• Saad (10/5): - بصراحه فندق رائع جدا الاستقبال ناس محترفين في عملهم يعملون كل جهدهم عشان يكون النزيل في غاية السعاده والراحه النفسيه والنظافه في غاية الجمال من يبقى الراحه النفسيه والامان وكل مايحتاجه النزيل فعليه التعامل مع هذا الفندق شي،جميل وراقي واخلاق وادب وبشاشة الوجه في الاستقبال حتى العمال في غاية الطيبه امينين بكل شي الله يوفقهم كل شي اعجبني ونصيحه لكل من يرغب الراحه والامن والامان وراحة البال فعليه ان يسكن في هذا الفندق وسوف يجد كل مايسره ويرضيه

• Janinepage (8/5): Great hotel, but needs a little TLC - The room setup. The ability to be in the same room, with separate bedrooms is perfect for us travelling together. Allows for more space. Single beds. The room needs an upgrade. Deep clean required. The breakfast is a little sad. One never gets cutlery for it either. The one day we asked for cutlery, they said they would send it up. We are still waiting for it. Wish there was more of a choice for breakfast. Last day's breakfast was better though.

• Janinepage (7/5): Great location, upgrade needed - The location was great Some of the staff were not very friendly. Mainly one lady was not. The rest were great. You don't get cutlery with your breakfast. How is that even possible. When ordering food to your room, you are sent this cheap plastic cutlery, you cNnot even cut your food with it as it breaks. Not acceptable at all. The beds need an upgrade. The pillows are terrible.

• Evette (2/5): Awful stay full or arguments and troubles .. my advice to you : - The location and the room size were decent The staff don’t really care and they have strict rules they are following because the property is owned by the Egyptian armed forces and they are not willing to make any exceptions whatsoever even when the rules doesn’t make any sense. For example as a foreigner guest you are not allowed to bring any alcohol to your room not even a beer !!!!!

• Nawaf (7/5): Nice location of the Jewel Dokki Hotel - The location was very good as it was not so far from the city center and supermarkets. The staff were friendly especially Mohammad. The breakfast was only brought to room upon phone request, as there was no restaurant in the hotel. The food was just fair and not tasty or delicious. I asked reception for a 3 pin socket to charge my mobile and power bank as all sockets in the rooms are 2 pin hole. They told me it is not available and if you need we can buy it from an outside electrical shop, I was surprised as these small item are always available in hotels an apartments. So he told me it will cost this amount and I bought it half of the price he told me it will cost.
• Robert (2/5): - The room was absolutely filthy. Urine from prior guest seeping from where toilet seat is attached to bowl. The bathroom floor was never washed. Shower didn’t drain. Bidet hose leaking onto the floor. Towels stained. Beds smelled of BO. Rooms are non refundable. Booked three night stay and left after first night. Counting my blessings i didn’t catch a virus in the room. The description on Expedia was false. Pictures are misleading. Balcony view was the back of crumbling buildings and hanging laundry. Room type stated it was on top floor but it was on floor one. WiFi kept dropping and needing to be reset by staff. Beware and steer clear of this property.
