KAZUAKI (5/5): 設備などはよかったが、スタッフの教育不足 - 朝食のバイキング、浴場が2時まで空いている清掃スタッフにわからないことを尋ねたところ、は？と言われてた。そして言葉がタメ口、最初1人目に尋ねてわからないと言われ、責任者？みたいな人を呼ばれて2人で笑いながら話して、なひ？と言われた。外国の方だからとか関係ないと思う。自分もサービス業をしているが、外国の人もきちんと敬語は使える。わからなくて尋ねたのに、あんな対応されたら気分良く宿泊できない。

Anna (9/5): Любимый отель в Осаке для исследования окрестностей - Отличное расположение. Прекрасный сенто - простой, но идеальный, чтобы каждый вечер перед сном расслабиться и скинуть усталость. Расположение - просто 10 из 10 для исследования Кансая. Номера как обычно в бизнес отелях, но благодаря месту под кроватью можно спокойно развернуться и с тремя чемоданами. Жили второй раз, обязательно будем жить тут ещё. Помогают отправить багаж, да и в целом все очень приятные. Жили с 9 по 14 мая, в номере было немного душновато. Не критично, но хотелось бы чуть чуть прохладнее.

Saori (7/5): 駅からも近く、お値段、総合的に満足！ - 大浴場がある。お安く泊まれた。チェックアウトが簡単でした！そういうものかもしれませんが、お風呂、トイレの段差が凄く高くて足に負担があった。水道スペースが小さい。
chimaki (10/5): やっぱりAPAにしとけば間違いない - 駅から近い　お風呂がひろい　11階だったがエレベーターが4基もあり不便には感じなかった部屋のトイレが壁によりすぎてて少し窮屈に感じた。大浴場があるところはお一人様でもよると朝と2回入る人も多いとおもうのでタオルは2枚あるとよかった。

Marina (9/5): Great time - It was so comfortable and clean, with everything you can possibly need, and even though their onsen is artificial, I had a chance to relax there before going to sleep. The bed was so comfy - I’ve had the best dreams :) The building inside was also very interesting and beautiful. 15 min before checking out, they are very active in reminding you on the TV screen that you either pay to prolong your stay, or it is time for your check-out, even if you turn off the TV the reminder goes on again. Seemed a bit annoying and intrusive.
Ness.72 (10/5): OSAKA excelente lugar para turismo. - La ubicación! Excelente, a una cuadra de la estación donde llegan los trenes bala y varias líneas del metro. Lugares para comprar comida no falto. El cuarto fué algo pequeño. Pero ya tenia conocimiento de ese detalle.
