- Sharon (9/5): - Loved the location. Easy access to train and conbinis. Pillows were too thin.
- YAN (8/5): -
- Rachael (10/5): - Clean and comfortable. A good size room with comfortable bed. A little out of the main area. One train stop from Yamanote line.

- TAIJI (6/5): -
- Thomas (9/5): - Lage nahe Bahnhof.
- hikaru (10/5): -
- Sheena (10/5): This property was clean, designed beautifully for a family of 5 and they provided pajamas! Kitchenette and Washing Machi - Location was easy to find, walking distance (2 mins) to a Seven Eleven & Grocery Store. 3 mins walk to restaurant!
Check-in process via tablet with instructions sent morning of check-in. Process was smooth and easy!!! They have an elevator as well for families traveling with many luggages. 10:00am check out time. But you can request additional hours if you request in advance for additional fee I believe!
- Adam (10/5): - If you are looking for a more localized location that is quiet, and convenient to two metro stations, you will not be disappointed. This studio was perfect for a family of four. The shower was amazing… I wish we had water pressure like this in the US.
- Richard (10/5): - Great location in a calm family neighborhood, close to transit and HND airport. Very good size for a family.
- Firdavs Karimovich (10/5): -
- Abi (7/5): - Quick trip to the airport
- Todd (9/5): - Everything as described - cool location
- Martha (10/5): - The location of the apartment was excellent, close to 2 train stations and lists of dinning options. Also there are 3 grocery stores within 1 block, super convenient. The place is very comfortable and very clean. Would definitely come back here
- Jamoliddin (10/5): - Great location!
- Mimi (10/5): - Pros: cleanliness of the room, extra supplies in the lobby in case you need it, laundry in the room, and the layout of the room.
There is no staff on site but there is an easy check in and check out process.
Would recommend and come back.
- Chiara (8/5): Very good - The room was spacious. The bed for the fifth guest was a very uncomfortable sofa bed not ready at the arrivals.
- Peter (10/5): - Good hotel
- Arjun (8/5): Very good -
- Malene (8/5): - Fint hotel i roligt kvarter. Indtjekning foregik nemt via tablet. Restauranter, butikker og metro lå tæt på.
- Sirinun (9/5): A convenient self check in hotel. - Its self check in hotel which is easy and comfortable. Room is clean with all amenities provided. Location is quite far from subway. The bed is quite small and thin.
- Theo (9/5): Superb -
- Cora (9/5): Superb - It is near the railway station and the amenities are very ok.
- reginald (6/5): - No staff available to help with any additional needs or supplies
- Kei (10/5): - Convinient location to multiple contvinient stores and train station. Walkable to everything. We had an issue with Wifi not connecting, but it wasn't a big deal for us as we all had international data plan. Very clean and it was nice to be able to dry clothes in the bathroom with buil-in heater with a fan. Plenty of hangers to do laundry for multiple people. Checking in and out was smooth by email with codes.
- Danika (10/5): - I wish there would be more extra pillows, but so far, the stay is wonderful!
- Brianna (10/5): - The place was nice. I believe it’s one room per floor here, so definitely the most spacious one out of the 3 we stayed at on our trip. It had a separate toilet room, bathroom, kitchenette, dining table, and sofa, aside from our beds. The washer unit is in the bathroom and to dry your clothes, you hang your clothes on the rod in the shower and turn on the drying function. Works fairly well, just takes a little readjustment to ensure it is all dry.
Unmanned hotel, but they are responsive if you send them an email! I had an inquiry about luggage forwarding and they got back to me pretty quickly, letting me know that we would have to send it to a nearby courier to pick up, which was about a 15 minute walk.
The hotel itself wasn’t that far from the train station (8-minute walk) so it was doable, even with aching feet. Walk a bit down the street from the hotel and you’ll conveniently find a 7-11 waiting for you!
- chris (10/5): - Very clean room, simple instructions to enter
- Kin (6/5): Pleasant - Facilities and location Compare to upper floor, size of the room was too small for three people
- Renett (10/5): - Check in and check out was very easy. Staff was very responsive to our requests. Room was great! Wonderfully quiet neighbourhood.
