Raucherzimmer erhalten Frühstücksbuffet überschaubar mit weinig Abwechslung. Zimmerreinigung nur 1x pro Woche. (Mittwoch bei Aufenthalt So bis Sa) Preise und Abbuchung höher als Buchungsbestätigung. Bearbeitung und Korrektur der Reklamation aufwändig und zeitverzögert.

- Monika (9/5): Bestens - Habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt in meinem kleinen Appartement, dass überraschend groß war. Viel Platz für Ablagen usw. Küchenausstattung hat mir vollkommen ausgereicht. Straßenbahn hält fast vor dem Hotel, mit dieser Linie kann man direkt und sehr bequem in die City fahren. Mein Zimmerfenster ging zum Hof, so dass es absolut ruhig abends war. Aber trotz Straßenbahn, ich fand den Verkehr eher ruhig, vor allem abends. Fazit: mir hat es sehr gut gefallen, Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr sehr gut. Würde das Hotel auf alle Fälle wieder buchen. Vielen Dank an alle Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter für den schönen Aufenthalt in Wien. Nichts

Ho richiesto tovsglie e me le hanno date, però ho notato che sia in questo hotel come in molti altri in Europa non fanno pulizia giornaliera. Tra l’altro, c’è scritto che pulizia viene fatta ogni 3 giorni, ma in realtà non l’ho riscontrato.

Abbiamo soggiornato in un appartamentino con cucina per via del bimbo piccolo, comodissa dotata di tutto il necessario. Struttura e staff baby friendly. Sotto l’albergo c’è la fermata del tram che attraversa tutta la ringstrass, in 10 min si è in centro e si possono raggiungere tutti i punti di interesse viennesi. Colazione internazionale abbondante e possibilità di lasciare i bagagli. Ci ritorneremo volentieri Nulla

Bien que se soit un appartement avec cuisine, lorsqu’on arrive tard, on a pas le temps d’acheter des capsules pour le lendemain. L’épicerie à côté était fermé. Ça aurait été top d’avoir au moins 3 cafés pour le premier réveil.

- Agnetha (9/5): - Huone oli mukava ja viihtyisä, kivasti sisustettu. Vaikka hotelli sijaitsee hieman kauempana keskustasta niin kulkeminen sinne oli todella helppoa. Raitiovaunupysäkki aivan hotellin edessä! Yleisesti ottaen oikein kiva ja siisti hotelli hyvällä hinta-laatu-suhteella. Huoneen lattia oli hieman likainen, jaloissa tuntui hiekkaa/muruja. Suihkutilan suihkupää oli löysä eikä pysynyt ylhäällä. Ratkaisimme asian virittämällä suihkun ympärille vyön, jonka avulla suihkupää pysyi ylhäällä 😁 emme jaksaneet valittaa asiasta kun oli sen verran pieni juttu. Astiasto ja aterimet löytyi kahdelle hengelle, joka vaatii sitä että piti tiskata joka ilta. Tiskikone auttoi toki asiaan, mutta ehkä olisi kiva jos aterimia löytyisi hieman enemmän, sekä myös sakset. Yläkerran kattoterassi oli melko tylsä, oletin että siellä olisi ollut myös baari. Huoneessa ei ole ilmastointia, joten yöt oli jo nyt toukokuussa hieman ehkä kuumia kun lämpötila ulkona oli päivisin jopa 25 astetta. Ovea ei voinut pitää öisin auki sillä kadulta kuului kovaa melua.
- Doro E. (8/5): Jederzeit wieder! - Direkt an der Tram-Station der Linien 2 und 12 und sie S-Bahn ganz in der Nähe. Sehr ruhige Lage. Sehr chilliges Hotel. Der Stil der Einrichtung ist top. Auf dem Balkon fehlt etwas Sichtschutz und ein Regenschutz. Der Bereich zum Innenhof ist sehr ruhig, aber man sitzt wie auf einem Präsentierteller.

