- Waleed (5/5): Friendly staff and great location, but steep stairs with heavy luggage and rooms that look older than the pictures. - It’s near Taksim and close to İBB Karaköy Sahil Parkı great location. The staff treated me very nicely and made me feel very welcome. Also, when I asked for a late checkout, they said "no problem" without any hassle. If you have a big, heavy suitcase, carrying it up tiny stairs to the 3rd or 4th floor is really hard. Also, the room looks very different from the photos in reality it seems quite old, so it wasn’t what I expected for what I paid.

- Kateryna (8/5): - Месторасположение отеля просто идеально. В 3х минутах хотя-бы от галатской башни. Отличная транспортная развязка. Метро, трамвай и паромная причал в 5ти минутах хотьбы. Персонал вежливый, приятный, прислушивается к просьбам и помогает в случае необходимости. За исключением одного парня. Номер не очень большой. Доя троих была двухспальная кровать и односпальная. Ещё был диван. Мы не привередливые в отеле только ночевали поэтому нас все устроило. В номере небольшое окно, с видом на окно соседнего дома. Будьте готовы к тому что это отель не люкс, все скромно, но жить можно.

- Leslie (8/5): C’était très bien mieux isoler pour que ce soit parfait et interdire les personnes de fumées dans la chambre - L’emplacement et le personnel La chambre sentait la cigarette à notre arrivée dommage nous sommes non fumeur ça nous a gêner au début on a dû aérée longtemps. On entend beaucoup les autres voyageurs au dessus dans leurs chambres et dans les couloirs, on entend aussi quand ils se douche.

- Zar Jan (9/5): Will definitely stay here when in Istanbul! - The location was GREAT! THE MAGISTIC Galata tower ITSELF wa just a 5 minutes walk! Metro and buses very close. Staff was friendly and helpful. We had booked for 6 nights and had got a room on the 4th floor but they changed it to the 2nd floor the next day. The ONLY thing I wish it had was a lift🥺 which doesn’t hinder me recommending it to my friends when they visit istanbul!

- MIKHAIL (8/5): Definitely worth it! - Best location and stuff is good! Clean hotel. There is a building well view from the window (you don’t have any view). And there is no elevator so if you don’t like sports you probably won’t like higher 4th or 5th floor of the hotel

- Μαρία (7/5): - Βολικό σημείο 7 λεπτά με τα πόδια απ τον πύργο του Γάλατα, ευγενικό προσωπικό και βοηθητικό Δεν είχε ασανσέρ και δεν το έγραφε κάπου οπότε βαλίτσες και ανέβα κατέβα …εμείς ήμασταν στον τρίτο όροφο οπότε κάναμε την γυμναστική μας. Ήταν λίγο παρατημένο και σχετικά καθαρό αλλά Οκευ για τα χρήματα που δώσαμε ήταν καλό! Να καταλαβαίνουμε και λίγο τι πληρώνουμε

- ΕΥΑΓΓΕΛΟΣ (10/5): Τίμια και ευχάριστη επιλογή ! - Όλο το προσωπικό που μας εξυπηρέτησε ήταν άψογο , ότι χρειαστήκαμε μας βοήθησαν αφήσαμε τις τσάντες μας αρκετοί ώρα μετά το chek-out . Η τοποθεσία ειναι εξαιρετική καθώς έχει μετρό πολύ κοντά που μπορείς κινηθείς αλλά και μετά πόδια είναι κοντά στα αξιοθέατα . Μόνο το jps βγάζει ένα δρόμο από βιομηχανική περιοχή ακολουθήστε τον πιο μακρινό δρόμο που είναι 3 λεπτά πιο μακριά και από ανηφόρα αλλά αξίζει γιατί έχει πιο ωραία διαδρομή αλλά και για το βράδυ είναι πιο ασφαλές . Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό αν και μείναμε δύο βράδια το καθάρισαν , γενικά δεν ήταν πολλά από αυτά που έγραφαν κάποια σχόλια . Είναι ένα αξιοπρεπές ξενοδοχείο , για την τιμή του και για τις παροχές του ήταν μια χαρά ! Εμείς μείναμε πολύ ικανοποιημένοι.

- Letitia (6/5): My stay could have been better. If changes are made it would be a much better stay. - The location was great. The staff were helpful. I would only stay again if the rooms were updated with newer linens, TV and appliances. Furniture, appliances, TV, bedding, and bed either did not work or old and dirty. The rooms need to be updated with newer TV’s and appliances. The furniture needs to be covered or replaced. Had to ask for clean towels and toilet paper.