- Stevie (6/5): convenient - rom size complicate to get access to the room, can no store luggages . they leave all the laundry in the stairs so not really safe.but the online staff try to help me to get my luggage that I have sent in advance by post.
- Ellen (7/5): Good -
- Jasmine (9/5): Superb - The hotel was placed in a really nice neighbourhood. It is a bit off from the station so if you have a lot to carry that would be a hassle. All in all, a really good experience. No issues experienced!
- Sari (10/5): Exceptional -
- Eric (9/5): Very memorable and comfortable stay! - Quiet location, nice neighborhood.
Complete amenities and facilities.
Clean.
Staff although contact through message were very responsive ad helpful.
Near 7 Eleven and Family Mart. Location although very nice, was not close by to train station.
Maybe convenient enough for adults, but if traveling with kids and big luggages is a bit troublesome.
- Cornell (10/5): - Nice quiet neighborhood located near two train stations within 10 minutes away and many convenience stores. For what i can tell, the property only had five rooms; one room per floor, which made this feel more like a private apartment and not a typical "hotel" like we are accustomed to in the US. Room was well maintained and soap/shampoo, toothbrushes, pajamas, provided. Refrigerator/freezer, microwave, stove and dishes/cups/utensils also provided. Heated toilet seat and bidet too. Oh, and washing machine is in the bathroom but no dryer; you'll have to hang dry. Highly recommend place.
- Tú (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jony (9/5): Superb -
- Josiah (10/5): - Great size, great location, great staff, will definitely come back
- Sanjay (10/5): Better than expected unit with space, cooking and washing facilities within the unit. - For my family of 7 (includes 2 children under 12) , this was a perfect sized accomodation to fit all of us comfortably. 1 bunk bed, 2 singles and a sofa bed meant everyone had a comfortable bed to sleep on. There was a small kitchenette where we could cook if we wanted to and a washing machine, plus a dining area. It was a spacious unit and much better than we had expected.
Checking in was simple - just follow the instructions on the email received (ours was sent a day before we arrived).
There is a security code for the main entrance door and a separate security code for the unit you are in.
Location was between 2 train stations, one a 5 minute walk (Aomono-yokocha) and another a 10 minute walk (Oimachi) depending where you are headed to in Tokyo itself. There were several convenience stores located close by. The walk to the Oimachi station had an alley way full of restaurants and we were spoilt for choice. **I notice it is a popular area in the weekends. And when you reach the station, across the road are several local shopping centers.
We liked that we just had to take 1 train (15-20min ride) to Shinjuku and Shibuya areas and more..
**oh..and also 20 mins away from Haneda airport by train.
Overall, if you are looking for a bigger space, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but still with convenient access and value for money, I would recommend this for larger families or groups. nil
- Rred (9/5): Overall a good place to stay with the family. Very clean, spacious and accessible. - Great location. We were a family of 5 and the room had plenty of space even with luggages. Close to convenience stores like 7-Eleven, Family Mart. Has access to 2 train stations Oimachi and Aomono-Yokocho both walking distance. Oimachi station has a large grocery store and some restaurants. The already narrow stairs were partially blocked with big bags of linen in stacks which makes it unsafe to use. One time going down, a bag of linen got caught and almost toppled down the steps.
- Kylie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kanokkan (10/5): Very cleanly and near station for Haneda station - Very cleanly and near station for Haneda station None
- Kevin (10/5): Exceptional -
- leaabad858 (2/5): STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL - DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR BELONGINGS STOLEN!
I usually don’t write reviews, but I have to so that none of you have to endure what my family and I went through.
My family, boyfriend, and I stayed from November 9th to the 14th. We had gone shopping for souvenirs and gifts for friends and relatives on November 11th. Thinking that we were in a safe place, we left our tax-free bags out in the open of our room. We had asked for some laundry detergent to be left at our doorstep that day. The following day when we came back from exploring (the 12th), we never noticed the bags were gone, but we did find an odd amount of towels (12 hand towels and 12 body towels to be exact) and detergent in our room on the couch. We never requested towels nor did we ask the detergent to be left inside the room. They first violated our privacy by entering our room, and then violated our trust by stealing two of our bags costing about $400 total.
