Patrique (4/5): Worse than you can imagine - There‘s just one single positive aspect about this accomodation: it‘s very close to the duomo square and thus good for sightseeing. BUT it is really dirty, has a moldy bathroom and is loud. The room is completely different from any of the photos shown. There is a window to a main floor, where the light goes on and off whenever another person passes by. I‘m travelling a lot for both business and leisure. This was one of the worst rooms I had in years … maybe ever.

Verified traveler (2/5): Anbefales ikke - Det eneste positive ved dette hotellet var beliggenheten. Klimaanlegget fungerte knapt, og belysningen på rommet var svært dårlig. I tillegg fungerte ikke låsen på romdøren, noe som medførte at vi måtte sove med døren åpen. Dette resulterte i at vi valgte å forlate hotellet. Personalet var dessverre ikke i stand til å bistå oss, ettersom de hevdet at ingen kunne komme til hotellet da alle ansatte bodde utenfor Milano. Som tre unge kvinner følte vi oss ikke trygge. Videre var det en sterk, innestengt lukt i rommet, noe som forsterket vår negative opplevelse av oppholdet.

Great location for tourists. There was no AC but I knew that when booking. The outside is a green wooden door. The hotel is not marked so look for the green door

NathalieJ615 (2/5): NO - The only good thing about this place was the location. If I had checked reviews before booking I would never have booked it as all reviews are accurate. The place was filthy. The bathroom was disgusting there was dust everywhere. The interior of the shower had dirt and rust on the holders. Even the doors were black with dirt from long term use with no deep clean for sure. I would say if there is a hoover ran around the place and the bedsheets and towels changed that is the maximum that’s done. Would not recommend
Hope (8/5): - Very hard to find. It’s a green door with a little hobbit door you enter through. I requested directions from the hotel three times and received nothing. It’s a full apartment, cute and old. The best thing was it had a washing machine, bring your own detergent. We hung our things to dry overnight and by morning they were good. It’s on a noisy street. It is very close to the main square. They had a concert the night of our stay and we could hear it. The pizza place on the corner is VERY good. If you are tired, they are close and have good food. Very convenient location to a lot of sight seeing. It wasn’t terrible, just looks like everything needs a good scrub down.

It was old - I kept getting kicked off the internet, the bed was broken, there was no iron, walls were extremely thin so you could hear people coming in and out all night long. There was no hot water. It was like something you’d see in the movie The Hostel. I’m not sure what the criteria is for hotels to be considered 3 stars on this site but it needs an overhaul 1.5 stars at best.

