• Senedrom (7/5): - Apartment in a very good location. It is located at the same time, close to the city center and important points, but at the same time it is in a fairly quiet place. It's quite large and pretty nice. Unfortunately, the ceiling in the apartment is very low, many times me or one of my friends hit my head on the wooden beams. In addition, the ventilation in the bathroom works very poorly, and on top of that, it was not possible to lock the bathroom door with a key.

• Jingyu (9/5): 总体很好，略有小瑕疵 - 位置离梵蒂冈很近，走路可以到达，适合抢不到票早起排队参观，街口有一间carrefour很方便购买生活用品；生活设施齐全，房间面积大，总共有3张床，很适合3-5人作为旅游落脚点；屋子非常整洁卫生，居住体验超群 需要注意房间不提供洗浴用品；全屋只有一个壁挂式空调，阁楼房间有一个小空调但是制冷效果不好，晚上容易觉得热；房间在罗马同条件房间中价格已经算偏低，但是考虑到旅游季罗马超高的住宿价格，还是会显得房间有点贵

• caprioli (2/5): Sconsigliato - Solo la posizione. Ottima, vicino al Vaticano Appartamento: scomodo e poco abitabile, idoneo solo x persone di bassa statura (max. 160 cm). Al secondo piano, senza ascensore, con scala stretta e ripida. Su due livelli, mal progettati e poco funzionali. Al primo livello: camera matrimoniale nella norma, soggiorno con divano letto ma velux non oscurabile con luce forte sin dall'alba e bagno microscopico (meno di 1m2) con solo water, e porta di ingresso bassissima (ca. 160 cm), di fatto inutilizzabile per persone alte. Il secondo livello è raggiungibile tramite scala in metallo estremamente ripida e scomoda. Camera matrimoniale con soffitti molto bassi e falde accentuate, velux non oscurabile. Il bagno è utilizzabile solo parzialmente, lavandino inutilizzabile per persone sopra i 170 cm. In sintesi: appartamento poco confortevole, con seri limiti di abitabilità. Valutabile solo per soggiorni molto brevi, da ospiti giovani, di bassa statura e soprattutto ben consapevoli dei disagi. Posizione top, comfort decisamente no. Per la colazione trovato: caffè (da fare con moka) e una bustina di te!!!!!!!!! Considerando che questo appartamento ci è stato proposto da Booking in sostituzione di uno prenotato da dicembre e .... inesistente, ci aspettavamo qualcosa di più, viste le difficoltà incontrate. Nonostante tutto, vacanza ok, grazie alla compagnia

• Fabian (6/5): - Gute Lage Wir mussten 1 Stunde warten für den Check in. Der Schlüssel funktioniert sehr schlecht. Jedes Mal bei der Rückkehr mussten wir 10 Minuten üben um das Schloss aufzukriegen. Wir hatten sogar Kontakt mit dem Vermieter aufgenommen, leider wurde nichts unternommen das zu ändern und wir wurden ignoriert.

Apartament cichy, dla 6 osób jest optymalny, ale łazienka jest bardzo niska. Osoby wysokie mogą czuć dyskomfort. Gdybym miała przyjechać tutaj jeszcze raz to zdecydowanie bym to zrobiła. Jedyny minus to łazienka, i nie chcę się tu rozpisywać.

• aimee (8/5): A spacious apartment with a roof terrace - I really loved this location just off Borgo Pio, quiet street with cafes and restaurants near the Vatican. The apartment was spacious with a well equipped kitchen. The shutters kept the rooms cool. I liked the roof terrace too. I had to ring for help at 9pm on a Sunday as we could not get into the apartment. The key would not turn. A very helpful man from the company came with his keys but he could not open the door either. The owner was called, he came and opened it at once...but it was not easy...there was a knack and one had to be very gentle and persevere. I was mostly unable to get into the apartment all week but one of us with lots of key wiggling eventually managed to open the door each time. A new lock would make entry so much easier.

Niestety część na poddaszu jest trudna do poruszania się. Wielu osobom może to przeszkadzać, ale jest do przeżycia. Trzeba tylko pamiętać o belkach i uważać
• Antonio (5/5): Im Großen und Ganzen war natürlich ein wunderbares Erlebnis. Die Lage der Wohnung war, wie gesagt, perfekt. Ob wir sie a - Die Lage war prima. Im Bad hat es stark nach Abfluss gerochen. An einem Abend ist das heiße Wasser ausgefallen, während wir unter der Dusche waren. Es wurde erst am nächsten Morgen repariert und das aber nicht zur vereinbarten Zeit. Die Hauseingangstür war leider die ganze Nacht offen, obwohl sie eigentlich nur durch einen Kot oder durch einen Schlüssel hätte geöffnet werden können. Die ganze Wohnung, aber insbesondere das Bad könnten eine Renovierung vertragen.

