Posizionata in una zona tranquilla. non vicinissima al centro, ma comunque servita da bus e metro. Il gestore super gentile e super disponibile. Segnalo che nella via retrostante c'è un ottimo pub.

La limpieza es increíble.Camas muy cómodas,habitaciones bonitas,desayuno perfecto ,trato personalizado excelente,amabilidad y todo lo necesario para hacer la estancia de 10,pero lo que más destaco sin duda alguna es:Dennis! Desde el primer momento se implicó en que todo estuviera perfecto y así fue. Solo tengo palabras buenas hacia él,nos cuido como si estuviésemos en casa! Sin duda volveremos allí ! Die Badezimmerfliesen könnten erneuert werden, da die Fugen nicht mehr gut sind.

Stanza grande in due ambienti separati con 2 letti alla francese utilizzati come singoli. Bagno grande. La colazione (standard italiana: brioche, cappuccino, succo, yogurt, frutta) è servita in camera ad orario concordato con lo staff. Info: la struttura è all'interno di un condominio. La metro è davvero a 10 passi Il parcheggio è convenzionato a pagamento lì vicino. Alternativa per strada ma la zona residenziale non consente di trovarlo facilmente.

• Marina (10/5): Excelente - Denis es un excelente anfitrión al igual que sus compañeros. Desde el primer momento está muy atento y al llegar te explica cómo moverte por Roma. La habitación tiene todo lo necesario. Muy cómoda y te traen el desayuno a la habitación a la hora que quieras. Un desayuno muy completo (bollería, café, fruta, zumo y Yogurt). Están muy atentos en que te sientas lo más cómodo posible. Si volviésemos a Roma volveríamos seguro aquí por el respeto y la cercanía de los anfitriones. Nos hemos sentido muy agusto. Gracias! Si tuviera que decir algo tal vez que no está muy cerca del centro pero tiene buena conexión de buses a las zonas turísticas (el bus está a un minuto del portal) y el metro queda muy cerca para ir a la estación de tren o bus ( a 3 minutos andando).

Pokój w przyzwoitym stanie, czysto i schludnie. Bardzo dobry dojazd z lotniska autokarem który zatrzymuje sie 8 minut od apartamentu. Drzwi od pokoju słabo wyciszone. Mieliśmy szczęście że nie było chałaśliwych gości, ponieważ mogłoby to być uciążliwe.

• Ritzy (10/5): - Nuestra experiencia en Vatican Living fue simplemente excelente. Desde el primer momento, la atención fue cálida, profesional y muy atenta a cada detalle. La ubicación es inmejorable, perfecta para recorrer los principales puntos de interés con total comodidad. Las instalaciones estaban impecables, cómodas y bien equipadas, lo que hizo nuestra estancia muy agradable, especialmente viajando en familia. Nos sentimos seguros, bien atendidos y como en casa. Sin duda, es un lugar que recomendaría al 100% y al que volvería sin pensarlo. ¡Gracias por hacer de nuestro viaje una experiencia inolvidable!

Location - really great, right next to A-line metro stop, supermarkets, pharmacy, bus stop. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was sweet, but staff accommodated to our preferences and provided less sweet options. Also provided gluten free option upon request! Balcony doors weren't really tight, so it was cold sleeping right next to them (and was a bit loud in the morning). But with a blanket and a heater or AC on - still comfortable. Also blinds were not super dark. So I'd recommend earplugs and an eye cover.

Amazing communication with the owner, no issues with late check in or with leaving the luggage in the hotel after check out. It was a bit noisy in the mornings as a little kitchenette with a coffee machine is located in the hallway, so you can hear other guests, recommed bringing earplugs if you want to sleep in.

