- Masahiro (10/5): - Riverside cozy hotel. Not luxurious but the atmosphere makes you feel you are a Moscow's small citizen with everything you need in terms of amenities. The staff, especially the Uzbekistan guy in the bar was very friendly.
- 174deer (2/5): Hotel refused accommodation but still charged me for it! - I booked at Gesten Hotel but when I arrived to check-in, the receptionist refused accommodation, saying that I needed "registration" from my previous hotels. This is an absurd request, given that registrations are only valid for the duration of your hotel stay anyway. I have been to 5-star hotels and I have been to budget hotels in Moscow, and I have never been asked about previous registrations before. But not only was I refused service, I noticed that they still charged me, and refused to refund me when I contacted them about it!

- Ksenia (6/5): Отель «Гестен» - Минусы: Приехав в отель, нас заселили в номер на 3 этаже с мансардным окном. Жалюзи на окне были сломаны и когда мы открыли окно вся грязь с него посыпалась на кровать. В номере 311 из вытяжки очень пахло сигаретами. Кондиционер в номере не возможно было включить, так он очень сильно гудел. В итоге нам заменили номер на 308 без окна, проблема с запахом устранилась, но кондиционер так и продолжать гудеть. Пришлось в 30 градусную жару спать без него. На стенах следы от кофе или чая. Нет тв, хотя указано на сайте. Плюсы: Отель находится очень близко от красной площади и метро. Вкусный завтрак и бизнес ланч по приятной цене. Замечательное обслуживание. Белоснежное белье и полотенца.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Рекомендую - Хороший отель. Заявленным звёздам соответствует. Расположение удобное, метро рядом, парк Зарядье в 10 минутах. Завтраки хорошие. Столов в баре мало, но приносят в номера. Персонал вежливый и отзывчивый. В эконом номерах без окон, кислорода маловато, и нет возможности проветрить. Если у вас рост 190+, номер 302 покажется вам кукольным. В целом, отель порадовал.

- Marina (6/5): - Отель расположен очень близко от красной площади, минут 10 идти пешком! Расположение идеальное, уборка номера каждый день, полое на меняли каждый день! Но! Завтраки очень долго подавали, каша всегда холодная. И самый огромный минус это слышимость, ужасно, слышно все о чем говорят соседи, таке ощущение, что мы все в одной комнате с ширмами! Ужасная шумоизоляция, это очень огромный недостаток, несмотря на другие посты отеля

- Iana (10/5): - В целом все отлично. Проживали в номере люкс. Обычный стандарт, но в отличие от других номеров есть холодильник , телевизор и сейф. Завтраки вкусные. Огромный подоконник с видом на реку и удобная локация. Центр в 5 минутах ходьбы ТЦ Аркадия. Кремль в 10 минутах. 650 метров до метро. Что не радует , что цена ну очень изменилась. Мы платили 2700 за номер . Сейчас более 4500

- Robert (2/5): - The hotel is terribly misrepresented. First of all, it is still in last stages of constructions. Dusty, smell of a fresh paint and sigarettes. Tiny suffocating rooms, nothing in common with the pictures. Breakfast was offered for a fee but cafe is still ways away from opening. Booked 4 nights, stayed there only for half an hour, because conditions were so unbearable. Never been reimbursed for checking out right away.
- Max (8/5): - If you planing to visit Moscow for few days, if you young and no kids then it is good choice. It is 5 minutes walk for all cultural landmaks like red Square, Kremlin, Arbat, etc. Plenty of choices for dining near by. When I stay in this hotel it was sort of on final stage of constructions and there are few things were missing
