• Kristy (4/5): - I wasn't aware when I booked this as a solo female traveller that it is basically in the middle of nowhere, on a business estate full of car and motorbike repair shops. It's only 11-15 mins walk to transport (bus/train) but the area is very secluded and I wouldn't feel safe being out at night. There is very limited places to eat (couple places for breakfast), no supermarket or restaurants nearby and the "hotel" is so basic. I literally had water and sugar ... No coffee! That said, as a very basic room it was spacious, clean and had a good large shower. The staff don't speak ANY English, and they aren't customer service orientated, so don't expect much from them in the way of help. It's probably a language barrier but letting me get into the lift and not telling me my room was on the first floor, up stairs with no lift access wasn't a great start. They don't even have a toilet you can use when waiting for your airport transfer at reception! It was clean and tidy but it isn't somewhere I would choose to stay again, I'd pay more and be more central to be able to eat and travel safely.
• Tolga (4/5): - In der selben Nacht, habe ich wieder ausgecheckt. Wird eher als Stundenhotel genutzt. Man weiss nicht, wer da rein und rausläuft! Irgendwelche jugendliche Freunde halten sich mit dem Mitarbeiter vor dem Hotel auf! Als Tourist hat man sich in der Gegend und im Hotel einfach nicht sicher gefühlt. Zimmer sind zwar groß aber alt.

• Feret (4/5): - Es ist sehr unsaubere in den Zimmern und teilweise defektes WC. Beim Abspülen kommt das Wasser unter der Toilette raus gelaufen. In einer Woche nicht repariert. Duschbrause wurde sofort bei Reklamation ausgetauscht, weil es in alle Richtungen bewässert und gespritzt hat. Es waren in den Bad-Schränken noch Werkzeug und altes Dichtungsmaterial in einer ausgeschnittenen Plastikflasche. Ich bin enttäuscht darüber, dass man lange vorher weiß, dass Gäste kommen ( wie bei uns) und es ist weder gereinigt worden noch vorbereitet. Es sah wirklich so aus, als wurde das Zimmer vom Personal über einen längeren Zeitraum nicht betreten worden! Die beiden Jungs am Empfang sind sehr bemüht und kümmern sich sofort. Die junge Dame ist sehr bequem und spielt lieber am Handy rum und kann sich Aufgaben von 2 Stunden vorher nicht mal merken und erinnern! Sehr respektlos und unhöflich! Expedia ist auch keine besondere Hilfe bei der Bezahlung und bei problematischen Dingen. Dauert viel zu lange!

• AHMET METE (4/5): terrible experiance - toalet leaking, shower drainage blocked, towels were not so cleaned.Hair dryer was not working, TV was not working. it was a total disaster.
• Sophie (10/5): Sehr zufrieden, zentral und gemütlich - Das Hotel hat mich schon sehr positiv überrascht, die Bilder entsprechen so ziemlich der Realität. Klar ist alles nicht mehr das neuste, es gibt Benutzungsspuren an den Möbeln oder geschwärzte Stellen an den Fliesen im Bad tc. Aber im Großen und Ganzen doch sehr sauber. Wir hatten im Rahmen unseres Aufenthalts 3 verschiedene Zimmertypen. Einmal ein Doppemzimmer, dann die Serenity Suite mit 35m², und das dritte Zimmer war ein Doppelzimmer mit Balkon. An sich alles top Zimmer, jedes hatte so seine kleinen Makel. Z.b. Geruch aus dem Anfluss, oder ein nicht richtig funktionierender Fön. Aber sonst nicht viel auszusetzen. Wie man auf der Stadtkarte unschwer erkennen kann, liegt das Hotel direkt an der Highway, also es fahren rund um die Uhr Autos neben dem Hotel lang und es ist recht laut, auch wenn man die Fenster schließt. Aber für uns zwei war das kein Problem, wir schlafen wie Steine. Die Mitarbeiter haben uns meist helfen können, auch wenn mal nicht aufgeräumt wurde, konnten wir uns trotzdem von den Rezeptionisten jederzeit frische Handtücher und Toilettenpapier holen. Zudem stehen jedem Gast täglich 1 Flasche (0,5l) Wasser kostenlos zur Verfügung.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Very satisfied - It was a price worth hotel. Clean rooms with very very friendly staff. It was like a 15-20 min walk to the center of Kadıköy. Bus station near as well. We also got an upgrade to a room with balcony which was enjoyable. Perfect for a short stay.

• Simon (6/5): Quiet hotel in Kadikoy - The positives about the hotel: Good value. Large rooms. Close to Sogutlucesme transport hub for Metrobus, Marmaray trains and local buses. 24 hour reception. Quiet despite being close to one a main road. Walking distance to numerous shops and restaurants. The negatives: The WiFi is poor to unusable - pick up a local SIM from the Turkcell shop about 10 minutes walk away if you need connectivity. The room was not cleaned or the bins emptied during our 10 night stay. No safe in room. Limited number of plugs so charging a phones and watching TV at the same time could be a challenge. Overall it wasn’t terrible, and if you are going to be out a lot, the location and price are OK, but it was far from being great and you may find a better option for a similar price or slightly more.

• Verified traveler (2/5): Dar açılan tuvalet-banyo kapısı - 602 nolu odada kaldım. Tuvaletin kapısı, yatağın ucuna denk geldiği için çok dar açılıyor ve ancak yan yan geçebiliyorsunuz. Ayrıca oda sadece 5-6 metrekare. Tanıtımda yanlış yazıyor.

• Ürün (6/5): - Otel "İdare eder" diyebilirim. Konumu gayet güzel ancak yapıcı olması adına birkaç noktayı belirtmekte fayda görüyorum. Otel çalışanlarından bir tanesi "merhaba" demekten bile imtina ederken cumartesi sabah diğer arkadaşımız çok yardımcı olmaya çalıştı. Diğer arkadaş saat 11'deki check out için (ki işim gereği çok yerde seyahat etmeme rağmen 11 gibi bir check out saatine hiç rastlamadım) 11:05'te duştan çıkıp toparlanıp çıkmak üzereyken hem telefonla aramış (10:57 imiş saat aradığında) hem de kapıma gelip son derece kaba bir şekilde "Check out saati çıkın" demiştir. Odalar küçük ama fiyat performans olarak gayet uygun ama kanalizasyon kokusu var üst kattaki odalarda, bunu çözmeniz iyi olacaktır. Bir de su giderinde problem var maalesef göllenme oluyor duşta.
• Ramazan (10/5): - Sehr sauber dieses Hotel, hatte alles was man braucht. Personal ist auch ganz ok. Parkplätze werden betrieben durch Ispark, somit auch genug verfügbar, ganzer Tag kostet 50 TL. Unten sind relativ viele Motorradhändler sowie Motorradwerkstätten jedoch kein einfluss auf unseren Aufenthalt da wir stets bis in die Nacht unterwegs waren in Istanbul. Prinzipiell sicher verglichen zu anderen Orten in Istanbul. Leider etwas weit weg von den Sehenswürdigkeiten aber tolle Verbindungen. Jederzeit gerne. Familie aus Österreich-Wien mit 2 Kindern.

• Duygu (10/5): Will be back to this lovely hotel next year - A very convenient hotel away from the party area. Everything is new and clean. 7-8 mins walk to metrobüs and Marmaray that makes very easy to visit the old city while staying there. Walking distance to the pier and Moda. Had great sleep every night because it was quiet and air conditioned. Shower is powerful and the bed is very comfortable. There's a fridge and kettle etc. They even give slippers. It exceeded my expectations. Very good value. The receptionists especially Mr Murat is very friendly and helpful.

• burak (8/5): Little far but clean fresh nice neat - It was a very good stay. The owner is a couple(wife and husband) and they are very friendly. The room was very clean which is really important. My stay was fabulous. Only cons I would say the location is a little far from Kadıköy downtown but don't forget you are next to the metrobüs if you need go other side which is another good thing. Kadıköy downtowns like 10 minutes walking which is nothing in istanbul. So I would definitely suggest this location.
• Shah (2/5): Cheating & fraud only - I booked an economy room 200 tl with a window but they gave me an underground room without light & offered me another room & charged 50 tl extra for it. He receptionist knew we can’t go anywhere in the late night so he took its advantage of it. I recommend people don’t trust this hotel it’s not like you see in the pictures & employees cheat you on the site
