• TIZIANA (6/5): - La posizione è comoda. La colazione nella norma. Bella la sala sul giardino interno. Il bagno. Scomodissimo, piccolo per nulla agevole. Per persone piccole, magre e agili. La camera al secondo piano con affaccio al giardino interno era rumorosa. Rumori che non ho identificato. Oltre ai rumori identificabili. L'insonorizzazione è pessima. Tengo a precisare che la mia prenotazione è stata cancellata per motivi a me non imputabili. Continuavano a comunicarmi che le carte utilizzate non funzionavano nonostante i contatti presi con il mio Istituto di credito. Si è tutto risolto quando sono arrivata poiché la stanza era ancora disponibile e a quanto pare pure la carta funzionava perfettamente.... Ma non credo userò più la piattaforma Booking. Non si riesce a contattarli. E le risposte sono assolutamente standard e inutili.

Готель розташований в районі, звідки дуже зручно добиратися до туристичних точок як транспортом, так і пішки! У мене були два візити до готелю. • Marian (9/5): Overall the whole stay was a great experience staff, cleanliness, great breakfast and location ! - The staff were amazingly helpful, special thanks to Siobhom at the reception who gave me lots of assistance and guidance to get around the city from transportation guidance, to must see places and most cost effective ways to take! The hotel breakfast was excellent with great variety and dinning experience overlooking a lovely garden area. the Hotel location was very convenient, right besides supermarket, restaurants, bus stop and walking distance from main attractions and shopping areas. The room was overlooking the main road which was a bit noisy at night. Probably next time will request a room over looking the garden at the back.

• Sofia (8/5): - Great location, walking distance to most places we wanted to go to, such as British Museum, Oxford street and Covent garden. Clean and large room. Even though it was a larger street outside it wasn't disturbing because it was an extra layer of windows to reduce noise. Very comfortable beds. Good value for what we paid. Quite small bathroom and separate small room for toilet (without the basin in the same room). Probably tight to shower if you are tall but it was fine for me.

• Sunny (7/5): Für einen Städtetrip zum Übernachten ausreichend - Die Lage ist sehr gut, ein hervorragender Ausgangspunkt um in alle Richtungen der Stadt zu gelangen. In der direkten Umgebung viele Restaurants und ein Park mit einem netten Bistro. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, Sauberkeit ebenfalls sehr gut. Die Zimmer an sich sind ziemlich abgewohnt und sollten dringend renoviert werden. Die Verdunklung könnte auch besser sein, die Bäder völlig veraltet. Und wir hatten noch eines der “besseren” Zimmer im 6. Stock zum Garten. Morgens um kurz vor 6 geht die zentral gesteuerte Klimaanlage/Lüftung an, die so laut ist, dass schlafen schwierig.

Bussit lähtevät läheltä ja niillä on helppo liikkua samalla jalkoja lepuuttaen ja liikennettä ihmetellen. Pimennysverhot olivat hyvät, liikenteenmelu jäi melko hyvin ikkunoiden ulkopuolelle. Henkilökunta todella ystävällistä ja avuliasta, täyttivät kaikki toiveemme.
• Elisabetta (10/5): - Ho scelto questo hotel dopo aver letto numerose recensioni positive per un viaggio da sola in città e devo dire che penso proprio che sarà da oggi in poi il mio punto di riferimento per i prossimi viaggi a Londra. La stanza singola,anche se subito può sembrare davvero molto piccola,in realtà trovo che sia a misura perfetta. Il letto estremamente comodo e lo staff è stato molto gentile ad accogliere la mia richiesta di aggiungere dei cuscini per problemi di schiena; la vista giardino poi ha garantito un silenzio incredibile. Pulizia ottima,buffet della colazione molto goloso e perfettamente proporzionato,non l'ho trovato affatto "deprimente" come qualcuno si è lamentato in altre recensioni,così come ho trovato la sala deliziosa. Mi è piaciuto un sacco il fatto che fosse pieno di altri ospiti veramente tutti gentili ed educati,un sacco di ragazze giovani anche loro viaggiatrici per conto proprio,nessuna confusione. Come detto prima,lo staff veramente sempre gentilissimo,anche quando mi hanno permesso di cenare nonostante la chiusura fosse imminente poiché anticipata per un evento e io non ne fossi a conoscenza. Ultimo aspetto positivo è ovviamente anche la posizione,comodissima. Veramente tanto contenta,sarò felice di tornare!

Bon Petit dejeuner Dommage qu’Il n’y avait pas de prise electrique au niveau de la table de nuit dans les chambres. Cela est utile pour les personnes qui font de l’apnee du sommeil. Et la salle de bain est trop petite , tres compliquee pour une personne de forte corpulence

• Mauro (9/5): - Hotel muy agradable, las habitaciones son pequeñas pero suficientes para una persona. La ubicación es muy buena, muchos restaurantes en la zona y transporte público cercano. La cama no tiene sábana para cubrirse, directamente tiene el edredon muy abrigado. Estimo que la funda la cambian cuando cambia el pasajero, pero igualmente sería importante que tenga una sábana liviana además del edredon de abrigo.

