• Thomas (10/5): High end flat in Dubrovnik - Incredible appartment, very modern and comfortable, great separated bedrooms with amazing bathrooms, nice kitchen and eating area, great living room with a super nice balcony with a hot tub, all with great air conditionning. The terrace overlooked a very quiet street - we seldom saw people or cars going by. Very quiet neighbourhood, safe and clean. Covered parking spot just by the entrance. As recommended by other clients, we took an Uber to the old town and it was smooth (EUR9.00). We walked back and it took us some 45 minutes but also relaxing. 10 minutes walk there was a really nice beach, but we mostly spent time at Sunset Beach also because of many cafes and restaurants in that area. Compliments to Antonjia who was a great host, we were lacking shower gel and coffee capsules and she immediately delivered those (including a brand new espresso machine - when all we needed were capsules!). Something that travellers like me appreciate is when exceeding cooking items from previous guests are left behind (butter, oil, spices, maybe some beers ;-)) but they are often taken away, but here they remained, thank you! A great holiday place, highly recommended.

The apartment was just beautiful and very clean and modern. Covered parking was just great to have. A little bit overpriced. Given location in upcoming area. A little further from old town then other ones in the same price range.

• DKK1990 (8/5): Would recommend - The apartment is modern, very clean, and well-equipped, with two comfortable double bedrooms and two bathrooms – ideal for couples or a small family. The location was convenient, and everything matched the listing’s description. There were a couple of small things that could be improved. First, only one set of keys is provided. Since the apartment is designed for multiple guests, having at least one extra set would offer more flexibility and independence, especially for groups who aren’t always together. Also, it would have been helpful to have a welcome booklet with basic information about the apartment – like how to use appliances, waste disposal instructions, and nearby recommendations. These little touches can make a stay much smoother, especially for international guests.

• Philippa (10/5): Beautiful accommodation. - Perfect layout with plenty of room. Large shower with great water pressure and heat. Old Town Dubrovnik is close for inexpensive Uber trips - unless you prefer to walk. Conveniently close to the marina for ferries - a short Uber trip away as well. We had an incredible time. Love the balcony to share a bottle of wine and a chat in the evenings. Owner very quick and responsive to chat with for any needs you may have.

• Gordon (9/5): Great venue for Dubrovnik short break! - Location was excellent. Very comfortable accommodation with easy access to Lapad and the Old Town. Plaza President beach was a real find. A guest information folder containing local information about transport, beaches, restaurant recommendations, etc would be a welcome addition for the property.

• Vipul (9/5): Excellent accomodation - Excellent apartment. At the Dubrovnik end of the Lapad peninsula, so cheaper to get to the Old Town by taxi (or 30 minutes walk if you go when the temperature is below 30C! Few restaurants within walking distance. Not on the bus route into town.

Great host who was kind and helpful . Small supermarket down the road which had enough to keep a family going.. Delightful experience All excellent

• Piero (10/5): Fabulous place to stay in Dubrovnik. - The unit was very clean and convenient to nearby Dubrovnik old town. We walked to the old town from the unit. There were plenty of places to eat within about 1/2 kilometre. The location is somewhat tricky to find especially at night when we arrived. It might be helpful to include a map and photos showing the parking location and entrance to the unit.

• Rebecca (10/5): Fabulous apartment! - The apartment looks better than in the photos! Loved that there were three air conditioners - one in each bedroom and one in the living room so that we all had our privacy. The bathroom in the larger bedroom is an en-suite while the smaller bedroom has its bathroom just outside the door. Great kitchen, one of the best equipped we’ve encountered whilst staying in apartments. Fabulous bathrooms and showers. Supremely comfortable beds. Everything in the apartment was very new and well maintained. Washing machine is in the laundry room just outside the front door which was convenient. Large drying rack with a huge terrace perfect for drying laundry. Partial sea view from the terrace. Covered parking spot in front of the apartment. Excellent communication with the host. Easy to get Ubers to and from the apartment to the Old Town for 5-12 Euros each way depending on time of day. Otherwise would have been a good 20 minute walk on mostly flat ground, totally doable except for when we were there during the heat wave in southern Europe. Overall wonderful stay and very good value for money!

Best choise ever. - It is a very nice and welcoming apartment, equipped with everything you need to have a pleasant stay, big and confortable beds in each room, air conditioning in each room and a very generous living room. In the kitchen we found everything we needed to prepare breakfast, which we served on the balcony with a view of the sea. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, close to the beach, grocery store 5 minutes away and very good restaurants 15 minutes away. The old center is 20 minutes away by car. Antonija was an amazing host and constantly made sure we had everything we needed. She even helped us with the transfer from the airport to the apartment, which was a huge help. We will definitely come back.
