Staff very fast and very helpful through whatsapp. The place is clean and organized. Water running from the shower box. This is not something bad, but you will have a soaked floor after every time you shower haha

- Doris (4/5): Für uns bestimmt nie wieder. - Die Lage zur Innenstadt war gut. Der Online Check In war extrem schwierig. Online gab es gar keine Hilfe. Es hat 5 Stunden gedauert, bis wir den Hinweis auf den Schlüssel bekamen. Die Tür zum Badezimmer lässt sich nicht schließen d.h. Sie steht immer offen. Im Badezimmer ist auch die Toilette. Es gab nicht genügend Handtücher. Der Fußboden ist extrem kalt und vor dem Waschbecken gab es keinen Vorleger.

La cortesia dello staff, la posizione e le dotazioni tecnologiche della struttura sono i loro punti di forza. Purtroppo i bagni sono molto piccoli per chi è abituato al comfort massimo nella stanza piu’ importante della casa!

- Fernando (9/5): Alojamiento tranquilo y confortable con mucho gusto relativamente cerca del centro - Un alojamiento con mucho gusto y cómodo. Silencioso y tranquilo. Aparcamiento en un parking público a escasos 50 metros por 20 € con unos empleados muy atentos y agradables. No ofrece desayuno pero tiene una zona común preciosa donde tienes la posibilidad de tomar un café o infusión, con vajilla y menaje. Se llega al centro en unos 25 minutos. No hay trato directo con personas. Aunque la comunicación a través del teléfono es muy rápida y las explicaciones impartidas para acceder son fáciles de entender

Excellent decor and facilities for example snacks, tea, coffee, microwave and fridge. Great location close to shops, bars, restaurants and the metro and tram. Easy access to the centre and Duomo. We had the most lovely night at Ca Bela and would definitely recommend to others, we would absorb book a stay here again if/when we visit Milan another time. Thank you 😊 There wasn't anything we didn't like, at first reading the instructions to access the apartment sounded a bit daunting but it was really very simple and straightforward.

It was nice to have access to a microwave and fridge in the common area. It was close to grocery and little cafe. There was only a sheet on the bed, I am used to the weight of a comforter when sleeping. The balcony overlooks a busy restaurant, be sure to bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper
