная вытяжка, сверху на дверке душевой было забыто чье то мыло и после нескольких уборок так и не было убрано, что говорит о качестве уборки. на стенах почему то были какие то черные волосы -белье и полотенца в целом чистые, но застиранные и некоторые из разных комплектов, кровать КОРОТКАЯ, с ростом больше 1,90 шанс не поместиться 100% -грязнейшие окна без шумоизоляции, отель находится прямо у дороги, весь день сигналят машины, ночью спать можно, но зависит от крепости вашего сна, честно будет сказать что шумно ПОСТОЯННО, обращайте внимание

Ilya (7/5): - Отличное расположение. Можно дойти пешком как до Таксим так и до Султанхахмет, метро рядом, до аэропорта на метро добираться 1 час 10 мин. Хорошие завтраки, кровать удобная, тёплые батареи. Приятный персонал, всегда готов помочь. Входная дверь в отель не открывается снаружи. Надо ждать, пока ее откроют изнутри. В номере нет урны, только очень небольшая в ванной. В душе нет полочки для шампуней и прочего. Рядом оживленная магистраль, но звукоизоляции у окон нет вообще. На завтраках было очень холодно.

Ioannis (3/5): - Βολική τοποθεσία κάτω από τον Πύργο του Γαλατά και 10' με τα πόδια από τη γέφυρα του Γαλατά. Βολεύει για να μετακινήστε εύκολα με τα πόδια. Ναι μεν βολική τοποθεσία γενικότερα, αλλά βρίσκεται ακριβώς πάνω σε κεντρικό δρόμο που έχει απίστευτη κίνηση με αποτέλεσμα να υπάρχει φασαρία από τα αυτοκίνητα και κορνάρουν συνεχώς. Δεν μπορούσαμε να κοιμηθούμε και ζητήσαμε αλλαγή δωματίου, όπου το προσωπικό ικανοποίησε το αίτημά μας. Το δωμάτιο βέβαια που μεταφερθήκαμε βρισκόταν στην πίσω πλευρά του κτιρίου που δεν ακούγεται φασαρία, αλλά ήταν απίστευτα μικρό. Τα δωμάτια χρειάζονται πολλές βελτιώσεις και καλύτερη καθαριότητα. Το προσωπικό με το ζόρι μιλάει αγγλικά, κάτι που κάνει δύσκολη τη συννενόηση. Επιπλέον ενώ υποτίθεται ότι έχει 24ωρη ρεσεψιόν, όταν αναχωρήσαμε στις 07:15, το ξενοδοχείο ήταν κλειδωμένο με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορούμε να βγούμε εκτός. Μετά από τηλέφωνα και φωνάζοντας για να μας ακούσει κάποιος, ξύπνησε ο υπάλληλος και μας άνοιξε για να μπούμε στο ταξί μας.

Chi (10/5): 新城區加拉達塔附件不錯的住宿選擇 - 離捷運站很近，不過往捷運站走是上坡，往獨立大街方向走也是，如果帶大型行李要注意，員工人很好，我們入住時問我們要不要喝茶，逛完街回去問我們要不要喝咖啡，都會主動過來幫忙搬行李，他們有幫我們升等房間，所以房裡有流理台和小桌子，空間比較大能整理行李，強烈建議如果需要整理行李至少訂有流理台的房型感覺空間比較足夠，窗外面向運河，可以看到一點點河景早餐比較普通，考量到價錢其實ok

Valerii (8/5): Хорошее соотношение цена-качество. - Отличный небольшой отель. С лифтом. Номера чистые. До исторического центра Стамбула 5-10 минут пешком Столько-же до метро. Небольшой шум от дороги ночью, но не критично. Есть номера тихие, правда без собственной ванны. Завтрак континентальный, насыщенный. Персонал очень вежливый, всегда откликался на наши просьбы. Когда пошел дождь, выдали нам зонтики.Также по нашей просьбе продлили на час время выезда, бесплатно. Приятно. Желаем отелю дальнейшего процветания! Повесить дополнительные вешалки в ванной. Не хватает места для полотенца. А также полочки для мыла в душевой кабине.

Ольга Ф. (9/5): Уютный отель с вкусным завтраком и рядом с достопримечательностями. - Уютный и маленький отельчик. Есть лифт. На каждом этаже (их 5 всего), по три номера. Один ооочень маленький (на одного человека и без чемодана, так как положить его не где), второй чуть побольше, но вдвоём тесно, а третий номер с кухней, для двоих человек подойдёт--в нём мы и жили три ночи. Правда сама кухня бестолковая, в ней нет посуды, нет микроволновки, плиты, только чайник и мини-холодильник. Туалет с душем маленькие, но на 3-4 ночи нормально. Когда выбирала отель, обратила внимание на завтраки. Скромно, но голодным не останешься. В Стамбульских отелях всё скромно, не ждите шикарный шведский стол, как в отелях у моря! Тарелка с разными сырами, колбаса, огурчики, помидорчик, маслины, шербет, масло, джем, мёд, мягкий белый хлеб, по просьбе дают сок, воду, кофе, чай. Всё входит в стоимость. В этом отеле готовят яичницу, в отличии от других отелей. Стараются чуть разнообразить завтрак. По просьбе, могут убрать номер, если надо. Матрас и подушки нормальные. Окна выходят на дорогу, но это сразу понятно и не особо нам мешало, когда ищешь отель, который находится на углу, около дороги, между двумя станциями метро Sishkani и Harlik на зелёной ветке и до каждого метро пешком минут 5-7. До галатский башни и моста пешком 5-7 минут, а до улицы Истекляль с трамваем 10-13 минут. Выбрали этот отель из-за соотношения цена-качество. Ребята на ресепшн приветливые. Оплатить можно наличными по приезду в отель. Спасибо ребята!!! За углом отеля, под мостом станции Harlik отличное кафе Askin. На четвертом фото еда оттуда. Около дороги, но это не критично. А выбирая номера, смотрите их площадь! Ступенька в отель высокая! В целом, всё хорошо, за не высокую цену, в отличии от других отелей, которые ближе к достопримечательностям и дороже и хуже по сервису.