Özellikle çocuklu aileler için çok uygun bir daire, oğlumuz Aslan'la birlikte çok rahat ettik. Yaşadığımız sorunu ilettiğimizde hiç tereddüt etmeden anında oda değişikliği teklif etmeleri ve bizi hemen yeni odamıza geçirmeleri harikaydı; kriz yönetimleri çok başarılı Odayı ilk teslim aldığımızda temizliğin tam olarak bitmemiş olması büyük bir eksiydi. Özellikle banyoda karşılaştığımız idrar (sidik) kokusu, odaların misafire teslim edilmeden önce yeterince kontrol edilmediğini gösteriyor. Durumu bildirdiğimizde anında odamızı değiştirip telafi ettiler, ancak ilk girişte böyle bir manzarayla karşılaşmamış olmayı dilerdik

- Anastasiia (8/5): Sauber und schön, aber ich empfehle NICHT Online-Check-in - Das Hotel war insgesamt sehr schön – sauber, geräumig und wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon. Besonders begeistert war ich von der Hängematten-Schaukel im Zimmer 😍 Das war wirklich ein Highlight für mich. Was mir allerdings gar nicht gefallen hat: Beim Online-Check-in habe ich zunächst Frühstück ausgewählt, mich dann aber doch dagegen entschieden und den Check-in nicht abgeschlossen. Trotzdem wurde sofort ohne jegliche Bestätigung der Betrag für Frühstück und Parkplatz von meiner Karte abgebucht. Online konnte ich das weder rückgängig machen noch ändern. Ich finde es nicht in Ordnung, dass das Hotel direkten Zugriff auf die Karte hat und Zusatzleistungen ohne finale Bestätigung abbucht. An der Rezeption wurde die Buchung zwar problemlos storniert und das Geld zurückerstattet, aber warum muss der Prozess überhaupt so kompliziert sein? Außerdem hatte ich Geburtstag während des Aufenthalts. Leider gab es keinerlei kleine Aufmerksamkeit oder Willkommensüberraschung. Stattdessen wurde mir angeboten, selbst einen Kuchen zu kaufen. Schade.

- Lisa (9/5): Freundliches, stylisches Appartement mit guter Anbingung zur Innenstadt - Groß, geräumig und eine schönen Blick über die Dächer Wiens mit freundlichem jüngeren Personal, die einen in unterschiedlichen Sprachen verstehen. Bei Ankunft in der Unterkunft mit Zuweisung in ein Appartement im 7. Stock wurden wir mit etwas Hitze und Sticke begrüßt. Zum Glück war kein Hochsommer, sonst wären wir mit der defekten Klimaanlage nicht glücklich gewesen. Wir konnten daher gut abends lüften, um den Raum herunter zu kühlen. Das Frühstück war ok, mit einigen brasilianischen Köstlichkeiten aber ohne viel Vielfalt. - Manfred (8/5): Optimales Hotel um Wien zu erkunden/ Preis Leistungsverhältnis gut - Direkter Fahrstuhl von der Tiefgarage in alle Ebenen, sehr ruhiges Hotel, großes Zimmer mit Balkonterrasse, freundliches Personal hauptsächlich am Abend mit Nati u. Joana (-: , Ambiente einzigartig, guter Kaffee und Cocktails, Dachterrasse mit tollem Ausblick, Sauberkeit, in allen Belangen, die Teppiche in den Gängen waren nie richtig gesaugt,es lag überall "Dreck" rum. Beim Früchstück waren die Tische nie richtig sauber gemacht, der der später kam hatte Pech und mußte es selber machen, die Kaffeeautomaten (3) waren oft gestört und schmierig, dreckig. Das Personal hatte überhaupt keinen Durchblick und war schlichtweg überfordert, lag wahrscheinlich daran, daß es Studenten o.ä. waren und nicht genug Erfahrung hatten.

De kamer is compleet incl tv, bluetooth box voor muziek streamen, koelkast, vaatwasser en magnetron. De kamer was bij aankomst zeer schoon. Prima douche. Wat verder erg prettig is: de tramhalte (tram 2) naar het centrum is voor de deur. Op 5 minuten loopafstand is een SPAR supermarkt. Prima locatie dus voor een bezoek aan Wenen.

- Věrča (10/5): - Moderní, čisté, dobře vybavené, pohodlné. V recepci skvělá káva zdarma. Parkování v garáži pod hotelem za poplatek, nebyl problém odjet s autem až odpoledne. Příště se ubytujeme opět zde. Okna skvěle tlumí hluk, ale pokud je otevřete, budou vás rušit projíždějící vlaky. To byla ale jediná vada na kráse, jinak jsme byli naprosto spokojeni.

- Claudia (10/5): Wir waren 1 Woche zum wiederholten Mal im Rioca1 und kommen gerne wieder! - Sehr schönes Hotel, Zimmer/Apartments sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Zimmer mit Sonnenschutz ausgestattet. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und vermitteln eine familiäre Atmosphäre. Gute Anbindung an die Öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel, Tram 2 direkt vor der Tür Richtung 1.Bezirk/ Innenstadt.

Plus it is not far from the Pratter so ideal when visiting Vienna for the first time !!! Very friendly also with families !!!
