Nous n’avons quasiment pas eu besoin de prendre les transports, boutiques et restaurants accessibles à pied. La chambre d’angle et la chambre pokémon sont superbes et très confortables. Le personnel est très accueillant. Je recommande à 100% Rien. Peut-être , des chaussons dans la chambre serait un plus , et proposer un pyjama également. Du café ou thé aussi. sinon tout est parfait

• Oswald (9/5): - Everything is good. Family oriented. The only thing to mention would be the bunk beds. The ladder climb is steep and the railings are not high enough. For younger children, it is a concern. Mine was 6 and 3 and we couldn't let them sleep on the top bunks. It can be dangerous.

• GoofySingapore (6/5): Non existent soundproofing between floors - Pro - clean rooms - very friendly staff - corner family room was big - about 7min walking distance to the train station Cons - non existent soundproofing between floors. We could hear every loud footstep the upstairs made. To make it worse , the kids were jumping up and down and running around the room from as early as 6 am till 11 pm . We feedback to the staff who said they will let the upstairs know. But the jumping and running still continued . So if you like a quiet room or are a light sleeper , this hotel is not for you. - our room faced the main road so it was quiet noisy also . - quite far walk to shinsaibashi Won’t be staying here again cos of the noisy rooms.

• Dale (2/5): Quite disappointing - Location was the only good thing The staff were okay but made quite a bad mistake when they gave access to our room to other people who were checking in. We were sitting in our room when another guest at the hotel opened our door. They were quite shocked themselves. When I went down to tell them they pretended all of a sudden that they couldn’t understand English very well and brushed it off like it was nothing. That is quite a serious breach. Hotel wise possibly the worst in Japan so far. No amenities unless you specifically ask where even 3 star places offer it. For a hotel that is only 5 years old it seemed much older. Marks on the walls, shower head leaking. Toilet smelled quite bad. Beds are not comfortable. I was quite disappointed with the cost of this hotel what we got in terms of value. We stayed at another hotel in Osaka which is lower star but was much cleaner and nicer.

Our 8 month old got the flu and they booked a doctors appointment twice for us and checked in with us every time we walked past to see how she was doing. They even wrote a little note with well wishes on departure. So thankful for their support and felt so much better having them there!! Couldn’t recommend them enough.

Our stay at MIMARU Osaka Namba North Hotel (Feb 6–10) was truly exceptional and easily one of the highlights of our Japan trip. The entire staff was incredibly accommodating, warm, and welcoming — they genuinely go above and beyond to take care of their guests, especially for travelers visiting from abroad. Huge shoutout to Wanza and Akita — both were absolutely amazing. Wanza was always super helpful with directions and recommendations, and even pointed me to an incredible ramen spot just minutes away that I would have never found on my own. That alone made my night. Akita went out of his way to help us plan our transition to another hotel in Tokyo and assisted with filling out the luggage delivery forms. As foreigners, that level of support made everything stress-free and so convenient. Being able to rely on the MIMARU staff for logistics and local tips made our entire trip smoother. Honestly, every staff member was awesome — kind, patient, and genuinely happy to help. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, perfectly located, and family-friendly, but what really sets this place apart is the service. You don’t just feel like a guest here — you feel taken care of. This stay was A++++ and truly memorable. If you’re staying in Osaka, do yourself a favor and book MIMARU Osaka Namba North. We’ll 100% be back.

• MoDerek1 (10/5): Large space for groups right next to main attractions - Clean, large rooms that comfortably fit 3 adults, located walking distance to all of the attractions of Dotonbori. The staff was also very kind and courteous, allowing us to store our luggage both upon arrival and checkout, with the option for luggage delivery. This was a much more affordable option than others and would stay here again, especially when traveling with a family or group of people.

• Trent (10/5): Great location, would stay again for sure. - Great location, easy walk to subway and Namba station. Easy walk to Datonbori, it’s good to stay a few blocks away from the craziness. Would highly recommend this place. Rooms were good and fun for the kids because of the bunks but also the games in the lobby. Washing machines and dryers also on first floor were very handy. Room was well equipped if you wanted to cook your own meals.

• Eismawati (10/5): Mimaru has always been my choice. - This is my second time staying at Mimaru Namba North, and it did not disappoint. The location is very convenient, with train stations within walking distance and easy access to key areas like Kurumon Market, Orange Street, Dotonbori, and Shinsaibashi. For those who require halal food, this is an excellent place to stay. There are quite a number of halal eateries nearby, which made meals very easy and stress-free. What really stood out was the staff. They were extremely helpful and genuinely went out of their way to assist us. When our next destination was disrupted due to unforeseen circumstances, the staff helped us with alternative suggestions and supported us through the situation. We were truly thankful for that. I would definitely stay here again. The only small downside was that the pillows were a little too soft for our liking. In hindsight, we could have asked for a firmer pillow, but this did not affect our stay at all.