Amelia (2/5): DONT BOOK IT ! - Looks like a prison, everything is dirty, you can hear everyone either on the other side of the wall or outside, shady. Feels very, very unsafe. The guy is there only for a couple of hours. Looks nothing life the photos. As a female, solo traveler I did not want to stay even one night there. Thankfully I got a different hotel which by the way I recommend wholeheartedly (hotel Vittoria). If you’re thinking about booking this one because it’s 6 min from duomo, don’t. Other, much better hotels in the same price are just as close and are a lot better, cleaner and safer.
Erick Rodrigo (4/5): - Didn’t what I expected, the shower didn’t work, neither did the internet. Most of the wood of the room was rotten and the windows didn’t fully close. Really bad experience
Myriam (8/5): - I liked it's location, right by tram, metro and the Cathedral. I didn't like the apartment tv didn't work and after complaining twice, nothing ever happened. Also, the wi-fi is totally arcane and unpractical. Be aware your phone wifi isn't going to work inside the apartment..
Besa (4/5): - Es wurde nicht das gebuchte Zimmer vergeben, es war jede Bewegung im Haus zu hören, Fenster undicht jeder lärm von außen war zu hören. Absolut keine Option mehr für uns als Hotel
Eloisa (4/5): Mal servicio - Llegamos más tarde para hacer check in y nos cobraron 30 euros por eso. Si me habían mandado un mail pero yo estoy de vacaciones y no estoy al pendiente del mail, porque mejor no hacen una llamada, además las llaves ya estábna ahí, nadie tuvo que ir a abrir la puerta ni nada.
MARGHERITA (8/5): - Alloggio suggestivo in un edificio d'epoca. Super consigliato
Michael (8/5): - This place is old so expect it wouldnt be as clean or nice as a 5 star hotel but its clean and near duomo and shopping its perfrct to go around and come home rest a bit and gonexplore again..no lobby to wait before 3pm but you can def leave bags beforehand there are cleaning people that can assist the bag dropoff.
Josh (6/5): - To start off with, staff were only there from 3pm to 9pm so never actually saw them. Had to pay late check in fee in which we weren’t aware of. All in all the room was nice and was clean. We weren’t given a fresh toilet roll, we ultimately had to buy our own toilet roll because of the lack of staff to ask for it. In the 7 nights we were there no cleaners came in to give us fresh towels, fresh sheets, nothing. One night our electrics and water cut out completely, leaving our phones uncharged and no use of shower in the morning, again due to lack of staff, we couldn’t tell anyone.
Kate (2/5): Just Don’t - Don’t waste your money. This was worse than a seedy hotel. There was mold on the shower head. The room was so incredibly hot. It was loud and very uncomfortable. I woke at 4am to another guest on his balcony looking straight into my room. Save your money and find something else.
Alvin TK (4/5): - The room image and the actual hotel furniture is different. All furniture is IKEA and the bed actually has broken slats. Did not have the chance to complain. The staff only comes to check in the guest and disappear. We complain no heater and no hot water for shower. No reply and after we came back to the hotel, they fixed it but made us worry the whole day. On the first night no hot water at all. We avoid the shower Was very unconfortable. Lastly the late check in is after 930pm. The staff made up her own schedule 9pm and when we arrived before 930pm We were changed. However hotel policy on Expedia states 930pm. Unbelievable!
Burhan (2/5): - They never send me the instructions how to get in. I arrived late and they charged me for that. They didn’t respond in Expedia messages and left me waiting outside at around 11pm.

Niphawan (6/5): - Near shopping area and Duoma do Milano likes hidden gem just walking distance. For us we arrived there at 4 pm but the not finished cleaning yet so we have to came back at 5 pm. Our room was huge even had underground room so fitted for 7 adults and 1 kid. We might come back.
Hristo (2/5): - It’s nothing you can like . It’s shithall . Just a multiple leaving house in terrible condition. Wind through the windows. Heating 1 h morning 1 hour about 7pm. Noise from grinder and hammer start at 6:50-7:00 you can hear the road traffic like is in your room all night. Terrible and disgusting place

Alessandro (2/5): - Inflexible, greedy people. I made a mistake with the reservation and they didn’t want to issue any refund or even meet half way. They kept the money for the whole week. Avoid at all cost.
Arben (2/5): - there simply shouldn't be this type of hotel, which cannot be called a hotel
David (6/5): - Good location but there is no one at the desk until 3.30pm. I arrived in Milan late morning and because there was no one around I couldn’t leave my suitcase anywhere and so had to lug it around for 5 hours. Not much fun
John (10/5): Don’t regret not booking here!! - Lovely location, right in the city centre, apartment was spacious, clean and really provided everything we needed!
Amelie (6/5): Spacious apartment in centre of Milan - The apartment is nicely decorated though in my opinion it needs to be better cleaned and it requires some quick maintenance such as replacing bulbs that no longer work and stained sheets. That aside, the apartment is very large including an equipped kitchen with 2 bathrooms. Great location, just 3 mins walk from Duomo and Metro.

Lizeth (2/5): - Great service. Dirty place. Didn’t sleep all night and woke up with bites everywhere and ringworm. Cool old building in incredible location. But lesson learned. Never going cheap again.