• strzelec (8/5): - hotel znajduje się w przyjemnej okolicy - bardzo blisko do metra, a przystanek autobusowy tuż pod blokiem. hotel znajduje się w bloku mieszkalnym, więc czasem było głośno. właściciel bardzo przyjazny, pokazał nam najlepsze atrakcje na mapie Rzymu oraz jakimi środkami komunikacji miejskiej jest się najlepiej tam dostać. sam pokój w sobie był dosyć skromny, ale przestronny. łóżko pojedyncze było trochę niewygodne, ale nie było źle. nasz pokój miał duży balkon także na lato myślę że super opcja. właściciel wspominał że jesteśmy jednymi z ostatnich gości przebywających przed remontem, więc sądzę że po renowacji będzie jeszcze lepszy! śniadania były proste - słodkie bułki, owoce, jogurty - ale wystarczające. jak potrzebowałyśmy wcześniejszego śniadania ze względu na ranny wyjazd to nie było problemu. jednym słowem naprawdę przyjemnie spędziłyśmy czas w tym b&b. polecam! ❤️

• Faneromenou (10/5): Εξυπηρέτηση, φροντίδα, καθαριότητα, τοποθεσία. - Η δεύτερη αυτή φορά που μείναμε στο δωμάτιο Roma ήταν εξίσου υπέροχη όπως και η προηγούμενη. Άνεση, καθαριότητα, άνετα κρεβάτια, ευρύχωρη βεράντα, ησυχία, πρωινό πλούσιο και αίσθηση φροντίδας. Η συνεννόηση με τον Μανουέλ ήταν άψογη. Ιδιαίτερα σημαντικό το ότι η πρόσβαση στο μετρό και στη στάση λεωφορείων είναι ελάχιστα μέτρα, ενώ στη γειτονιά υπάρχουν καταστήματα εστίασης και άλλα που καλύπτουν κάθε ανάγκη. Το ιδανικό κατάλυμα για κάθε επισκέπτη. Λίγες μικρές φθορές στο μπάνιο, όμως ασήμαντες, δεδομένου ότι η καθαριότητα έπαιζε τον πρώτο ρόλο.

Für diesen Preis im erweiterten Zentrum von Rom bekommt man eine passable Unterkunft, die mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet ist. Wir hatten Zugang zur Terrasse. Kommunikation hat super funktioniert. Das Frühstück ist einfach, wie es eben in Italien ist.
• Elena (1/5): - This is not a real photo, or maybe taken some five years ago. We had to leave after the first night. There was not enough hot water for one person to take a shower. After trying to get the room warmer by using the air-condition, the electricity in whole apartment fell down. The host didn't even try to welcome us, or fix the problems personally, I did not expect this kind of treatment.

• Bernard (8/5): - Great location, just a few steps from metro station Cornelia. In the vicinity is very convenient parking place priced 15€ per day. Big terrace and very quiet accomodation. Location is very easy reachable from highway (tangenzionale Roma), avoiding congestion and outside ZTL zone. Furniture is somehow outdated, no soap in the bathroom (we had to buy one our selves). Scarce breakfast, especially if you come last of few appartments. There was no bread on our last breakfast at all.

Byt i pokoj byly čisté, koupelna i ručníky voňavé. 1-Naše postel opravdu opravdu opravdu neskutečně vrzala. Byly to hlučné zvuky i při malém pohybu, které nám nedovolily pořádně usnout. V noci v tichu jsem se nemohla pohnout, aby postel nevrzala. 2-Bylo nám velmi líto, že nám nikdy ke snídani nezbyl čerstvý chléb či salámy. Zasmáli jsme se při dělení posledního plátku, že jde trochu o HungerGames. Zbylé produkty byly balené a trvanlivé. Raději jsme snídali v okolí. A to doporučuji i dalším hostům. Nabídek snídaní kolem je spousta.

Inoltre c'è uno splendido terrazzino! Materasso comodo ma letto un po' cigolante. Ma detto ciò, eravamo talmente stanchi che abbiamo comunque dormito come sassi!

• Inga (5/5): - Close to the metro station. The bed was so squeaky that we had to put the mattress on the floor to be able to sleep. The bathroom was a wreck: the bidet wouldn't drain, the shower doors slid off the rails when trying to close it. Only half a dispenser of poor quality soap in the shower. Not even a soap bar at the sink. The breakfast was made up of supermarket confectionery and although the host had assured me that they would provide gluten free products, there were only 2 supermarket muffins in the morning and I had to chase the host to have them.

• Joan Sebastian (10/5): Excelente alojamiento - Todo! Muy amable y atento el anfitrión, buen desayuno, buena atención y muy servicial volvería sin duda alguna! Nada! Todo estuvo muy bien, recomiendo tomar transporte para llegar al alojamiento esta un poco lejos del centro pero todo lo demás es excelente!
