- Pamela (10/5): - We were staying in London for 5 days and finding a place to stay is a daunting task. City Prime was a great choice. It is located outside the hustle busy of central London in a quiet neighborhood and conveniently located close to the Earl's Court tube station. You can get everywhere you need to go from there. Having a kitchen with a washer/dryer was a plus for an extended stay. Karim was friendly and helpful during our entire stay. Highly recommend.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Misleading Description - The apartment was not as described in the booking. It was said to be a luxury one bedrooom apartment and this was not at all the case. In fact it was very contrary to this! The sofa which was not a true pull out was severely stained. The hotel left covers to throw over top the couch as there was not a mattress. The mattress in the actual bedroom was hard as a rock felt like a box spring. The bedding was very thin and cheap! The pillows were flat as rocks. The furniture and accessories were all just pieced together. Had the apartment read very plain , basic apartment providing a place to lay your head then I world have known what I was getting. I also left the property a message expressing these concerns 3 days ago and have yet to hear back with a response .

- Brad (10/5): - I am thrilled to contribute to the many positive reviews posted about City Prime Apartments. My wife and I enjoyed an 11-night stay there this month, and we were pleased by the many positive aspects of our time there. Our room was comfortable, quiet, clean, and well-equipped with all the supplies we needed, including kitchen utensils for food preparation and meals. The washer/dryer was a particular plus for our long stay, so we didn't have to pack as many changes of clothing for our trip. The staff were uniformly friendly and helpful, and the fact that the place is staffed 24 hours helped us feel secure. The housekeepers were particularly friendly and accommodating. And the location...amazing! A 2-minute walk to a major supermarket, and a 5-7 minute walk to two different tube stations! Even though we were just around the corner from a major thoroughfare - Cromwell Street - there was little noise or activity outside our hotel. And within easy walking distance were plenty of attractions, shops, and restaurants. One minor quibble was that the dryer did not work well, so we wound up hang-drying many of our clothes; we did not see this as a significant issue, so we never alerted the management about this. So, overall, City Prime Apartments was convenient, clean, friendly, and safe, while meeting all of our needs for this extended stay! We would gladly return here for our next visit to London!

- Te-Shun (10/5): - Very nice and clean apartment with a kitchen including a microwave, a full-size fridge, and a washing/dryer machine. It is located in a decent and safe neighborhood. The Underground station/bus stop within a 5-minute walk offers connections to anywhere in London. There is also a supermarket just right across the street and a nice variety of restaurants within walking distance. Most of all, the front desk staff are all very friendly and helpful. Definitely will stay again and recommend it to anyone who plans to visit London.

- Anastasia (10/5): Amazing stay - It was amazing. Very nice stay, worth every pound. Exactly as it is shown on the pictures. Karim at Front desk was very friendly. Wi-fi worked perfect. Hot water was all working and the shower was very clean (knowing that this is a common problem in other hotels in London). Highly recommend to stay here and definitely will choose it as my place to stay for my next visit
- mirela (10/5): - Lovely apartment with all required amenities. The apartment was quite spacious, very clean and nicely decorated. The front desk staff were so nice and helpful! The location is perfect- 5 minutes away from the metro station and a short walk to Kensington Palace and gardens. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

- Fiona (10/5): Mis-sold booking. No balcony as description - On arrival we were very disappointed that several of the aspects of property description was not what we expected. For example we chose this as stated balcony or patio. Extremely disappointed that this was not available as this was the main reason for booking this apartment. The reception staff explained that allHotels Com bookings were then managed by expedia which left us in a quandary who to contact. City view was also not as expected. Would ideally like hotels.com to compensate us for mis-selling the apartment booking.

- Trey (10/5): Best hotel in London - It felt like home, clean, warm and cosy. The shower was brilliant, the bed was comfortable and the living room was spacious. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to say at.

- S (10/5): - So happy with our choice for our family vacation in London. The location was close to the tube, for easy access from the airport. Grocery store around the corner (3 min walk). The apartment was clean, spacious, well decorated. Family of 3 for a week and we were very happy.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - This hotel was very clean. The bathroom was fairly large with a roomy lglass shower stall and rainfall shower head. The small kitchen was complete with range and stovetop, refrigerator, microwave and washer/dryer. Large screen televisions were provided in the bedroom and living room. Walking to Earl’s Court tube station took only 5-7 minutes. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay there again.
