• Ying chih (5/5): Will not stay here next time. - The location is very good. Right at the Lima station. The door to this Airbnb doesn’t even lock properly The whole check-in process was not easy, especially when you’re checking in midnight. To even get the key, you have to follow a video, walk to another street, punch in a code, and then finally pick up the entrance key. Honestly, it felt more like some kind of escape room than checking into a place to stay. On top of that, you need to drag your luggage up a few stairs before you can even get to the elevator—and the elevator area smells terrible. The unit is on the 5th floor, and you’re supposed to use a 5-digit code on the left-side lock to get in. But here’s the kicker: the door doesn’t even lock tightly. The second day we realized you could just push it open without a key or entering the code. We were constantly worried about my stuff being stolen. As for the room itself, it looks nothing like the photos. The pictures definitely oversell it. In reality, it’s pretty underwhelming. The towels were also smelly. The only real positive here is the location—it’s actually very convenient.

• Kristine (8/5): - For me, the location is very important. Just 5 steps from Metro and 15 min walk from Central station. Staff was emailing multiple times to be sure we understood all instructions, which is a big pluss. Clean place, provided with all unnecessary items. Confy bed.😊 The only thing I didn't like, in spite of the apartment, is on the 5th floor, I could hear all the noise on the street and it is very busy street. But maybe it's just me 🙄
• Camila (8/5): - El apartamento se encuentra en una zona muy céntrica y de fácil acceso. En general, el apartamento estaba bien equipado y tanto las camas como el sofá cama muy cómodos. La única pega que pondria seria que una de las noches llovió y en una de las habitaciones había una pequeña gotera que caía en la cama, pero como las habitaciones son amplias, movimos la cama y no tuvimos problemas.
• Lucia (8/5): Simple y moderno - La ubicación, instalaciones limpias, cuidadas y moderno, habia aire acondicionado. Tambien en el apartamento ofrecían gel, champú y acondicionador. La cocina muy pequeña y en las camas no habia sabanas sino edredón.

• Edson (8/5): Très bon séjour - La situation géographique est exceptionnelle avec le métro juste à côté. Le logement était très propre. Un peu bruyant le climatiseur dans l’une des chambres ainsi que l’étroitesse de la cuisine mais un court séjour comme le nôtre, c’était acceptable.
• Sabina (8/5): Gute Lage für Kurztrip mit Freunden - Wohnung hatte gute Lage zur Innenstadt. Metro gleich in der Nähe. Küche war gut ausgestattet. Wir konnten zuerst die Herdplatte nicht einschalten, haben sofort Hilfe vom Host bekommen. Die Kommunikation per E-Mail, WhatsApp lief sehr gut und zügig. Check-in war sehr gut mit Bildbeschreibung. Es hat ein Abtrockentuch in der Küche gefehlt. Funktion der Herdplatte sollte in die Beschreibung des Check-ins mit aufgenommen werden.

• Sherif (4/5): Noisy at Night and Light in the Morning – Needs Better Insulation - nice street full of shops and lovely to walk around While the apartment was generally clean and well-maintained, there were a few issues that impacted the overall comfort of the stay. The main concern was the high level of street noise—due to a window that remains permanently open because it's connected to a vent from the air conditioning system. Unfortunately, this made it impossible to shut the window, resulting in significant noise throughout the night. Additionally, because of the vent setup, the curtains couldn't be fully closed, allowing a lot of light into the room early in the morning. Another point to note is the presence of ants in the kitchen area, which seemed to be coming from an unseen source. That said, the rest of the apartment was clean and tidy. With a few improvements in these areas, the stay could be much more comfortable
• Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional - nice 2 bedroomed apartment with great location 1 minute away from Lima Metro station; with two bathrooms and small kitchen equipped with all the necessities. Wifi worked well
• Martin (6/5): 2 bedroomed apartment in great location - 2 bedroomed cosy apartment conveniently located right in the middle of Corso Buenos Aires shopping district and 1 minute away from Lima Metro station; with two bathrooms and small kitchen equipped with all the necessities.  Wifi was great and worked well All acs looked old and past their best days ; we didn't need them as the temp was just right but the fact that there were 2 large electric fans in the bedrooms could mean that the functionality of the ac units could be a bit dodgy. TV channels were only Italian channels but fortunately I can understand the language so wasn't a big issue for me. My biggest complaint has to be about the low level of cleaning; upon arrival noted a band aid in shower room , clearly meaning that the room was not cleaned properly and the towels had a really bad smell. I called agency and they responded immediately by sending someone over to clean the shower room and brought new towels but unfortunately they had the same foul smell surely coming from a lack of use of fabric conditioner when cleaning them in the washing machine.  It was so bad that we were dreading using the towel after showering 😟. Nice spacious apartment but unfortunately I won't go back due to the lack of good cleanliness.

• Stanislava (5/5): Looks good on pictures, but a lot of issues in reality. - Ok location. Beds not comfortable, one of them broken. Kettle dirty and not working. Floor dirty. Bad windows and very noisy. Bad smell everywhere. One of the toilet not flushing properly.

• Haydie (8/5): Loved the location but air con and fan is a no go. - The location was amazing easy to get to centrale station or lima station to get to the city or to travel to different parts of italy. Its a very nice apartment with two bathrooms so no one had to fight over whos going next. Washing machine was hidden outside in a little room with no light and was a struggle to use. All rooms had air con and a fan but was still very hot in each room as air con and fan are rubbish and was at its highest level. Couldnt even open window or would get mosquitoes.

• Jevgenij (6/5): Pleasant - Flat is situated ideally, entrance at Corso Buenos Aires Very bad windows isolation. It is feeling like windows are open and you hear everything from outside street. One of toilet does not work. It is strongly recommend to repair water system. Flat heating doesn’t work properly.
