Estefania (10/5): - Our suite was impeccable and located within 5 minutes walking distance to the Vatican making it easy to be early to the line. Kim was exceptionally kind and communication with her was always available via Whatsapp, she as well as the rest of the Growel team warmly welcomed us, and kindly gave us local recommendations. The breakfast is delicious and made to order. My little boy was especially delighted by the cioccolato caldo and cornetti, which was wonderful to have on our own schedule too. The suite was spotless, the sheets were immaculate, the hot water was excellent, and everything was very comfortable. We had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this suite to anyone visiting Rome!

Central to sites and eateries, unique property, small and quaint but with the amenities of a large hotel, beautifully decorated, top tier staff. Our room was quite small with a view of the building’s dirty inner courtyard. Although the breakfast tasted good, the menu was very limited. No lounge or common areas. No place to sit except one’s own room.

The location is perfect with all the major landmarks within walking distance. Definitely would stay here again when visiting Rome. Everything was perfect.

MYKOLA (10/5): An amazing stay with friendly staff, great location, and attention to every detail - Excellent Stay Near the Vatican - A True Gem! We are so happy we chose Growel Exclusive Suites San Pietro for our stay in Rome. The location is absolutely perfect - the Vatican is just a 5-minute walk away, and there is a metro station and a taxi stand only 3 minutes from the hotel. This made it incredibly easy to explore both on foot and by public transport. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like we were visiting best friends. The service was top-tier, and the atmosphere was incredibly welcoming. Kim and Fabio were wonderful - they recommended the best local spots to eat and gave us a great map of Rome. The map was so helpful for visualizing the city's landmarks and planning our daily routes. If we ever had a question or a small request regarding our room, they reacted instantly to help us. The breakfast system is excellent. You get a menu to choose from in advance, which you can change every day to keep things fresh. In addition to the main dishes, the kitchen is stocked with extra treats like: Yogurt, fresh fruit, and sweets. Cold cuts (cheese and meats), juice, and tea. Upon arrival, we were greeted with two complimentary bottles of water in the room. There is also a fridge and a minibar available (you just note what you take and settle the bill at checkout). A very thoughtful touch was when we ordered two cappuccinos at lunch, and the staff provided them as a compliment - it’s those small gestures that make a stay special! We will undoubtedly be returning and recommending this place to everyone. You can stay here without a single worry. All was good

The location is very good (the accommodation is on a pedestrian street), close to the Vatican, near the metro, restaurants, various shops. At the reception there is a very nice young woman, friendly and eager to help you with information, her name is Kim. I will definitely choose the same accommodation when I return to Rome! I recommend!

Maria (10/5): - Personel i lokalizacja 10/10 .Badzo kompetentna i pomocna obsługa. Jeszcze przed przyjazdem personel kontaktował się z nami i oferował pomoc. Mogliśmy skorzystać z wcześniejszego zameldowania, za co jesteśmy bardzo wdzięczni! Apartament w doskonałej lokalizacji, bardzo blisko Watykanu i stacji metra. Polecamy.
Carmen (10/5): Cool, modern, nachhaltig - Sehr gut. Das Frühstück war nachhaltig und individuell abstimmbar. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und die Ideen zu den Gastronomien waren wie ein Geheimtipp. Der Blick auf den Petersdom war immer wieder schön. Die Erwartungen wurden alle erfüllt. Es gibt nichts Nachteiliges.

Kim z recepcji - złota dziewczyna, wszystko tłumaczyła i pomagała jak tylko mogła. Bardzo uczciwa - okazało się, że w pokoju została biżuteria o czym nie wiedzieliśmy. Kim odnalazła nas i oddała ♥️ wszystko na plus! Nie mam zastrzeżeń
Jens (9/5): Perfetto 👌 - Die Lage ist perfekt, um alles zu Fuß erreichen zu können. Kim und Fabio sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Zum Frühstück wird individuell für jeden besorgt, was gewünscht wird. Ankunftszeiten und Auscheckzeiten wurden persönlich abgestimmt und angepasst, super. Die Silikonfugen im Bad könnten schon mal erneuert werden. Eine kleine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer wäre noch schön.