• Jäger (9/5): Tolle Ferienwohnung in Rom - Schöne Ferienwohnung, tolle Dachterrasse. Super tolle Lage in der Stadt. Man kann zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß laufen. Sehr ruhig! Man kann die Haustür nicht verschließen. Lässt sich einfach aufdrücken.

• Sarakatsani (8/5): Convinient and pleasant - The location is very good, 5 min from Vatican City and walkable distances from the city centre and attractions like the Pantheon. The terrace was so nice! Some little things, like the door of one bedroom couldn’t be properly closed, the bathroom door had no lock and the apartment on the second floor and can only be reached through stairs which are quite narrow. But no big problems!

• Derwin (8/5): - The hotel is in an excellent location. It is about a six-minute walk to St. Peter’s Basilica, and it is also very convenient to reach other major attractions. There are many restaurants and gelato shops nearby. Although it is centrally located, the area is quiet at night, making it very peaceful to stay there. The staircase is too narrow, and carrying luggage up and down is quite difficult. The sofa in the living room is uncomfortable. In one of the bedrooms, the bed is made up of two mattresses pushed together, with a gap in the middle.

• Juliette (8/5): - Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'emplacement et la facilité de communication entre les deux appartements. Les appartements étaient très bien chauffés. Les salles de bains étaient un peu exigües et beaucoup de personnes se sont cognées à la poutre du plafond de l'appartement 1 au niveau de la galerie pour accéder à la salle de bain.

• Hans (8/5): ideaal appartement voor een stedentrip met max 4 personen - De locatie is perfect, St Pieter, de Engelenburcht en de rivier de Tiber op enkele honderden mtr afstand. Dakterras is groot en heerlijk leuk zicht op pleintje. De 2 slaapkamers zijn groot genoeg. Bedden zijn goed. Grote koelkast. Overall een prima appartement en supergoed gelegen. Badkamer is klein en erg verouderd met een gevaarlijk afstapje bij de wastafel. Keuken heeft geen licht. Verder zou er wel een extra feauteuil in de zitkamer mogen.

• DAVID (6/5): Algo incómodo con buena ubicación. - Excelente ubicación. Baños súper incómodos. No te puedes poner de pie en el cuarto. No nos instalaron la cuna.
• khrabrov (9/5): Рим сглаживает все недостатки. В следующий раз мы все таки попробуем что-то ещё. - Отличная локация. Наши любимые места в Риме это замок Ангела и Собор Святого Петра, поэтому для нас локация была изумительная. Но до других достопримечательностей придётся потопать. До метро около 10 минут пешком. Атмосферная квартира с умеренным приятным интерьером. Веранда на крыше дает ощущение вовлеченности в обычную жизнь римлян в старом городе. Квартира полностью укомплектована для длительного проживания в период с мая по сентябрь. Мы были в первой половине ноября. Ходить без тапочек не реально, пол ледяной. В квартире было холодно, спасал только маленький тепловентилятор и немного кондиционер. Из окон вид только во внутренние дворы. Если вы с большими чемоданами готовьтесь, на 3ий этаж ведет узкая крутая лестница. Тостер мы включить так и не смогли. В гостиной очень темно.

• Viviane (8/5): Bom custo benefício. - A localização é excelente, custo benefício tbm. As chaves para entrada poderiam ser modernizadas, sentimos um pouco de dificuldade para abrir e fechar. Sentimos falta do aquecedor. Para quem tem dificuldades de locomoção não funciona, tem muitas escadas.

• Alessandro (8/5): - Für uns war es perfekt. Wir waren zu fünft, und jeder hatte ein eigenes Bett. 😊 Federica war immer freundlich und nahm unser Feedback ernst, da es für uns etwas zu kalt war. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt – ebenso wie die Lage – wirklich perfekt! ------- Per noi è stato perfetto. Eravamo in cinque e ognuno ha potuto dormire in un proprio letto 😊 Federica è sempre stata gentile e ha preso seriamente il nostro feedback, perché per noi faceva un po’ troppo freddo. Nel complesso, però, il soggiorno e la posizione sono stati perfetti!

• Jitty (8/5): Fantastische plek met heerlijke bedden en alles erg schoon! - De prachtige ligging van het appartement! En dat er een terras was waar we gebruik van konden maken. Goed en snel contact met Federica. Ik vond het jammer dat er geen koffie apparaatje was (nespresso/senseo?) en de kraan van de keuken zat erg los. Geen probleem maar wel bang dat deze zou afbreken.