Very easy access to information about hotel and restaurant on tv set. A kettle with a set of different teas and coffee, replenished daily. Vegan nice smelling cosmetics in the bathroom. The staff kind and super helpful. You can hear neighbors in the other rooms trough the walls.

• Alexander (6/5): Super Lage, sehr freundlich, aber zu heiße Zimmer - Die Lage ist sehr gut um London zu Fuß zu erkunden. Aber auch die Lage direkt an Ubahn und Bahn ist perfekt. Von London Heathrow kann man zB ganz bequem ohne Umsteigen mit der Ubahn fahren (ca 60min) Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und das Frühstücksbuffett ist reichhaltig. Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, die Betten angenehm. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage und keine aktive Lüftung, wodurch sich das Zimmer auch an kühlen Tagen so aufheizt (Zimmer mit Gartenblick) dass man Nachts kaum schlafen kann und Schlaf ist für mich der Kernzweck eines Hotels. Dadurch würde ich so Leid es mir tut das zu sagen das Hotel nicht noch einmal buchen. Das Fenster möchte man gerne aufmachen lässt sich aber nur einen Spalt öffnen, wodurch auch bei dauerhaft geöffnetem Fenster das Zimmer kaum abkühlt. Zusätzlich war an der Außenwand ein Lüftungsschacht angebracht im der die Lüftung ab ca 5:30 Uhr in der Früh laut zu brummen beginnt. Weiters ist das Badezimmer zwar mit einer Badewanne ausgestattet man kann aber darin nicht im Sitzen duschen weil der Schlauch an der Duschkopfhalterung fixiert ist. Warum macht man so etwas?:/ Eine Dusche wäre wesentlich praktischer und moderner heutzutage. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig.

• Zsola88 (8/5): - Az elhelyezkedés tökéletes, busszal pár megálló a központ és hazafelé akár gyalog is el lehet érni a szállás, a személyzet kedvessége, a reggeli bőséges (tipikus angol reggeli). Olyan szobát kaptunk ami egy ajtóval volt elválasztva a másik szobától (valószínűleg nagycsaládos szoba amit össze lehet nyitni a mellette lévővel) így a szomszéd telefonálása nagyon át hallatszódott.

It was a lot of money for a tiny little room. I’ve stayed in similar priced London hotels but with a much bigger room. Also, one tiny biscuit and one tiny chocolate left for a two night stay wasn’t the most generous considering the cost of the room.

Bathrooms rather ordinary, over-compact and need updating; quite limited menus in restaurant.

The garden view was lovely and we had a peaceful nigts sleep. The situation was excellent for getting to/ from both Euston and the Savoy theatre. The decor in the foyer was lovely and contemporary but the rooms upstairs were not up to the same standard. Carpets and walls were a bit dated, artwork had been overlaid with images, trees and butterfly stickers but felt a bit incongruous. Skirting boards were scuffed and needed repainting. I paid 1.5 times the amount I normally pay to stay in the travelodge at Euston. It seems a bit n the expensive side.

• Andrey (9/5): Would like to stay here again during my next visit - Great location. Room small, but functional and had everything for a comfortable stay for me as a sole traveler. The garden-view room is on the nice and quiet side, I enjoyed listening to the birds and actually always had a good sleep throughout my entire stay. Room service was always very good and the staff at the reception desk were all very friendly and helpful. Mattress was too soft, as far as I am concerned, but it is always individual.

• Laura Vitaverde (6/5): - L'emplacement de l'hôtel est bien situé à quelques stations en bus de la Gare Internationale Kings Cross St. Pancras. Le restaurant est lumineux et moderne. Magnifique espace extérieur pour prendre le petit-déjeuner les jours d'été. Le personnel a été très aimable, j'avais demandé un changement de chambre à cause du bruit de la rue et ce n'était pas un problème. Le bel aspect du lobby et du restaurant est un peu trompeur. En gros le décor et l'état général des étages et des chambres est assez âgé, vétuste et mauvais goût. Même avec le triple vitrage dans les chambres qui donnent sur rue le bruit est assez présent, impossible de dormir avec la fenêtre ouverte. J'ai demandé une nouvelle chambre qui donne sur cour, malheureusement il y avait un bruit très dérangeant dans la nouvelle chambre qui venait de l'intérieur du bâtiment, vrondissement de type lave-linge/ sèche-linge. Le petit-déjeuner est principalement axé sur le "English Breakfast", pas d'options soja/avoine pour les yaourts etc. Une bouteille d'eau offerte à l'arrivée dans la chambre aurait été appréciable.

• Marcel (8/5): Fijn schoon ouder hotel - Prima ingerichte 1persoons kamer met leuk uitzicht op binnenplek Wat gehorig, de tv in kamer naast was goed te horen. Ramen gingen niet open.
• Janet (8/5): Good location but maybe a little overpriced. - Good location, within easy walking distance of both Russell Square and Holborn underground stations. Also within walking distance of Covent Garden/Tottenham Court Road and other central locations. Breakfast was very good. Lots of choice and friendly staff. Comfortable bed. The room was rather warm. Opened a window but could hear a constant humming type sound (my room was at the back of the hotel). Was a bit concerned that it might keep me awake, as I'd experienced the same thing at another hotel. Wasn't a big problem with the window closed though. .