Το προσωπικό, η Κιμ και ο Rayindu, είναι πραγματικά δύο πολύ ευγενικά παιδιά με διάθεση να μας βοηθήσουν με όποια απορία είχαμε! Θα επιστρέφαμε σίγουρα για να ξανα μεινουμε! Rolando (10/5): Really cozy and clean place to stay. Staff is incredible especially Kim and Ravindoo. They did there jobs pretty well!!! - Property is really really close to Vatican and if the plan is to go to the Vatican then this is the place to be. Breakfast place is too small and for the price of adding it is more of a convenience. But if you can do without breakfast then you should be ok because there are a lot of cafe nearby.

Thomas (10/5): Great experience very close to St. Peter's Basilica - This was the first time we stayed in a Growel Suites and were pleasantly surprised. Staffed by only two people, this property functions like a high-end B&B. The staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. The room and furnishings are very comfortable and clean. I would highly recommend this property for someone who wants to be close to the Vatican. The entrance is a little tricky to find as it is on the pedestrian only side street and stopping on the main street is prohibited. The elevator is quite old and has a very low capacity 200 kg, but has great style.

Ingra (10/5): We loved the staff, the hot breakfast, the location - The location was perfect for visiting the Vatican and hopping on the metro system, with many shops and restaurants up and down the street. It’s an historic property, so the entrance doesn’t scream “hotel”, and was a little challenging to find, so we recommend using your phone’s navigation system, even if a taxi drops you close by.

Eileen (10/5): We had a brilliant time in Rome and it was made better by being based here. - Location is perfect. Property was very clean. Breakfasts were very good and freshly prepared for us. The reception staff were so friendly and helpful. The young woman who prepared our food, cleaned our room and generally looked after us was wonderful. She gave us loads of advice on where to eat and drink. Her colleague was so friendly and helpful too, even when we almost missed breakfast. He was also helpful in telling us about places to go. When we go back to Rome we will definitely stay here again. Nothing
Arturo (9/5): The room was comfortable and the location was perfect for Vatican City. - The location was second to none. It was perfect. The breakfast was not grand like other breakfasts I had in my month-long stay in Europe, but the server (Kim) made up for it with her kindness and willingness to please. I thought this was a regular hotel instead of a guest house. It was a little scary getting to a locked big building, but someone from the bed and breakfast nearby called the owner, and he came immediately and was very gracious.

Manuela (10/5): Wunderbarer Aufenthalt in Rom! - Unser Zimmer war sehr groß und wunderschön eingerichtet, es hatte eine hohe Stuckdecke und sogar einen Whirlpool. Alles sehr modern und extrem sauber, auch das Badezimmer. Es war ausgesprochen ruhig gelegen, in direkter Nähe zu Vatikan City, Engelsburg sowie auch nahe von Bus-/Metro-Stationen. Auch das Frühstück war sehr überzeugend. Wir wurden sehr herzlich durch Kim empfangen, vielen Dank! Sie gab uns viele nützliche Tipps für den Aufenthalt, was uns enorm geholfen hat, gut in Rom anzukommen. Absolut empfehlenswert! Ich wüsste nichts.

Eduardo Gomes (10/5): Foi tudo excelente, você não irá se arrepender. - O hotel tem uma localização excelente, toda a equipe te recebe muito, muito bem, eu fiquei muito feliz com o atendimento de toda equipe do hotel. O café da manhã é sensacional, você escolhe o que quer comer no dia anterior e estará tudo pronto no dia seguinte. Chuveiro e cama, excelentes. O Hotel é sensacional. Não há nenhuma reclamação. Tudo foi excelente. Não fique com medo por conta da porta principal, entre no prédio, acesse o andar que eles irão te informar e você terá uma excelente surpresa.