• Anna (9/5): - Todella viihtyisä asunto mahtavalla sijainnilla Vatikaanin vieressä. Juuri sopiva neljälle hengelle. Ohjeet olivat hyvin selkeät. Kattoterassi todella hyvä lisä lämpimään päivään ja iltaan. Tykättiin todella paljon.

• Iwona (7/5): - Super lokalizacja. Watykan w 5 minut a do innych atrakcji też spokojnie można dotrzeć spacerkiem. Przy ulicy na której są liczne restauracje i sklepy . Do komunikacji miejskiej bardzo blisko. Brak w ofercie zdjęcia klatki schodowej, która robi bardzo złe pierwsze wrażenie. Łazienka na antresoli bardzo niska . Nie polecam dla osób wysokich, o tym także brak informacji. Toaleta na dole niska i wąska , też problematyczna dla osób wyższych i tęższych. Jednak najbardziej mi przeszkadzała gruba warstwa kurzu na belkach w pokoju na antresoli i to nie chodzi tylko o estetykę ale unosił się on w powietrzu i cały czas czuliśmy go w gardle.
• Nicola (8/5): Tolle Lage - Die Lage ist klasse, mittendrin und trotzdem ruhig Die Einrichtung ist shon ein wenig abgewohnt.
• Martin (6/5): Für den Preis ist die Lage toll aber die Wohnung absolut nicht ausreichend! - Die Lage der Wohnung ist nahezu perfekt. Wenige Schritte aus der Haustür und man steht vor dem Petersdom! Restaurants, Bars und Pasticcerias und Eisdielen direkt um die Ecke! Die Wohnung ist relativ dunkel, die Fenster so schmutzig, dass kaum noch rausgeschaut werden kann. Die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer könnte mal erneuert werden. Die Betten sind wie auch die Türen nicht für hochgewachsene Menschen geeignet und quietschen alle dermaßen, dass man regelmäßig davon aufwacht. Urig ist die Wohnung aber allemal. Das Treppenhaus ist abenteuerlich und sehr sportlich!
• Norbert (8/5): Sehr gute Lage aber fehlende Kopfhöhe. - Die Lage ist super. Sehr ruhig. Die Dachterrasse war für den abendlichen Abschluss sehr schön. Wir hatten Wohnung 2. Das Badezimmer und das zweite Schlafzimmer sind über eine Eisentreppe im Wohnzimmer zu erreichen. Das obere Schlafzimmer konnte nicht wirklich gekühlt werden und war daher sehr warm. Das Bad hatte wegen der Dachschräge keine Kopfhöhe. Damit kann man umgehen, aber m.E. sollte vorher darauf hingewiesen werden. Im großen Ganzen und insbesondere wegen der Lage waren wir aber ganz zufrieden.

• Fritsch (10/5): - Perfekte Lage, geräumig, sauber, 2 Toiletten, perfekt für 6 Personen ruhig, etwas urig Perfekt für 2 Tage Rom, ggf auch länger Leider konnten wir die Dachterrasse wegen den aufdringlichen Hornissen nicht nutzen.
• Stephie095 (10/5): I would absolutely recommend - The house is very cozy and the location could not be better at less than 5mins from St. Peter's Basilica. It's very quiet despite being central and near lots of restaurants. Federica was great and always available. I wish all rooms had either an aircon or at least a big fan as it gets really hot in summer and the aircon is only in the main room.

• Paweł (10/5): - Dobra lokalizacja jeśli chcesz być blisko watykanu(za rogiem-3min) Trochę dalej(45min pieszo) jeśli interesują Cie inne atrakcje,np Colosseum. Fajna, klimatyczna okolica. Blisko do sklepów(np Carrefour). Mieszkanie przytulne. Wszystkie najpotrzebniejsze sprzęty kuchenne (talerze, sztućce,kubki, lodówka) to co dodawało klimatu i pozwalało odpocząć wieczorem to duży taras na dachu,bardzo ciekawe rozwiązanie. • Howard (10/5): Fantastic location. - Lovely traditional apartment right next to the Vatican and a busy area full of food and shops. Nothing. It was better than expected for the price. Everything you would need for a trip to Rome.

