• Anders (9/5): Would stay here again! - Easy to get to. Friendly staff. Great parking garage. Comfy beads. Don't really need to rent a car if you are staying here since there are plenty of transportation options. We had a hard time finding the pool towels at first but they were located in the concierge.

I felt the room was somewhat was thrown together the fixture on the jetted tub was hanging for dear life and the extra blanket must of sat in the bag for a while because of the smell of mildew but will I stay again absolutely yes because of the two minor issues did not ruin anything baby me and my husband had a good time at the Draft the bartender was on point

I thought I booked a room with a screened in porch and I ended up with a room with a balcony with no chairs to sit and facing the interstate. The blinds are not room darkening blinds. • Slocum (1/5): Not Happy - Beautiful Reaort The acoustics are poor. Our stay was a disaster because of occupants having parties x 2 nights. We were up past 3 a.m both nights. Security was called but issue continued
• Aricia (8/5): My stay was quite, fun,and very relaxing. - I did like the location how it was literally next to all the main spots. The scenery from the room was beautiful. So happy I made the choice to ask for a different room. The downside when we first got to our first room it was a let down. There was a pile if dirty clothes when you first walk in. Once opening the door to the room it was just an odd smell and too close to the sidewalk. I originally asked the receptionist if I can get top floor if possible. I was advised he will look into it and gave me 1st floor. I was excited to get accomodated and then once arrived realized it was the BOTTOM floor. In all I was satisfied with the outcome. Not to mention the second room didnt come with a soap holder so that was weird but also wasnt a big deal. I also didnt like how there wasnt any really supplies to clean like broom or dish soap. However still not so much a big deal.

• Bradley (6/5): Disappointing stay. - The staff were fantastic. The apartment we eventually got was good. The adults only pool did not have a bar. The Sunset Pool and Bar never had the bar open during our stay. The Speakeasy bar only had canned beer and was only open for 3 hours. It was brightly lit and seemed an after thought rather than making a nice area for adults. We went in there once and were told it was karaoke night. Four months before our reservation we requested a room on a high floor near the pools. We were given a ground floor unit overlooking a carpark near the edge of the property. The Draft restaurant is the only sit down restaurant in the resort. The resort was at 101% capacity we were told so, even though there were vacant tables, you had to leave your name and wait up to 45 minutes for a table. One restaurant for thousands of guests is not enough. There is a Water Park within the resort however, even though we paid resort fees, you had to pay an extra $25 per adult to go into the Water Park. Given our experience and the cost we would not stay here again.

Took over an hour to check in, then was sent to wait in another line for another 15 minutes to get my parking pass. Also while checking in. There was no parking available and my husband kept having to drive in circles as he was being yelled at that he couldn’t stop in front of lobby. Could you imagine if your checking in alone and had no one to drive your car around for over an hour?!

EV charging seemed a bit overpriced and one of the two EV chargers was broken (I still appreciate EV charging availability though and it added to the convenience). Nothing to complain about in terms of the room itself. It was a great stay.

It was big, we could fit 2 full sized professional cameras, two full sized laptops with plenty of space to spare, and it had a light inside. Best hotel safe I've ever seen! The fact that the spa and the waterpark were extra, and we didn't know it. Particularly the waterpark part. That's specifically why I booked this property, and when we went at 5PM to ride the lazy river we were told that it was $25 per person, although we could get a $7 discount if we downloaded the app... As for the spa, they might have had some free stuff, but as the two times I contacted the front desk they told me they didn't know any prices but they knew it was extra. With a spa, maybe I get it, but as for the waterpark, you don't market yourself as a resort and spa then make guests pay extra for the very picture you use to get them to stay there. We asked for a late checkout and they said yes for 12 vs. 10. Then at 11:45 a guy knocks at our door "Housekeeping" and we tell him we'll be leaving in 15 minutes. So he proceeds to sit on his cart literally right outside the outer door and talk on the phone. I had to walk past him about 3 times and each time felt compelled to explain that we'd be gone in a few minutes. It was more weird than sinister, but it was not really appropriate.

We couldn’t enjoy it because we already had tickets for other activities we paid for. It should have a drastically lower rate or be included for guests given the price to stay at the resort.

• Mrs. Payne (4/5): Wonderful stay if you don't mind horrible and cold showers. - Comfortable beds, lots of space in the unit, great air conditioning. Fully stocked kitchen supplies, lots of closet space. The balcony was amazing. The lobby is always super busy but get to you in a timely manner. All of the grounds staff and gatekeepers were friendly and helpful in answering questions. Parking is somewhat difficult at times just due to the resort being fully booked. The shower in this unit was HORRIBLE, there isn't much pressure and the shower head doesn't adjust well, the knobs are terrible and the water runs hot/cold during your showering. After a 12 hour day at Disney Parks we came back to not having hot water to shower with. I called the service desk and requested that we shower somewhere and was told the resort was at capacity and someone would come at noon the next day to look at it. So we were uncomfortable all night and maintenance didn't show up. I had to physically go to the service desk to get someone to check the hot water. Maintenance came around 1pm and said it was working fine and we needed to run the shower a long time to get it to warm up. We were offered no apologies or compensation for the hassle just a simple short answer of we didn't know how to operate the shower. This absolutely was the worst shower experience we've ever encountered at any of our stays of any resort or hotel. There were hairs in the tub, gross. I would give this property an 8 if the shower had been decent.
• Kandace (10/5): Stay here!! Best hotel I've ever stayed at!! - It felt like I was staying in someone's apartment. So, it felt like home, not like a hotel. It had everything we needed! Fully stocked kitchen (minus food, of course). There was a washer/dryer with packages of detergent. There was a dishwasher with detergent and a rinse aid. The jet tub was huge and awesome! It could fit at least 4 people. We had a great view of the lake. Other than the marketplace workers not having a welcoming demeanor, and the pizza tasting bad, I have ZERO complaints!! The waffle cones are made fresh and taste absolutely amazing! I 100% recommend and will definitely stay again!!! The pizza.