RUSSELL (8/5): Good budget hotel. - It was less than five minutes walk to the metro. The rooms were just big enough for two people. They had a fridge, kettle, a table and chairs and, curiously, a kitchen bench with cabinets and sink but no cooking facilities. The Turkish breakfast was not fantastic, but quite adequate. Staff were cheerful and tried hard to make sure we had everything we needed. It’s a small budget hotel and there is no wow factor. It is on a very busy road and there is no escaping the sound of the traffic, but on the third floor it became more of a constant background noise, not enough to disturb sleep. The bathroom was exceptionally small but everything worked well in it.

Il bagno della nostra camera era davvero piccolo, con un lavandino quasi inesistente e scomodo da usare, incastrato in uno spazio molto ridotto.

The location is exactly what will meet your expectations 100% — everything is within walking distance, whether it’s the historical center, Galata Tower, Karaköy, or Istiklal Street. You can reach everything on foot without using public transport. If you want to go to the Asian side, the ferry stop is also nearby. The staff is very kind and will fulfill everything you ask for or wish. The rooms were clean and well-equipped — everything you might need was there. The cleanliness of the hotel and rooms was just right, making the stay very comfortable. As for street noise, you can’t really avoid it in hotels located on main roads, as the traffic in Istanbul is quite busy and constant — but it’s nothing terrible that would discourage you from staying here. Breakfast could be a bit better. It’s not the typical Turkish resort-style buffet, but rather a plated breakfast with cold cuts, bread, pastries, and scrambled eggs. If you’d like more scrambled eggs, just ask — the staff will happily bring you some.
Hector Gomez (10/5): Gorgeous views an centrally located to everything you need to see and eat!! - What an AMAZING view and location!! The view of the Bosphorus from our penthouse room was SPECTACULAR!! It was in the heart of Galata Tower area. So close to all the shops, dinning, walking distance to cross the Bosphorus and convieniently located to get around. The staff was soo nice and attentive. We had the penthouse which had 2 rooms with private bathrooms each and a kitchenette. No need for the kitchenette since the hotel provided an AMAZING breakfast every morning! Wee booked a dinner cruise thru the hotel and it worked out perfectly. We would walk across the Bosphorus every morning to go sightseeing. It is located near the light rail bridge. There wasn't a thing we did not like about the hotel or the area at all. Everything was beyond our expectations! We will DEFINITELY stay here again when we return to Istanbul in the future and we will also recommend it to all of our friends and family!!

Paula Cristina (9/5): Great value for money and truly kind staff - We had to book Galata Hotel last minute after our original hotel was cancelled, and it turned out to be a really pleasant surprise. The staff were incredibly kind, caring and helpful - they really went out of their way to make us comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of food and excellent Turkish coffee. The room was small but clean and cosy, and the service was definitely above expectations for a 2-star hotel. The hotel is very close to a busy street, so it can be a bit noisy at night.

The location is excellent—only about a 4 to 5-minute walk from Galata Tower. Slight street noise, but generally a comfort stay.

The breakfast was also fantastic – a delicious variety of traditional Turkish dishes that gave our mornings the perfect start. The room itself was very comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. What really stood out above all, though, was the personal and thoughtful attention we received. It made the whole experience feel special, and we’re so grateful for that. Highly recommended!
Daria (6/5): Pleasant - Location is very convenient. The stuff was amazing and helpful, even with the lack of English speaking skills. Very good breakfasts - you get a glimpse of the true ‘Turkish breakfast’. The hotel is facing a highway, which is busy even during the night, especially on the weekend. You won't get a proper sleep without earplugs. No safety deposit boxes in the room, nor at the reception. The rooms look better on pictures, whereas in reality they would need a refresh.

I would highly recommend staying here if you want to stay in the galata area, we will certainly return! Be aware traffic is constant in turkey and you may hear it at night, this was not an issue for us at all.

Karen (10/5): Very clean and comfortable hotel in easy walking distance - Located on a busy road you are immediately welcomed inside away from the bustle. All staff are friendly and very willing to help. After a refreshing tea we were shown our room (elevator a bonus instead of walking up 4 flights of stairs). Room spacious, very clean, comfortable large bed, good bathroom with plenty of hot water, lovely large fluffy towels, table and chairs. None of the road noise comes in and whole hotel is very quiet. All the hotel is very clean and and the daily breakfast good, it was a set plate but had enough items and fresh omelet each day. We stayed 4 days and will go back next time. Final bonus was they stored our bikes securely during our stay and while we made a quick trip to Cappadocia.