• Simeon (2/5): Disastrous. Inadequate facilities. Overpriced by at least double. - The location was ideal, right on a square and just off of a pedestrian street. The rooftop terrace was quite nice as well. Absolutely torturous experience. There are 2 units in this rental and we got stuck with the mezzanine unit which has ceilings so low you can't stand up except in the first 50 cm closest to the wall. The only shower is upstairs after a sketchy staircase, verrry low wood beams along the way, it's musty and you have to bend over to even get to the sink. Good luck using the toilet in either location as 1 of them is in the same bathroom as the shower but requires you to hunch over and the second is downstairs next to the kitchen, in a tiny cramped hole with a folding plastic barrier as a door. There are no photos of that horrible upstairs bathroom or bedroom obviously anywhere in the pics. My daughter was with crutches and so the adults had to take the upstairs bedroom. The room was already boiling hot in late May even w/ AC since it's located right under the South-facing sloped roof. There's also a light in the kitchen which can't be turned off from any switch so it shines bright all night. The toilet downstairs runs constantly. The hot water heater in the kitchen goes into some sort of alarm cycle every 20 mins and beeps for about 2 mins. The amenities are highly crude with things looking like they haven't been touched in years. Hands down the worst rental I've ever booked. At that price they ought to be ashamed of themselves! Oh yeah, then there's the fine print about arriving after 9pm = 30 euros, after 0:00 it's 50. What a jip! This woman starts bombarding you with texts about when you'll arrive, "text me as soon as you land", "text me when you're in the cab", etc... and then explains to you that it's a hassle for her to get there and then requests the fine be paid in cash. No receipt.
• Hannah (10/5): It was a lovely place in a great location and with Italian charm, would stay again! - This was a great place for a group or family to travel in Rome! Everything was very convenient and we had everything we needed. It was a lovely apartment with charming furniture and decor in the home and in a great location close to the Vatican and transport. No complaints!

It's great that there are 2 separate bedrooms, and, most importantly, I felt free in the apartment. The apartment is furnished simply, but comfortably. Pleasant communication with the owners. Funny step in the bathroom:)
• Vasyl (9/5): Superb - We had a lovely stay at this cozy apartment in Rome! The terrace was absolutely perfect for enjoying a quiet morning coffee or lunch in the sun. Just a short 7-minute walk to the Vatican, the location couldn't be better. The apartment had a charming authentic Italian style, with beautiful, classic furniture that gave it a warm and timeless feel. Everything was exactly what we hoped for — old, elegant, and full of character. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a true Roman experience! A couple of small things to note — some of the furniture could use minor repairs, and check-out was at 10:00 AM, which felt a bit rushed. Still, these didn’t take away from the overall experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a true Roman vibe!

• Kristina (8/5): Very good - The apartment was charming and the location couldn’t have been better. Federica was an attentive and supportive host, making the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. The terrace is shared with the whole building, and you can only access it by leaving the apartment, which was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, the cleanliness of the apartment could have been better, and there were no toiletries provided—not even hand soap—which some guests might expect.

• Ali (8/5): Very good - Great location. Adequate space in the main area and main bed room. Basically no wi-fi even though the staff tried to help. I needed the wi-fi for some remote work. If you like “old Italian charm” you may like it but for me it was a very tired and unkempt feel to the apartment. Shower too small.
• Zoe (8/5): Would return - The location is excellent, great area with lots of places to eat. The terrace is excellent and very peaceful. Check in and communication was clear and easy. We couldn't find the light switch for the stairs, which may have been an us issue, and the hot water was temperamental, but we had a quick resolution when we asked for help.

• Patricia (6/5): A quick Roman visit - The location was great, very close to the St. Peter’s square and Vatican. Lots of restaurants and shops around. The ceiling was very low in the bedroom and bathroom, my husband and friends are tall, so they bumped their heads a few times too many. This should be mentioned in the description. The A/C in the bedroom not very good.

• Vanessa (6/5): Good location but not very good apartment - Very near restaurants and Vatican City. Very quiet during the night despite of being in a very busy area. Second floor apartment with no elevator, bathroom and bedroom on the “second floor” had incredibly low ceilings, really claustrophobic, the only shower didn’t work properly and WC on first floor so small we couldn’t fit in it.

• Kim (10/5): Really well presented apartment, excellent location. Walking distance to major sights, restaurants.. - Presentation excellent, clean. Set up ready for us family of 5. Exceptional service, 1 arriving with all the luggage we were met and helped to the apartment, shown the building and unit including the top balcony. Even the fold out couch bed was comfortable. Location outstanding. One street away from Vatican city. The local street Borgo Pio has an excellent range of a cafes and restaurants, real charm. Small stores and larger all single minutes walk. Nothing. Would stay again.

In one of the apartments the bathroom upstairs is difficult to get in because the ceiling is very low. There is not enough space for clothes The floor was very dirty and we found stuff under the bed from the people before us

Babybed was missing on first night. Alternative was delivered the next day Shower/badroom needs some improvement, but was functional