We suspect that the reason we had received towels when we didn’t ask for any is so that the employee could enter the room and use the same bag that held the towels to put our merchandise in it to conceal the tax-free bags.
I never thought to check which tax-free bags I had packed and didn’t have packed, as I thought nothing was stolen directly from our room. But when we got home and unpacked our belongings, we realized they never made it into our luggage. They were not stolen from us at the airport as all the luggages were at full capacity without those bags. They were stolen from our room.
Initially, guest services were happy to help and to check security cameras for us. We were sent a screenshot of security footage dated November 11th and were told that there were no employees who entered the building on the 12th. I asked for them to check footage from the 12th and if they offered any sort of reimbursement or compensation for this unacceptable situation and I have received no response since.
This behavior is completely unacceptable. Beware of booking here!

This behavior is completely...
- Linh (8/5): - Located in a nice quiet neighborhood... 7-11 is within walking distance, subway stations is a far walk..there is no room service..the room is big and comfortable.
- Muhammad (8/5): Really nice room, though do note the location - A nice and spacious room that has all the necessary facilities. We stayed with 4 people, so the 4 beds took up a bit more space than seen in the picture, but there was still enough space to move around. The accommodation is about a 6 minute walk from Aomono-Yokochō station.
While the location is not bad, it is mildly far away (about 30 minutes by train) from popular locations in Tokyo, such as Asakusa, Akihabara or Shibuya. This is not necessarily a bad thing since Shinagawa is a nice place, but it might be something worth noting if you intend to visit the aforementioned locations.
- Brynn (9/5): It was what we needed for our trip - The room was clean and slept all 5 of us just fine. It was everything we needed. We didn’t love the big bags on the stairs that we think were full of linens and the beds were not very comfortable.
- Gorn (8/5): Comfy stay for 3. - Room is nice and comfortable for 3 of us. It is clean and check-in/check-out process was smooth. Lack of towel hangers. The auto messaging via email is quite annoying. Even the pre-registration was done, it kept asking us to do it.
- Elad (9/5): Nice Shinagawa stay - Well equipped apartment near supermarkets, restaurants and two metro stations
Good kitchen Pillow too soft, beds not comfortable
- Sandy E (10/5): - Very clean
- Sophie (8/5): Very good -
- Verified traveler (4/5): - The location is very inconvenient
- Terence (9/5): Good value for moneyand hotel was spacious - The space was decent and lots of amenities around. The washing machine was good with drying capability. Good dining space and spacious unit. Value for money and friendly reliable staff. None
- Joshua (9/5): All around, top-notch stay for a trip with family or friends!! - My friends and I absolutely enjoyed our stay here!!! It is an un-manned hotel which requires its guests to do self check-in but it is very secure! The room we chose had 4 single beds and was perfect for each person in our group. Simple but cozy enough for us to fall asleep on! There are a good amount of outlets around the room and near the bedside and the air-conditioning was perfect!
The dining space is quite good and we liked that there is a drawer-style bin to dispose/sort your trash! It even came with extra trash bags!! For those who want to cook, there’s a dainty kitchen with an electric stove top but the room also has a microwave and hot pot for those who want to make a quick meal!
The toilet is separated from the bathroom but the toilet had a little sink on top of it which is great so that multiple people can change/get ready for the day. The one thing that surprised me is that there was a washer in the bathroom!! Very convenient in case if you decide to wash your clothes.
As for travel, we chose this location because we planned a trip for a concert in Tokyo! There is a subway line that can take you directly to the Ariake Prefecture which is where a couple of concert venues are situated! Perfect hotel for concert goers! My only critique is that the hallway of the building is quite hot. It could just be due to the time me and friends decided stayed there (during early September) but we found ourselves a bit sweaty and moist getting back to our room or just standing in the elevator. I think a bit of air conditioning would go along way and make this property perfect but nonetheless, we still enjoyed our stay here!
