- Geovania Sales (8/5): Boa - Fiz reserva para cinco pessoas e foi oferecido dois quartos, o que foi ótimo, no entanto, o local para tomar banho ficamos em apenas um dos quartos, assim como geladeira, fogão e mesas. O outro quarto tinha apenas as camas e um vaso sanitário com pia. Do relatado acima. Não ter um banheiro dentro do quarto, apenas o vaso.

Рядом есть комбини и круглосуточные рестораны. Апартаменты огромные по японским меркам: у меня была гостиная с кухней, спальня, раздельный санузел, две раковины и отдельно комната с котацу и телевизором. Цена за проживания была самая маленькая из всех хороших вариантов, что я смотрела. Две кровати были большого размера и с хорошим матрасом. В номере было достаточно полотенец. Нет лифта. Проблематично подниматься на 3й этаж по узким ступеням и крутой лестнице с чемоданом в 20кг. Спускаться, впрочем, тоже) Работников ресепшена я не видела ни разу. Оставить багаж в апартаментах стоит денег. Но самый главный минус, что я не чувствовала себя безопасно. Я путешествовала одна, моя дверь открывается электронно, изнутри нет ни дополнительного замка, ни даже цепочки чтобы блокировать дверь. Для собственного спокойствия я блокировала дверь ручкой чемодана и рассыпала по полу шуршащие пакеты, чтобы услышать если кто то идет. Можно подумать что я слишком утрирую, но жизнь показывает, что даже в одной из самых безопасных стран мира не стоит расслабляться. После историй как в одном отеле девушки обнаруживали мужчину под кроватью или что работник заходил среди ночи в номер (это было в Японии), я переживаю за свою безопасность. Поставьте пожалуйста хотя бы блокиратор или цепочку на дверь. Я просыпалась все три дня от каждого шороха.

Il s'agit de grandes chambres avec salon et petite cuisine Attention, il n'y a souvent pas de réception et donc le check in se fait via un appel téléphonique ça peut être perturbant mais c'est très simple Petit dejeuner excellent On remercie Ismaël qui nous a bien accueilli a la bagagerie ! On recommande +++ - le petit déjeuner est excellent et se situe dans un autre hôtel du groupe a 5mn a pied - la bagagerie est a 15mn de a pied vers la gare

L'accès simple à la chambre (sans clé) Le nettoyage offert n'était pas vraiment un nettoyage. Une tache d'eau sur la table faite par une petite bouteille congelée est restée intacte après le passage du service de nettoyage.

There was an issue with the door but they were great in getting this fixed quickly and let us check in early. Rooms require a deep clean and repaint. A bit dated and dirty. Tvs should be all connected smart tvs now days. Stairs very steep.

- SOONBO (10/5): 공간 넉넉한 곳 - 일본에서 보기 드물게 이 가격대에서 방이 큽니다. 더블 사이즈 침대 4개 있고 방 2개, 거실1개, 화장실1개, 샤워실1개 있습니다. 각 방과 거실에 에어컨 다 있습니다. 체크인시 통로에 서성거리고있으면 모니터링하시다가 응대 해주시는거 같아요 무인 체크인이라서 조금 불편한거 말고는 다 좋았습니다

- Sunil (9/5): An excellent place to stay, quiet, good access to the metro and lots of nice restaurants nearby. - Very Spacious Rooms, comfortable beds, lovely Shower and Toilets, spacious kitchenette. It has no lift, has a very steep staircase and they didn’t tell us about it earlier. I don’t regret my decision to stay here but I wish I knew earlier.

There was some celebrations going on at a nearby shrine so the streets are packed with food vendor, it was a great experience! There were some leftover garbage underneath the sofa when we were there so need to do better in cleaning.

- Fang-Yu (10/5): - 格局：一間和室、一間臥室（雙人床*2）、馬桶跟浴室分開的洗手間、簡單的廚房（有冰箱、微波爐、電子鍋、餐具、熱水壺）和小客廳。 優點：很適合兩人居住，因為其中一間房間可以放戰利品跟行李，不會像一般飯店打開行李箱就沒過道了。 缺點：床偏硬、沙發有個凹陷處（可能是彈簧壞了）、其中一隻冷氣遙控器入住時就沒看到。

- Essexlol-007 (6/5): Satisfactory but beware. - Hotel is quite well located for two different metro stations, though the immediate area isn't too plush. Appartments relatively large, with functional furnishings (as advertised). However the first apartment given looked incompletely decorated and there were no cups, plates and just one fork. After complaing by e mail , this problem was rectified in about 10 minutes, by us being given another Appartment , which was great. (The guy told us that the room finish was intentional). Breakfast was plentiful, but quality a bit "down-market". Free luggage store is at a different building 20 minutes away on the metro. (This would be a real nuisance if you had arrived early and if you leave it after check out it has to be picked up by 5pm).
- Ming Fen (10/5): - Walking distance to a 24hours supermarket 玉出， and Lawson is near by too. WiFi is fast for remote working. If you stays longer than 6 days, breakfast is included but in a nearby building. Close to 通天閣 and other shopping dining district. Highly recommended. No elevator though. But stairs aren’t that hard to walk. Max 4th floor. Not too bad.

- Richard (10/5): - A fantastic room for the money, lots of space (especially for 2 people) and close to some great restaurants and convenience stores. A few train stations are nearby which is very helpful. Would recommend to a friend.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Food, but fee due issues - Well few things to consider when booking this property - no elevator. We were at the 4th floor with family suitcases and the stairs are not perfect. Not an easy climb. Breakfast is served at another property they owned - few minutes walk. No in place language service, so if you come early before check in time or need a late checkout you will need to put the language near Namba which is a ride in the metro or 1km by foot. We were lucky at the checkin as the room was ready early in the morning we we arrived, so they let us put the language there, but not to stay before checkin time. The room are nice and comfortable and had all we need.

- Neil (10/5): Great Place to Stay in Osaka (Namba) - Excellent location although it is right next to an overhead expressway we didn’t hear a thing. Close to large market area as well as several small convenience stores. Very well situated for 3 different rail and one tram line stations. Easy to get anywhere in Osaka by public transport. Property is very clean and obviously well maintained. Reception is from remote central location but readily accessible and very helpful. Check in and check out were a breeze. Overall would highly recommended this property.

- Andrew (10/5): - Seem to be a old apparent complex renovated into a hotel. Big beds, a kitchen, and even a traditional sitting room. It’s a short walk from several stations so getting anywhere was easy.

- Frankie (10/5): - Property is about 5 mins walk to Ebisucho subway station and is also about 10-12 mins walk to Shin-Imamiya JR or Nankai Station. Also, supermarket and 24 hrs convenience stores are nearby. It is a relatively big unit in Japan standard and comes with 2 bedrooms and kitchen. Each bedroom has 2 double beds (a total of 4 double beds that can accommodate 8 people). There are drawbacks for this hotel. One is the weak induction cooker in the kitchen and we have to use our newly bought induction cooker to cook our meals. The other one is this hotel has 4 floors and the upper floors can only be accessible by stairs (i.e. no elevators in the hotel). Fortunately, our room is located on the ground floor.
