• Mauricio (10/5): Perfect location and apartment. Comfy and practical! - The location is absolutely perfect! The building is charming and the apartment is big and very well equipped. Everything worked perfectly! Great bed too! Everything was absolutely perfect. If I must find something that could be better: the shower did get the bathroom floor a bit wet, but we had towels to keep it dry, so nothing that bothered us. :)

O acesso não foi muito tranquilo pois a código virtual não funcionou, o anfitrião foi muito gentil ao telefone porém a zeladora demorou muitíssimo para vir abrir. Tivemos que entrar em contato com o proprietário 3 vezes. Num outro dia eles tiveram que entrar no apto para resolver isso para o próximo hóspede, nos comunicaram qdo já não estávamos no imóvel, então foi um pouco desagradável, mas não houve qualquer incidente.

Appartement très bien situé, très propre, très grand et très bien équipé (ustensiles, sèche-cheveux, lave-linge, lave-vaisselle...). Résidence sécurisée et quartier très agréable. Métro et gare ferroviaire à moins de 5 minutes. Centre commercial, restaurants. Le deuxième lit est moins confortable (canapé-lit).

• Klaudia (10/5): - The apartment was very clean and well-maintained. Its location is excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions. Communication with the owner, Lorenzo, was very good—he was responsive and helpful via WhatsApp. When I had trouble finding the apartment, he quickly sent me a location pin, which made everything much easier. The apartment is well-equipped, including a washing machine, dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient stay.

• Severine (10/5): Très bon séjour - Localisation de l'appartement, très bien desservi par les métros et tramways. Propreté et équipements de l'appartement au top. Présence de tout le matériel d'accueil nécessaire (dosettes lave vaisselle, lave linge, savons...) La patience et la gentillesse de notre hôte lors de notre arrivée qui nous a reçu très tard (le self check-in était hors service) à cause d'une grève des contrôleurs aériens. Tout était très bien, le canapé lit du salon peut-être un peu trop affaissé...

• Esteban (5/5): - El anfitrión estuvo siempre en contacto con nosotros y el acceso al apartamento fue sencillo. El departamento es amplio y cómodo, y se encuentra en una zona segura. La limpieza era en general correcta, pero se notaban pelusas acumuladas en algunos artefactos desde hacía tiempo, lo que evidenciaba la falta de una limpieza profunda. El sillón cama presentaba manchas visibles. El box de ducha es muy pequeño y filtraba agua hacia afuera. Creemos que es un buen apartamento que, con algunos cuidados y mejoras, podría convertirse en una excelente opción.

• Marcin (4/5): This flat is probably more to use in summer since it has 2 ACs but in winter without hot water and heating its a disaste - Localisation and that the flat is big Dirty sofa, super loud doors and what is worst the pressure under shower and no hot water. Also it was super cold in the flat, the heating was off.

• Kateryna (6/5): - Локация, удобно добираться по центру города, хорошая транспортная развязка в любые направления, в том числе в аэропорт В первый день заезда горячая вода в душе была всего пару минут, в остальные 3 дня вообще отсутствовала горячая вода по всем апартаментам. ТВ работает не совсем корректно, подключивши свой аккаунт в Netflix или you tube нужно ждать очень долго, пока сработает переключение, батарейки в пульте уже были кем-то покусаны, наверное, старались быстрее включить, замена батареек не решила проблему. В одной из комнат на стенах отпадала краска. В подъезде по состоянию на 01.11.25 делается ремонт, рабочие используют дрель с самого утра, стойкий токсичный запах краски в подъезде, лифт переодически не работал

• Elisabeth (8/5): Clean and comfortable - Very clean, spacious, the beds were so comfortable and it was great to have air conditioning. It was very easy to get in touch with the person responsible for the appartment. The shower head was very weak but they promised to look after it after our departure. Also, it would have been nice to have a cutting board and bigger knives. The kitchen was otherwise perfect.

I want to request a new sofa（couch）. At this moment , the sofa is old... This time we used washing machine. But it was little hard to dry our clothes. I hope a washing machine with dryer... Anyway except for the above two points, this apartment is excellent.

There was dust on the furniture (people shouldn’t leave their clothes on it) and the sofa in the living room is dirty.

• Jesse (9/5): Superb - Beautiful place in a really nice neighbourhood, good location to explore the city! All facilities we used we’re great. Although a good location and neighbourhood, there was a lot of noise outside. Not that strange for a city ofcourse, but also the building is pretty noisy. Closing the windows was a must for us.
• Tijana (7/5): Good location. Not very pleasent staying - Good location. Spacious place. 1)Very unconfortable bed in living room. it is dented in the middle and the spine is in a very awkward and painful position the whole night. This place is recomendation only for couple. Whoever is needed to sleep in a living room has to know that he wont sleep well. 2) the sink in the bathroom did not drain the water. Clogging would occur if only hands were washed. After 15 minutes, when the water swelled, fungus and various sludge came out of the drain. there are four of us, and even after washing our hands there was a blockage, we could not use the washbasin. 3) we payed 24€ in cash for city TAX, and we ask 4 times for confirmation of payed taxes, and we DID NOT get one ! 4) the curtains on the bathroom’s window are transparent and across the street from the building is a huge luxury hotel. because of the transparent curtains, we didn't have the feeling of intimacy that is apsolutely necessary during staying in the bathroom.
• Jun (9/5): Superb - Perfect location; it's 5 minutes walk from supermarket and station. Room was large and clean. This place does not offer parking, but there's a parking garage right next to this building. I will definitely book here if I visit Milano again.
• Tamura (8/5): so much fun ！　great time ！ - We enjoyed staying here. The room is wide. Very good location. Tere is a big supermarket near the apartment. Very conveniente. On the first day, we received room key very smoothly by the management company. There are almost cutlery in the kitchen. ①We felt the every curtain in this apartment is very dirty. The management company should wash or change them immediately. ②Similarly the sofa ( couch ) is also unclean , dirty , so we didn't sit on the sofa. When we sat on the sofa, we felt itchy..... Pls wash or change that sofa！ 　 ③　The curtain in the bath room is very thin so, maybe people can see inside bath room. It's better to change more thick curtain. We love this apartment except these 3 matters.
• Obiefuna (8/5): Satisfied - The location was perfect ,close to the train/metro station, shopping malls, restaurants. It is in a secured neighbourhood and the apartment itself is very secured. Everything we needed was in the apartment.I would commend you for the cleanliness of the apartment and would also higly recommend it. Overall, my family enjoyed the stay .there is also a park where the kids can play just by the shopping mall ♥️ The sofa bed in the living room wasn't really comfortable, I would advise a change.
• Annette (3/5): would not recommend this place. Difficult taking luggage up and down three flights of stairs. Apartment old, needs to be - The location is great. The lift was not working, hasn’t worked for nine weeks and was told it was not working for another six weeks. Was blamed for the power failure, which happened approximately 4:30am when we were asleep. was told only use two appliances at a time due to power failures. Owner demanded that we write a good review. No where to hang towels etc.

• Roy (8/5): Enjoyable stay - We really enjoyed staying at Corso Como A12. It was easy to fully keep the sun out when sleeping in and the staff was very friendly, especially since we were allowed to pay the tourist tax when leaving. The sleeping couch was a bit noisy though.