- Habert (10/5): - Stay amazing. Check in and out was very easy.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Overall, we had a comfortable stay as a family of 3!
Positives:
- There were more than enough towels for the duration of my stay, which was very helpful.
- The room was generally clean and easy to use.
- Swift response which was very helpful.
- Although the hotel is a bit of a walk from the station, it wasn’t too far, and it was convenient to reach places like Shinjuku/Shibuya and Haneda Airport without needing to transfer.
Development:
- It’s more like an air B&B than a hotel
- There were stains? mold? on the sofa, which was a bit disappointing as it was clean generally (but there was an extra sheets which we could use to cover it).
- The air conditioner was leaking small amount of water, which was a bit concerning (there were extra towels wo we use them).
- Perhaps due to a lack of storage, many items were left around the entrance and stairwell, creating a bit of a cluttered atmosphere.
- Jonathan (8/5): The air conditioner was leaking onto the window sill below and should be fixed ASAP. -
(10/5): - Good experience.
- Mojica (5/5): Not worth to pay less that is far to all tourists attractions - Quite, clean bathroom Kitchen pot and pan all scratched and dented.
Dining chairs were all stained.
Sofa bed unpleasant a bit dirty
Corridor- deck all dusty
Lack of clothes racks and hooks to hang wet clothes and towels
Lack of garbage can in the kitchen and bathrooms- need to walk all the way to the dining area to dispose garbage- inconvenient.
Need to take 2-3 different Train transfer to get to tourist attractions additional cost to our budget
Lack of storage for luggages.
Dirty laundry were store in the main entrance hallway.
- DANIEL (10/5): - Very nice and functional room
- FENG (6/5): - We stayed this hotel 4 days in Jun of last year. Everything was good, but the hotel charged me 5 days and Expedia helped me to contact with hotel, I didn’t get money back either from hotel or Expedia until now.
- Michael (10/5): We are happy and content with our stay in your hotel. Definitely recommendable. - The room is spacious enough to accommodate a family of four and five pieces of luggage.
- Arsen (4/5): - All good reviews, Far from being objective.
Our room was too small for 3 persons. Half way clean. Dust on conspicuous places, made me question the real cleanliness of the facility. Self check in is annoying to say the least.
My email about to clean the room after the 3rd day was answer in 2 days and room was cleans 1 day of my departure. Pillow stunk really bad could not sleep.
Transport is not very convenient, at least in my experience, you have to walk to Oimichi station 15-20 min incline, where google routed us mostly. Also trip fair is more expensive from this station. The other station Aomono-yokoch while closer was not used a lot.
This hotel is more of an Airbnb rather than a hotel.
I would not recommend this hotel to my friends or anyone who asks for my opinion.
- Kyoko (8/5): Modern and big for Tokyo-sized room. - It had enough space for a family of four with children. The big dining table was a nice touch.
The place was clean and had modern facilities. They certainly don't expect you to cook a full course meal there, but they provided basic cutlery and plates so you can dish up a plate of pasta.
They give you lots of towels.
The location is really good. It's a short walk to Ooimachi which has access to JR, Tokyu and Rinkai lines. There's also the Keikyu line which has good access to Haneda but we never used it as it wasn't on our itinerary. The room was big enough but it's essentially one room without partitions. It might be helpful if there were curtains around the bunk beds to cut off the lights. This would however also cut off the AC going there.
It's set up like a model apartment, so it was missing little conveniences like places to hang towels/clothes when showering, dish drying basket, laundry drying rod on the terrace, shelves/drawers for clothes, etc. Plenty of hangers though.
The drying function in the bathroom didn't work well. I looked at the air filter and it had compacted dust in it. Maybe a little maintenance is in order.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Spacious apartment - Great place to stay with the family. Spacious for Japan standards. Cute neighborhood away from the busier areas. We highly recommend.
- Damien (8/5): Excellent stay for the price. 4 twin beds with kitchen table and very nice bathroom. The owner is great with communicati - Convenient to combini and metro system. High quality apartment and easy, keyless security. If you check out and would like to keep your luggage someplace, they're not have that accomodation.
- Brenda (10/5): - Easy access to anything you need
